The young man who is head over heels in love with the woman said the way she treated him pushed him to love her The old woman who has 8 children and 20 grandkids is the landlady of the apartment where Muyiwa and his friend resides Despite the 60 years age gap between them, a 25-year-old man named Muyiwa is head over heels in love with an 85-year-old woman identified as Thereza. Thereza and Muyiwa are set to take their relationship to a new level by getting married despite disapproval from the woman's kids and the man's friend Kakule. Muyiwa told Afrimax in an interview that he had left his country Congo for another African country (undisclosed) with the sole aim of continuing his education at the university. It happened that Thereza is the landlady of the house where Muyiwa and his friend rented. In the course of residing there, an incident made him realize she was the one for him. Muyiwa said other ladies he had loved in the past were dramatic, but Thereza is just different and hopes she doesn't die before him. On how they fell in love, Muyiwa recalled an incident that transpired one fateful Friday. "I remember one Friday when my colleague wasn't around, I was hungry and we had no food. I was very weak. And out of nowhere, the old woman brought me some food. She came and served me with too much care,'' he recalled. According to him, this was one of the many attitudes of the woman he experienced that got him. "The way she behaved and treated me pushed me to loving her. Though she is an old woman and in reality could be my grandmother, but so what! I love her." Showering encomiums on her younger lover, the mother of 8 kids and 20 grandkids said she loves Muyiwa just as he loves her. Thereza said she is ready to risk it all for their relationship. She said: "I am 85 years of age. I have 8 children and 20 grandchildren. According to my boyfriend's age, he could be my 5th grandchild. He loves me and I also love him. I am now ready to put on the wedding dress and ring."

Chairman of Innoson Vehicles Manufacturing (IVM), Innocent Chukwuma has said his company can manufacture any vehicle if given the specifications. Chukwuma, who spoke through the Head, Corporate Communications, Innoson Group, Cornel Osigwe, while taking some journalists on a tour of the firm, said the company produces 10,000 brands of vehicles annually. He said over 60 per cent of the manufacturing materials needs were sourced in Nigeria while 40 per cent were sourced from overseas. He said, “What we do have here is pure manufacturing of vehicle and not assemblage. Our vehicles go through quality control section before they are pushed to the public. “We get our batteries from Ibeto Motors, wire from here and others from Nigeria. We have over 1800 persons in our employ.” While praising Governor Chukwuma Soludo for being the first Nigerian governor to endorse Innoson vehicles as state official vehicles, Osigwe revealed that both the federal and state governments were patronising the company. “The military, police, customs and Nigeria Civil Defence service have been our regular customers. “We have about 12 brands of vehicles in the factory and Nigerians are patronising them well,” he added. This week, On Tuesday between the hours of 8 to 9am, I saw a crowd of people around my house gathered around this little boy, so I stopped by & inquired what happened. They told me this little boy on his way to school, stole doughnut from a shop. The people whom he stole the doughnut from even gave him more of it & asked him to go. They all claimed that his father & step mom have the habit of starving & beating him to stupor on daily basis. I saw so many scars on his body & took the boy to my house, interviewed him & he told me so many things. How he has been suffering since his mother left his father. I gave him some biscuits, asked him to come & eat at my place anytime & promised to see his father this week before he left for school just to wake up this morning with shouting that his father has accused him of stealing his money & has been beating him on Friday night till 1A.m on Saturday. The little boy was found lifeless this morning after the father tried to wake him up to run an errand for his pregnant wife. The little Boy MUST have been calling "MUMMY MUMMY" in pains, But there was no Answer. His father has finally killed him. #Sad_Indeed MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE!!!

Manchester United's official website has updated the squad list and Greenwood has been reinstated. Greenwood was arrested in late January on suspicion of rape, battery and threatening to kill a woman. Three days after his initial arrest, Greenwood was released on bail and remains under police investigation. Greater Manchester Police confirmed greenwood's bail was due to expire on April 30, but could be extended. Greenwood has been suspended and removed from united's squad following the incident, having last played in a home game against West Ham united on 22 January. A Nigerian lady has been left shattered and heartbroken after breaking her piggy bank only to find just N90 in it. A short video shared by @krakshq on Instagram started with the lady breaking the wooden box with a pestle. Upon successfully smashing it, she opened it and was stunned to see only torn N90 notes. She attended the Mach1 Aviation Academy in South Africa for flight training where she also had her first solo flight just 1 year after. She eventually obtained her Commercial Pilot License after completing a total of 210 hours that she has flown at age 21. A Dutch woman who lived and worked as a missionary in Nigeria for 3 decades has clocked 80 years of age. The woman identified as Frances Boer served in the Northern part of Nigeria where she worked as an elementary as well as Hausa language teacher. Frances was born in the Netherlands during the 2nd World War but later immigrated to the USA and then Nigeria. Sharing the photos, her son wrote on LinkedIn: "Happy 80th birthday to my Sweet Mother FRANCES BOER. She was born in occupied Friesland (Netherlands) during World War II, emigrated to the USA with her parents and six elder siblings when she was 6, and at age 24 moved to Nigeria where she served as a missionary in Taraba and Plateau for 30 years along with my father. She is now retired in Vancouver, Canada. "While in Nigeria she was an editor, elementary school teacher and Hausa language teacher to Nigerians and expatriates."

