Forget relocation!

#100,000 is NOT enough to relocate to anywhere in Nigeria if you expect it to cover accomodation.

For instance, the only potentially viable location in your list is the one in Benue. Others are prohibitively expensive.

Osogbo is a NO-GO area for now. It's super expensive. Uyo has ALWAYS been expensive. Same with Abakaliki.

In fact, you'll probably get a BETTER apartment in some areas of Lagos State than you'll get in Osogbo, Uyo or Abakaliki. Only you'll get better FINANCIAL outlook.

Your best bet is to SAVE MORE and get yourself to Lagos State. Other places are a waste of time.

Apart from the Northern parts of Nigeria, the cost of accommodation across Nigeria has ballooned so much that it makes ZERO sense to stay in states with MINIMAL economic activities when you can get BETTER opportunities in Lagos State with similar or slightly higher accommodation costs.

And the only thing more expensive in Lagos than other places was the cost of accommodation. Now that GAP in accomodation cost is SLIM or completely CLOSED in some cases.

Other things are CHEAPER in Lagos or the same price as in other LESS economically-viable states.

If you must relocate, go to LAGOS.

Power Companies in Nigeria are LEECHES!

They bill companies and businesses like they were established with the SOLE purpose of making money for NEPA.

They come with UNREASONABLE and criminally ESTIMATED bills every month and make threats.

That's why I have ZERO pity for the NEPA guys that were assaulted by Military guys.

The government can END this MADNESS by mandating the Power Discos to provide Prepaid Meters for Businesses and Institutions like Universities and Hospitals.
