Hi guys!!

Finally we are set to kick off....

As a reminder...

We understand the hassles and frustrations being experienced by many Drivers that is why we believe a 0% Commission Policy is way more advantageous for Drivers. So that they can attend to their respective needs.

We believe a Monthly Subscription Policy is preferable where a Driver pays between (N5,000 to N7,000) for Ride Sharing Services, enabling the Driver to earn every cash generated from Trip Payment at all times.

We will begin with a Free Trial period where Drivers will be opportuned to see for themselves how the System operates.

We have no interests with Riders/Drivers Transactions which we believe is strictly between the Riders and the Drivers. We will only provide the Ride Sharing Platform that connects Riders to Divers, Regulate the Trip Cots, Provide Drivers with balance from Discounted Rides same time after Trip is made and affirmed, ensure the Driver/Partner Policy is met at all times and Provide real time Support Services for both Drivers and Riders.

We believe Drivers are our Customers and are Treated as Kings

Nigerians are in serious chains of suffering and the sad thing is that tbey will find humour in it.

The children of hate, the idiotic pigs, the Igbos, the developers and the frustrated Igbos were busy hailing saraki and calling him all sorts names when he met with omisore.

I swear, igbos don't know what politics is neither do they know how to play politics.

Igbos are to backward in life and I wonder why Lord Lugard joined the well meaning Nigerians with the igbos in this marriage.

Pain for sure is for APC.

Anybody supported by the igbos is bound to fail.

I give up.

You are sounding like a victim of a failed country. Why are you so full of hate?
A fellow Nigerian being rascist over her own race.... Just a typical bane of the black race. Till we evolve from being sub-humans we will continue to be detrimental.

What a shame to humanity.

You don't need to explain to them. Nigeria is a cursed land with sub-humans. Leave them let them let them enjoy the status quo. It is in their nature to suffer and be smiling.

True. Sowore has challenged other aspirants to a debate. When that news was posted on Nairaland they mocked and insulted and cursed him while professing undying love to Buhari and Saraki and Atiku and co.

I had to ask myself, what manner of human beings are these Nigerian youths anyway? They appear to be a very different species of human beings.

If I was Sowore I'd just take r next flight back to NewYork city where I live and steer clear of Nigeria's matter.

I can't come and die for some useless youths.

They are simply Sub-Humans still primitives.... Waiting for the next stage of evolution.

Personally I think Nigerians deserve the status quo leaders they have. They havent suffered yet.

When cows become more fortunate than them in every respect and they are forced to eat from the refuse, perhaps then they will begin to use their God given brains.

Nigeria is hopeless. Just look for ways to make your money and safeguard the intersts of your family.

What sentiments?

You need to ask yourself. What are the duties of the e-hailing platforms?

Everything is run by programming. The major work is done when making updates to improve the platform.

I am an IT professional and a google partner. I know a whole lot more about networking than you I suppose.

You need to remove the hurdles from your mindset and begin to see things more objectively.

When you search a word in google no one lifts a pen in Google office.

With social media and less nay-sayers publicity and adverts wont be a problem.

I dont need to run an ad on TV or Radio which will cost millions....

I have about 46 Drivers and I haven't spent a dime yet.

You need to start believing.

I believe it's time we begin to believe in ourselves. Together we can safeguard our interests. I see it as a national pride and duty. Together we can!!

I strongly believe you will go far.

My input if you wouldn't mind..

1. Why not allow drivers take first few trips free of charge? No driver will be willing to pay 5k when they're not sure there are riders on the platform yet

2. Attract riders with freebies or any and every other way you know, and gradually withdraw as they get used to the app

3. Aggressive publicity, the kind that will force people to just download the app and see what the hype is all about

4. I wish you all the best

I will chat you up on whatsapp to make a little enquiry

I understand and appreciate your contributions.

I agree to some extent. But you need yo undertsand that this is a Partnership the Drivers will be having with us. Not just some services we are rendering.

And besides it is 30 days money back guarantee + 1 month free. I think we being too generous.

Uber is essentially an IT operation

Your key spend is on IT infrastructure and the people who run it, and advertising to some extent

For what it is worth you can even outsource the customer facing aspect

You are on the right track

It's a winning proposition but the devil is in the details

You in a David versus Goliath scenario

I look forward to your winning story

I am a partner with Google Cloud. My system is run on Google infrastructure and Server.

Thanx bro.

I believe in everything you have proposed and I know its very doable and sustainable.

There is one aspect I don't want you to leave unattended. That's the need for funds.
The funds charged go a long way to make the system support seamless and resolve human issues.
Rents need to be paid, financial applications need to be integrated, adverts cannot be ruled out, staffs will need to be paid, compensations and bonuses will need to be met etc.

You are on the right track.

I understand. If I have 2000 drivers a month you do the math.

The way this initiative is designed is to protect the interests of the Drivers.

Once Drivers see that they stand a chance to gain more from us, it will open doors for more Drivers. That's the key.. The selling point.

