Trapqueeen:Ah! Has the movement started? God help us! |
This tension! |
Lol! Why is the thread silent? You all should come out and chill! No tension! |
Nwachiizu:Bro, we will just keep observing them o. I will not say anything again, will just be laughing and observing. |
candyyy:Looooool. Candy o..... |
damilee:I am looking for someone! B*** the pyschologist, 12th of May (last week friday was our interview - Team A) pm me if you are the one! |
eseh1:Shey we will be here and keep observing. I was talking that day it was as if I was saying rubbish. We will just keep observing together, the truth will still come out. |
Lunagirl:No one asked for a full email showing personal and confidential details. People have posted more details than that, I just find the vagueness of the details too suspicious, even the screenshot posted is very suspicious, but what do I know? I just don't like deception but all we can see for now are indications akin to deceptive manipulation, for what purpose? I don't know. If it's true, no problem and am sorry if I came on too strong, but if not better stop it now, no one wants what happened with GSK to happen again, can't be filled with hope and end up seeing it was just a joke. |
Meyire:Bro. Thank you. I never even asked for a screenshot, I mean don't you all find it funny? No location of AC, no date. Just that screenshot which I did not explicitly ask for. |
Dazzle12:I will be frank, this all reeks of the GSK fake imposed pandemonium all over again. Lol, no email proof? Only 2 people claiming to have received the call? And some people saying they should not post a screenshot for proof? Don't make me laugh people, na naija we dey, it takes nothing to blur important details and put it up for other people's peace of mind. It's not by force to show us the proof, but we have an obligation to be truthful to ourselves. |
Chase2903:I hope you all ain't trying to pull a GSK? I remember GSK application last year, it was going like this, people were lying that they have received calls and all and the rest heard nothing from GSK. |
mcpat:Ok. Lol. The waiting and tension. Wish you all the best. |
[quote author=mcpat post=56427480]Lol we managed to eat about 5 pieces with me eating the lions share. There was no short bread sadly.[/quote Is there anyone who has an interview after today? I think today is the last day. |
At Dragnet already, patiently waiting for the interview. |
tboks:Cool. Same as me man. |
Sholy29ice:Is there anyone here who was Interviewed in the Dragnet Office gan gan and not at Olam? |
benebaby77:You are very right boss! Can't compare that first bank exam to what Citi bank has in store. It's just like comparing SHL to McKinsey's PST. |
LuckyWinner:Nice idea. The problems are - 1. This is for corp members. 2. Even if it ain't for corp member, McKinsey application process is the toughest in the world in my opinion. That their PST (Problem Solving Test) is not a joke at all, takes time to prepare for it. Though, all in all McKinsey is a great place to work and a superb career booster, it's just very tough. I know there are geniuses out there, but McKinsey's PST makes SHL, GRE and GMATS look stupid. |
Please who has applied and gotten a feedback from them? |
Emyben:Lol. Ask those guys who do SSC at NDA, they will tell you why. Just trust oga Tenderlaw, he knows what he is saying. So do I. You don't want to be in training near those guys I assure you. |
Bulletproof:Now this is funny. |
destino24:Wad up guys? I work with Lionbridge too. Let's connect? |
Sunnystooth:Yeah being reviewed Weare now reviewing your Digital interview and will provide you with an outcome shortly. |
Coz am seeing a lot of mixed theories. I don't even know what is what again. |
viviansteph:I hope this feedback is okay...... Feedback Judgement - Big picture thinking, analysis & decision making and change & innovation You provided excellent evidence against ‘big picture thinking’, you thought about the wider implications of your ideas and suggestions and it was clear that you seek to maximize benefits. You demonstrated that you could work effectively with different teams across Unilever and you started to think about how you could achieve savings. You demonstrated that you were committed and supportive to Unilever’s wider vision and goals and that you take account of these aims in your answers. You could improve further by thinking about how you could support others to develop their ‘big picture thinking’ skills. You did start to think about the different efficiencies that could be achieved when implementing large projects (i.e. savings in resource, time, project costs etc.) and how you might involve others in these types of tasks. You also demonstrated that you assimilate and analyze information effectively and objectively to make informed decisions quickly. Your answers indicate that you are able to actively seek and identify information that is useful and that you