The best way is to pour some detergent into water , shake your hands in the water to produce lather ( foam ) then pour the foamy water into the toilet. With this you won't have a single splashback when you drop the shit.

Simply, put foam inside water and put into the toilet....drop your poo like a pro; it wont splash.
OR.....
Use lots of tissue paper and place inside the toilet; don't let it soak too much, drop your poo immediately and it wont splash.

OR...

Master the art of slowly releasing poo, it's called poo-poo-lotrophy.....it wont allow for splashing too.

Bro, visit a good hospital for a Kenalog injection. According to the person who recommended it to me when I treated mine "it should be taken under the supervision of a medical doctor". The one I took in Jos, the doctor/pharmacist was injecting me in the buttocks. I couldn't see any effect. I was in this situation some years back bro I feel your pain . But to be honest remove the mindset of I want a cheap doctor or cheap hospital, that wouldn’t help you . Please see a dermatologist in any good hospital in Lagos ; the one that I used then is very expensive , he use to charge me 1k per visit every month after I paid 5k for medical card . But I must confess after 1 year of treatment and use of herbal soap that I saw on Nairaland here , am not happy with my face . The name of the soap is Medimix Ayurveda soap, it’s an Indian soap .

Hmm, I had something similar years ago. But I don't know if the name was keloid. Sometimes my acnes got so big and then becomes like a boil with pus. After all the pus comes out, it sometimes never flatten out. It remains like that and sometimes one or more join together to make it as wide as that.

Sometimes another boil springs up from those swollen scars and gets burst again.
If this was what happened to you there, I think you'll have to see a dermatologist. Mine wasn't as worse as this, but was something close. I usually wait when fresh boils come back on those swollen scars, then I use the opportunity to press out and completely flatten those scars.
In my case, those scars were there because there were still some accumulated 'thickened pus' or whatever that was there, I'm not sure of yours.

Do you still have regular breakouts (acnes) on those scars?

Don't listen to anyone who tells you to calm down, that the stuffs will go naturally. Just keep on searching, you will find a cure. It took me 7-8 years to find a lasting cure to my acne, blackheads, scars etc. After spending hundreds of thousands of naira. Only those with the condition know what they go through. Others will never understand.
Mine were more of black scars that had eaten deep into my skin tissue and it was now as if the face was rotting and developing holes. I would have told you what helped me out, but yours is more of swollen scars.

Those swollen scars must be softened and pus must gather which you must burst out, before those scars will ever leave, don't let anyone deceive you, there is nothing you can ever apply on those swollen scarss that will make them disappear, they can be there just like that for so many years. They're just like blackheads. They just never come off until they're extracted.

I strongly recommend you get something that will soften the tissues of those scars and make them gather pus like a boil.
It seems like you never completely press out the pus when you had cystic acnes (pimples that get big and turn into a boil), cos for one who has battled with acne in the past, you have little to no spots to show for it.

I wish you success in your journey to find the cure, with patience you'll get it soon.

I would have advise you to meet one of my younger brother but he is not on Nairaland. He was having a lot of pimples and similar thing like this on his face some few years ago ago, but right now all what I see is just the scares. I don't know how he managed to get rid of them

Unfortunately these look like keloids. If it is, there is nothing u can do about them. Stop shaving and try to avoid injuries, that’s wat caused them .

My husband has even gone to a dermatologist and they started injecting it with steroids but nothing happened. Then Beard gang came and he quickly joined, problem solved.

I think you tried scratching off the pimple marks. That's why it developed into keloids.
Laser treatment is only one of many treatments.

Examples of keloid treatments include:

corticosteroid injections to reduce inflammation

moisturizing oils to keep the tissue soft, such as these options available online

using pressure or silicone gel pads after injury

freezing the tissue to kill skin cells

laser treatments to reduce scar tissue

radiation to shrink keloids

Well not my fault that I got u wrong, before u edited ur topic, what u were looking solution for was acne. U didn’t mention keloid.

I don't know much about keloid treatment but I ll advice u to see a good dermatologist who is good in treating inflammation like this.

my sister also got dis same problem like u but today she's normal,,there is one baba we go see for our side he give us some herbal medicine to be used each time she wanna bath she should rob it in her face like 30minute befor bath we thoughts d tin will not work but man as my sister started using it just 3months the tin just vanish from her face i swear guy nd we only give em 5k only nd he solve our problem.

Dont keep hopes on doctors only find anoda way man trust me u would find a solution for ur problm.

Use pure honey, the one you ll get directly from the beehives and not the packaged honey u see in bottles. Do this for 2/3wks, and watch ur acne reduce drastically. And stop using creams on ur body, rather use vaselline