A talented Nigerian man, Mustapha Gajibo, who dropped out of the University Of Maiduguri (UNIMAID), because he was given admission to study a course he doesn’t have an interest in, has built electric cars and tricycles in Borno. Mustapha Gajibo started creating and building electric cars, tricycles, and generators which he does with local manpower since 2017 and he has attracted the attention of the Borno state governor, Babagana Zulum. He dropped out of the University of Maiduguri in 2015 after getting to the 300 level because he was given General Agriculture instead of Electrical Engineering which he so badly wanted. The young engineer said his electric vehicles are locally made. The car can travel at least 100 to 150 kilometers before requiring a recharge. Gajibo’s words: “Yes all the electrification processes technical of these cars are done locally here in Maiduguri, Borno State capital to be precise, and am also proud to say that all the technicians involved in the project were locally sourced and trained. “People buy our cars and Keke Gajibo says his products have attracted buys in Nigeria. According to him, many of his cars and tricycles popularly called Keke have been put to commercial use by those who buy them. “We have had so many interesting buyers, most especially, the electric tricycles and the city electric bus. So far, we have sold 15 tricycles and 7 buses to individuals which have already started generating revenues for them.” Recently, Gajibo visited the Borno state Government House where he presented the cars to Governor Babagana Zulum. The governor was said to have been greatly impressed.

According to various reports, there are three American.based consortiums that are leading the way in the attempt to buy the London club. There is an alleged £2 billion offer from the Todd Boehly-led group and another £2.5 billion offer that doesn't have a disclosed buyer. Raine already confirmed they will be waiting to hear a proper offer for the club from now until the Tuesday dealine so anything can happen from now until then. In Ireland, Conor McGregor already made his offer but it's far below what the other candidates have. If the UFC legend wants to buy Chelsea, he will have to upgrade his current offer of £1.5 billion. It is believed that an acceptable offer would be of around £3 billion in order to consider it properly. However, the club's dire situation could push them to accept a lower offer than that. British billionaire Nick Candy has confirmed in recent days he is still pursuing a bid for the club. The 49-year-old property developer is a Chelsea fan, who is planning to attend Sunday's Premier League home match against Newcastle and has pledged to put supporters at the centre of his plans for the club that will be jointly-funded with American investors. 'We are examining the details of the announcement and we are still interested in making a bid,' a spokesperson for Candy told Sportsmail. 'Clearly this is a time of great uncertainty for all Chelsea fans. In our view no one is the owner of a football club – you are the custodian of it for the fans and the community.' Roman Abramovich and the UK Government have reportedly found an agreement to push ahead with the sale of Chelsea. Sportsmail revealed earlier on Friday Downing Street had opened negotiations with the Russian billionaire's advisers over the terms of the sale, which No 10 is eager to push through as quickly as possible. It came after the club were handed a sporting licence to continue with their football-related activities but any sale of the club was put on hold, while fears they would not be able to finish the season were also prevalent. Now according to The Daily Telegraph, the two parties striking a deal in a major boost to the west London outfit. The government regard a quick sale as the best outcome for Chelsea and its fans, but for that to happen Abramovich would have to agree to writing off loans of over £1.5billion without receiving any of the proceeds. But that appears to have happened, with the report claiming Abramovich has instructed The Raine Group - the American bank that paused the sale after the Russian was sanctioned on Thursday due to his reported links to Vladimir Putin - to continue the process of completing a takeover. The same outlet also claims a deadline of the end of next week - pushed back from Tuesday - has been set for prospective new buyers' first bids to be submitted, with Abramovich now hoping for a rapid sale and Raine hoping it attracts more bidders. However, The Telegraph also add a so-called 'domesday' scenario is also a possible eventuality and could come become reality if Abramovich cannot sell and the sporting licence is not amended to allow more less stringent terms. British billionaire Nick Candy has confirmed in recent days he is still pursuing a bid for the club. The 49-year-old property developer is a Chelsea fan, who is planning to attend Sunday's Premier League home match against Newcastle and has pledged to put supporters at the centre of his plans for the club that will be jointly-funded with American investors. 