Unfortunate criminals

I know persons who have been victims of these one-chance criminals in Abuja.

Especially from Area 1 and Berger axis, they pick unsuspecting victims, even innocent students.

You were advised multiple times to calm down, shove this ambition aside.

No room for such megalomania in Edo. Equity must prevail and the best qualified will be presented at the ballot.

Rather you should feel betrayed by those who pushed you into this selfish misadventure.

Seems everyone's focussed on Betta Edu.

I thought there was another one who moved billions who was suspended earlier.

Investigations should conclude before issuing statements.

This is not about Tribe but EQUITY. sad

Binis have ruled Twice with Lucky Igbinedion and Obaseki.
They also ruled with Samuel Ogbemudia and Odigie Oyegun. smiley

It's only Fair for Esan to demand that they Rule, too. smiley

True. Edos are one people, but for Equity sake, such leadership roles should be rotated amongst the senatorial zones.

Apart from Prof Osunbor who served for a few months following the 2007 elections, the last governor from the zone served in 1983 in person of Prof Ambrose Alli whose legacies are acknowledged up till this day.

Funny though.

So if a recurrent trend with certain demographic attributes is observed, instead of identifying aetiological factors and seeking solutions, we'll all pretend and keep mute grin grin grin

What of Good News and achievements, will anyone be banned for appreciating a particular tribe?

Esans and 'Binis' were never different people.

Esans, Bini's, Afemais are the same people.

Ighodalo or Ighodaro is the same name, has the same meaning, and used by Edolites irrespective of senatorial zone.
Politics / Re: VeryDarkMan Visits Bokkos Village Invaded By Gunmen, Exposes $27,500 Tin Mineral by NaMe4: 10:20pm On Jan 05
It has always been a plot to terrorize locals and take over their lands and natural resources.

From Birnin Gwari in Kaduna (where for decades locals and travellers had to abandon the 'old Lagos road'), to core villages in Southern kaduna to Niger State to Plateau to Benue to Zamfara.

And all these are not unconnected to the boko haram.

Names of some sponsors were released multiple times by foreign governments within the last three years, but the most corrupt government in the history of Nigeria acted as if they were deaf.

There seem to be a lot of complaints about bet9ja defrauding winners.

If they are unable to pay winners, they better shut down and go look for jobs.

Opening shop to defraud Nigerians shall not be acceptable.

All filling stations this period are all scams!!most esp NNPC stations selling at 568,
The one litre is not complete at all
I take 10 litres keg I buy 6500 naira fuel,it has never been complete 10 litres before, never even reached the 10ltres mark
They are all fraudulent this days, even those selling at 600+/ltr

The NNPC Mega Station in Benin City is the first Mega Station I've ever seen adjust their pump meters. Very pathetic!

MichaelSokoto:

Mega sapele road near zone 5 dey tie their meter too?

But na there I dey always buy & he dey complete for my eye naa!

For wia?? I used to buy from there steady. Then I noticed it (about a month or two after subsidy removal). Some private stations even sell better despite selling up to 650/L.

That mega station go just put 591/L. All na lie.

Experiment it. Buy 20k fuel from quarter tank from NNPC. Note the guage.

Repeat it from Buvel at MM Way.

SSFeedsNigeria:
There is no city, town or village in the SE and SS now where you won't find many Yoruba women and girls hawking agbo with their grimy bowls. Sometimes, I begin to wonder if there are Yoruba women and girls left in the South West?

Many of these women are in their 20's, 30's and 40's, the most productive demography of women. So, does it mean they're all unmarried? Did they arrive with their husbands? Despite the large numbers already in the East, many more are arriving on a daily basis.

I pity those that still drink these poisonous substances because they're seriously endangering their lives.

Most of these agbo/herbal drinks have always been native herbal remedies for native communities in the SS, especially Edo and Delta, and not brought in by Yorubas as you allege. In fact, the home of herbal remedies is Edo State.

You are ignorant because there is a difference between someone who denies his heritage and the example you gave. An Ikwerre man is an Igbo man. Ikwerre is closer by blood to Owerri people than Enugu is to Owerri. So if an Ikwerre man doesn't know he is Igbo because he chooses to be fooled by other tribes then he is a fool.

The Igbos know the history and heritage of the Ikwerre man better than the Ikwerre man himself. Wow.

I'll intentionally not edit it.

A good amount of effort has to be put in place in order to get verifiable and factual information from records or documents developed by historians, scholars, colonialists and merchants at the time and even royal /traditional leadership.

I met a new junior colleague and asked him his name, he said Chibuike. I said 'Oh you're Igbo. ', he said no that he is Ikwerre.

I said but you speak Igbo, he said yes. I said how did you learn the language, he said that's his mother tongue. 'I said you are a foool.'

I know a certain Bulama. He speaks Hausa which is the Lingua Franca in the North, but he is a Marghi man, very proud of his heritage. I've never heard any Bahaushe(Hausa man) call such person a fool just because he speaks his language or his name sounds 'Hausa-ish'

But this penitence is always seen with many from the South East who won't let other people be.