I had join Taxify and Uber to feel their pain.

I dont need to rent a pent house office at Eko Atlantic. I dont need to hire 100 staff from all regions of the country.

This is rather naive. Uber/Taxify are in to make maximum profit for their investors whilst also ensuring it's profitable too for the drivers/partners. But I understand you perfectly, you need an angle to come in to a practically well dominated market. I'm rooting for you.

Naive?

What part of my statement is naive?

The fact that I had to register as an Uber and Taxify partner or me calling these guys capitalist?

I need to understand you.

At a time in history before Yahoo AOL and MSN email services they were some email service providers that were premium.
Few years later Yahoo, AOL, MSN came in free with some premium packages to increase storage size and other services.

Then Gmail came in and made everything Free and they even added more features. Look at Google today

It's possible to provide network services at more affordable rates especially for the drivers who toil and use their vehicles.

Thanx for your support anyways.

More wisdom to you.

Thanx but it is only wise to have a driver database before having riders on ground.

What sense will it make if we have 100 riders and no Drivers?

That is why we are opening up to have at least 200 Drivers before we commercially launch to the public.

I hope you do stand the test of time. I'm praying hard that you do. Cars45 started small but they are growing into the Nigerian market.

I hope you are registered as an approved entity to do business in Nigeria.
I also hope you have factored in the regulatory aspect of the industry you're walking into. The government will be on you once you begin to attract some success.

Lastly, I hope you have a team of professionals around your business system. I mean your lawyer or lawyers, accountants and tax persons. You know this isn't child's play and not some one room startup biz. Your competition has the clout to twist the arm of the government to crush you. I hope all these have been factored in.

I really want you to succeed. I really do. I hate monopoly and where markets have been decentralized, the mass public gains the most. Please work on your team and your legal status if not ready at the moment.

As I said before, I want you to succeed. There can never be one way of doing business in every industry at any time. There always has to be variety. That's why I want you to succeed.

Thank you so much.

We have a good team, a lawyer and our company is registered as an LLC.

We even part Lagos State start-up initiatives. Thank you for your concern.

Stop all the sentiments, this is strictly business, do you know what it's costs to run a profitable e-hailing business in lagos? The cost of adverts alone is overwhelming. Start first, Build a large client Base of riders before you start collecting 5k per month.

you want to just wake up and collect 5k per month with mouth? go and pay for advert For 6months First and come back.

I would like your business to gain traction before asking if your model is sustainable on the long term.

It's a good idea to charge a one-time fee but the question is - Is it sustainable?

Will it cover your cost. Customer acquisition, adverts, staff expenses, office rent, software fee and bonuses for riders and drivers.

They used to be a company in Magodo, that had this magnificent idea that was supposed to revolutionize transportation in Nigeria. They want to implement Google strategy.

Collect a daily token from drivers for car rental, drivers drives the rented car around town looking for customers and whenever he earns belongs to him. However, the driver is a moving advertisement agency. They have electronic signboard on each vehicles which must be switched on everytime the vehicle is mobile or moving.

Guess what happened within 6 months?

I want to believe you have done your homework and research very well because driving on Uber and Taxify to garner experience to start a e-hailing business is not enough. It's like starting a bank by just visiting a bank to deposit money and withdraw money over the counter.

There are two side to a coin and in business you have many side of a coin.

I would however wish you the very best of luck in your business endeavour. Hopefully, your business model would gain traction and remain profitable with your initial business plan.

Thank you for your concern.

First I will like to explain to you how the system work.

We are a networking company and we only link passengers to Drivers.

It is systematic in every sense. And our Network is built ingeniously on google platform severs.

Our app is less than 2mb... and it is compatible with any android phone.

There is no different between us amd any blog or a simple website.

I hope you understand ?

This is a secret I am letting out. There is no justification for commission except corporate greed.

It is more profitable for e-hailing companies. what you are saying is you like less pay. You proposed 5k per month is what uber/taxify makes in 1-2days per driver.

You need to understand that e-hailing is not just about exploiting Drivers....
It's more about enabling a networking platform.

I bet you none of those guys who own the business started as a Driver.

I had to go through the process to understand the pain and hustle of the game from a Driver perspective.

They are so much responsibilities for Drivers. Especailly in Lagos with bad roads and Traffic jam.

The money I made for a week was used to fix my car in 1 day..... Check that out...

So we believe that Drivers should be more advantaged. It is their vehicle and they need to have more assurance to be on the road.

These guys are capitalists. They have a history of exploiting. But it's not all about money.

I like google because they give you so much value for free. Then they charge in trickles in some cases.

I see no reason why Driver-Partners should be taxed commissions.

1. They own the Vehicle and bear the burden of Vehicle maintenance.

2. They also need to face family responsibilities.

3. They need to create room for savings...

I believe we need to wake-up from this Master-Slave relationship and begin to see how we can have a home grown indigenous company where our interests can be genuinely protected.
