As a sign of good faith, the South West needs to work with South East to produce an Igbo President. |
The United States has 3006 Counties (Nigeria equivalent of Local Government) In ONE of the Counties, Harris County to be specific, an estimated 150,000 Nigerians live there according to 2018 Census. This was according to Wiki. According to a 2019 survey, it's estimated that 461,695 U.S. residents report Nigerian ancestry.(Also per Wiki)Personally, I think this number is underreported but who knows? |

Mr. Bottleneck Hell-rufai, who asked for your opinion? |
Some things are never given, they have to be taken. If you ask nicely and you don't get it then you may have to change your strategy. Asking nicely will not get you anywhere, history has proven this over and over again . So, if you really want it, you have to take it "by force" |
Same goes with Suya. What I have seen them do is very disturbing. Never will I buy suya or cut fruits from roadside again |

Very well said. In as much as the southeast and southwest are not working in alliance to accomplish their individual goals of independence, it may continue to elude them. I may not be friends with you but if we have a common foe, then it becomes necessary to work together to eliminate that threat. Northernblood3: |
Don't do it, it will end badly for you. |
We are found ourselves in the mess we are today with the NIN issue mainly because of people who have lost or cant remember their NIN. New SIM registration was suspended because of it. Think about the multiplier effect of that for one second, let it sink in. |
We are working with a realtor, I am just not satisfied with the explain she gave. She said 'its nothing' |
My wife and I did an inspection at an estate in Awoyaya. Everything we have heard and read online was ok until we got to the Estate. I told my wife and the agent doing the inspection that we do not need to go in after seeing the markings on the outside wall. You know these days you can never be too careful especially when it comes to real estate. My question is did I over react? We had wanted to buy a plot but the 'stop work' written on the wall put me off. The estate is called The Milton while the developer is Leadwey Investment. I still like the estate but I need someone to explain to me why there is a work order before I can proceed to buy.
