The fact that you think CBN is a very high paying organisation is a clear testament that you have no idea what is going on. Let me tell you a few that pay higher than CBN.

Revenue generating agencies aren’t involved in budgets .. they fund themselves by keeping certain percentage of the total revenue they collect ..like 4% of d total revenue collected..

Only those Security and Health Agencies who have already received approval from Head of service and Budget office can recruit. Because Security and Health care is the primary responsibility of the government.