'We are examining the details of the announcement and we are still interested in making a bid,' a spokesperson for Candy told Sportsmail. 'Clearly this is a time of great uncertainty for all Chelsea fans. In our view no one is the owner of a football club – you are the custodian of it for the fans and the community.' Candy is convinced that Chelsea can be run profitably despite the club posting losses of £145m last year, through growing the club's brand globally and embracing innovative new markets, as well as extracting more revenue from a multi-purpose redeveloped Stamford Bridge. This belief appears to be shared by other buyers, with a £2bn-plus bid from Todd Boehly and Hansjorg Wyss still on the table, and serious interest from Chicago Cubs owner Tom Ricketts and the owner of the New York Jets, Woody Johnson. Whilst Chelsea were not placed in administration after Abramovich's assets were frozen on Thursday the sales process is likely to resemble that carried out by clubs who have been. Job losses are regarded as inevitable, not least as many Chelsea staff are no longer permitted to carry out their roles, with the club's merchandising and ticket operations shut down. It comes after Chelsea sponsors Trivago announced they were sticking with the club, saying it's 'important to us to continue supporting the club'. But the club are facing an exodus of players, with Reece James attraction attention from Man City and Real Madrid. Reports had also suggested Chelsea's bank account had been temporarily suspended by Barclays, who wanted to evaluate the sporting licence they were handed.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has said in a statement he has "taken the decision to sell the club". The Russian-Israeli billionaire has owned the Blues since 2003 and helped steer the Stamford Bridge club to 19 major trophies. But the 55-year-old's glittering reign in west London is close to an end, with a consortium of billionaires already making their interest in a deal public. Swiss billionaire Hansjorg Wyss and USA investor Todd Boehly are understood to be two of the parties joining forces and now preparing a bid for the Blues. Abramovich： I would like to address the speculation in media over the past few days in relation to my ownership of Chelsea FC. As I have stated before, I have always taken decisions with the Club’s best interest at heart. In the current situation, I have therefore taken the decision to sell the Club, as I believe this is in the best interest of the Club, the fans, the employees, as well as the Club’s sponsors and partners. The sale of the Club will not be fast-tracked but will follow due process. I will not be asking for any loans to be repaid. This has never been about business nor money for me, but about pure passion for the game and Club. Moreover, I have instructed my team to set up a charitable foundation where all net proceeds from the sale will be donated. The foundation will be for the benefit of all victims of the war in Ukraine. This includes providing critical funds towards the urgent and immediate needs of victims, as well as supporting the long-term work of recovery. Please know that this has been an incredibly difficult decision to make, and it pains me to part with the Club in this manner. However, I do believe this is in the best interest of the Club. I hope that I will be able to visit Stamford Bridge one last time to say goodbye to all of you in person. That is according to ex-Italian Senator Antonio Razzi, who claimed the hot-headed North Korean tyrant told him in ‘private conversations’ about his support for United. It is believed that Kim, 39, has been a long-time supporter of the Old Trafford outfit, with previous reports suggesting he is a big fan of England legend Wayne Rooney. According to reports in 2014, the North Korean dictator had demanded that the country’s state TV broadcast United matches. Fast-forward from 2014 to 2017 and Razzi, 74, told The Sun that Kim had opened up about his ‘love for the Red Devils.’ However, the erratic Kim does not compare himself to United players, past or present, like Zlatan Ibrahimovic or Eric Cantona. When asked about Kim comparing himself to any United heroes, Razzi told the newspaper: “No, Kim is Kim -- he is the only one.” Razzi also revealed that North Korea’s supremo also expected the Premier League to be ‘inundated’ with talent from the country after the emergence of Han Kwang-song. Han, 23, was on loan at Italian side Perugia and the North Korean ‘wonderkid’ had started to attract attention after an ‘eye-catching start to the season.’ The North Korea international, who is now a free agent, also played for Juventus Under-23s and most recently played for Qatari side Al-Duhail. Razzi claimed that Kim felt Han was only a taste of what kind of talent North Korea could produce, with the dictator believing his country is in “constant evolution.” Kim ascended to his role as supreme leader of North Korea after the death of his father, Kim Jong-il, who had been in charge of the country from 1994 until 2011.