can identify trends, inconsistencies and risks. You provided some evidence to suggest that you think about how to encourage others to be objective and make use of data so that efficiencies can be achieved. You also thought about how you would present the full rationale behind your ideas / solutions in a convincing manner (especially when working with more senior individuals). You provided excellent evidence against the area – change and innovation. Overall it is clear that you are positive about change and you identify opportunities for better ways of working. You considered some of the impact that change can have on others and thought about some of the practical implications of making your ideas a reality. You also thought about how you would motivate and encourage others to generate creative ideas but could improve further by thinking about how you would address resistance to new ideas or new ways of working. Drive - Drive to succeed, accelerating business growth and consumer needs You demonstrated an excellent understanding of Unilever and how your values and strengths match to the requirements of the Future Leaders Programme. It is clear that you are motivated by the prospect of a challenging role and you are prepared to drive your own career and development. You provided some evidence that you had thought about how to build relationships across the business to overcome challenges and create long term partnerships. You provided positive evidence against working effectively to accelerate business growth. For example, it is clear that you adopt a structured and logical approach to work, from planning to delivery. It is also clear that you produce high quality results and that quality is important to you. You also provided strong evidence against prioritising tasks and dealt with these effectively under pressure. You demonstrated that you could multi-task in order to achieve more in tight time-scales. It is clear that you are concerned with consumer needs and will work hard to define and meet those needs. It is also clear that you will manage expectations and build effective partnerships in order to provide a high quality service. You thought about how you would increase consumer satisfaction and what would consumers like to see more of. However, you could improve further by thinking about how you would pre-empt any challenges or issues in order to put solutions in place before they become a problem. Influence - Inspirational leadership, influencing skills and learning agility Overall, you demonstrated excellent evidence against the ability to communicate effectively and influence others. It is clear that you will work collaboratively and effectively with a wide-range of people and that you are proactive in supporting others. You provided evidence that you could lead a team and work closely with other partners across Unilever. You also provided evidence that you would give others support, guidance and mentoring when leading them as part of a team. You also provided some positive evidence about how you would lead people during challenging situations or disagreements. You thought about ways of involving others to ensure everyone is listened to and it was clear that you would encourage everyone to contribute to a discussion. Kind Regards, Unilever Recruitment |
tenderlaw:Thank you very much sir. Really appreciate the encouragement. |
Celcius:The real truth is the Nigerian system has not been poisoned, Nigeria is poison itself. I am 6ft5 aka 1.95 metres, and I am 23 years old. I can do Numerical Analysis of Business problems with ease, so even with my height am no dummy. Without doing a complete Physical Analytics on the morphology of my legs, I was labelled flat footed. It's not that I don't have people that I can call, but have decided to move on. The Nigerian Navy does not deserve people like me. The most painful thing was finding out I was not even flat footed, to add insult to injury am hearing some people with flat foot are still in camp. There is a God, but Nigeria has been forsaken. I have moved on, but I will never forget how the country treats those deserving. I wish all those who have gotten this far success, and if it doesn't work out just move on. The only constant thing in life is change. |
viviansteph:I have a total of 4 emails from them starting from the application email to the Video Interview, who else is with me? |
NurseEze1:NurseEze1 which state are you? |
Graysmooth:So it's confirmed then? There is no one here whose surname starts with B and above who has gotten the test link? My surname starts from A, but has a T as the second letter so am suspecting there are some people whose surname starts from A, who might not have gotten test links yet, or what do you all think? |
Fesvit:Why not lift weights small? Or do body weight resistance training? It seems to me you are loosing both fat and muscle. Also up your protein intake to limit muscle loss. |
