Men go through domestic violence, theirs is even worse but usually not often heard because of the shame that comes with it.
Please I beg you in the name of God, don't come here and tell me that the men who go through domestic violence are not real men. I am talking about full grown men with penis and beards.

I knew a woman back then, who used to maltreat her husband like hell.
She locked him outside whenever he came back home few minutes after curfew.
She starved him of food whenever he did something she didn't like. And sometimes bullied him before the kids. At some point, the kids started threatening the man with words like, "when mommy comes back I will tell..."

Another one; a woman caught the husband with a girl at a supermarket I normally shop at Uyo, and guess what happened? The kind of beatings she gave to the husband that hot afternoon enh. I was tempted to say, "aunty please don't beat him again." But of course I didn't. You don't dare an angry woman's scorn, I didn't want my face to be used as a boxing tool.
Domestic Violence!

Last week in Mumbai, a woman stabbed one fine young man and killed him. He died.
All the Igbo nations in India divided into two. And the story is still on air.

What of the woman in Lagos who castrated the husband's peepee because she thought him to be an infidel.

One woman told a story of how her sister has been beating the husband. She pours hot soup on his head and starves him of the 'bedmatics' food. When this man discovered that he was legally married to a mad woman, he ran away. Far, far...where he can never be seen again.

So many stories of how men go through domestic violence that you have not heard before.

When I hear some men fight against domestic violence for women I just feel they need the defense protest too.
Domestic violence should be fought against for both genders.

No fewer than 42 farmers from Aliero town, in Aliero Local Government Area of Kebbi State have reportedly been slaughtered by suspected dislodged members of the Boko Haram terrorists.



The terrorists were reported to have fled Borno State while escaping from the war zone areas.



Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu who confirmed this, on Wednesday, while addressing World Health Organization (WHO) delegates, said the victims went to Borno State for farming before they were murdered.



The WHO delegation had visited Kebbi on a courtesy visit.



Governor Bagudu says, “Just last week I was informed by one of my Commissioner that 42 farmers who are from Aliero were slaughtered by Boko Haram in Borno.



“They allowed one of them to come home free to say what happened to them”.



Governor Bagudu added that over 7,000 displaced Nigerians, who crossed over to Niger Republic, were recently re-deported to Kebbi State thereby compounding the challenges faced by the State.



While acknowledging low immunisation of children against diseases in the state, Governor Bagudu said the influx of children from Benin and Niger Republics including IDPs camps in the state, posed great threat to success of the exercise.



Speaking earlier, representative of WHO in Nigeria, Dr. Wondimagegnehu Alenu, told Governor Bagudu they had discovered that there was low immunisation in the state.



He stressed that there was need for government to embark on routine immunisation of children against diseases.

In what appears as an unprecedented move, the quest for the sovereign state of Biafra has taken a new form. From a 15mins video which got into circulation yesterday, young men and women dressed in black and black were seen taking command from their “commanders” in place that looks like a village parade ground. The man at the center of the agitation, Nnamdi Kanu, was also seen inspecting these various platoons of “soldiers” who came from different parts of South East and South-South.

Apart from the fact that the parade was a caricature of Boys Brigade parade practice, it was a mockery of all the person involved and the people they represent. As we are all aware, this is not the best of times as there is tension in most part of the country owing to various protests and unrest, like the Return or Resign protest (which witnessed a small riot at Wuse Market yesterday) for and against (president Mohammadu Buhari) rally, the October 1 quit notice, the Fulani herdsmen and the many more security concerns the nation is facing, the nation should not be thrown in to uncertainties. This brigandage should be nipped in the bud right in time.

It may interest you to know, this set of riffraff have decided to be rival to the Department of State Security Service by christening themselves “Biafra Secret Service (BSS)” and it was said that they are ready to “volunteer their life to fight for and defend Biafra land”. As far as I know, this is an illegal organization which is capable of undermining the security of the entire country.

It is clear and obvious Nnamdi Kanu has flaunted his bail conditions but has not been rearrested based on reasons best known to security operatives. If he’s allowed to continue in this manner, Nigeria will eventually become a lawless state. The earlier this agitation for the state of Biafra is controlled the better for the peaceful coexistence of every one of us.

The agitators of this secessionist movement as well as every other person making statements capable of causing unrest must be called to order with immediate effect. It is high time the acting president take a decisive action to douse all the tension.

My attention has been drawn to a post carried few days ago captioned "The True Nature Of The Immediate Past SUG President of FUTO (Ezenwa Obinna) After reading the said publication, my Immediate reaction was to discountenance the story take, but on the second thought, I am forced to make a submission knowing that if not refuted, the students and general public may erroneously believe the story to be true. The story is a figment/product of imagination of the poster, the screenshots are all fabricated and the write-up a complete falsehood tending to mislead the people. I have never in my entire life, been associated with any form of sexual perversion. The writer who posted the story aimed at destroying my reputation. I was at no time reported or arrested by men of the Nigeria Police Force as stated by the poster. I hereby state clearly that the story as carried by Nairaland and other public domain be seen and taken as an a scandals tending to tarnish my image. As an example of a plotted scandals, the Sharon girl in question did not make this post herself or shown up in one way or the other ever since this post was made.
