Option one can also be more beautiful or esthetically pleasing than option two depending on how you finished the building and since beauty is subjective.
Option one is more durable and will not lick easily because of lack of excessive Valley. Roof lick easily at the valley, since long span roofing sheet is used for option one the dilemma of joint along purlin is eliminated.
Option one can also have better resistance to uplifting wind or any lateral lad acting on the roof through the introduction of parapet wall (don't confuse with concrete fascia).

I do not wish for us to sell the land now, but to wait for appreciation, meanwhile I plan to be in this community by tomorrow morning to complete my negotiation on the road access. Once upon a time a daughter complained to her father that her life was miserable and that she didn’t know how she was going to make it. She was tired of fighting and struggling all the time. It seemed just as one problem was solved, another one soon followed.

Once the three pots began to boil, he placed potatoes in one pot, eggs in the second pot and ground coffee beans in the third pot. Moral: In life, things happen around us, things happen to us, but the only thing that truly matters is how you choose to react to it and what you make out of it. Life is all about learning, adopting and converting all the struggles that we experience into something positive.

Experts in the house, I am currently building on a waterlogged area. Am about to do the septic tank for seawage. i was told it will be done with concrete from the bottom to the top as against the use of block on a dry land. Please is there no way i can reduced the cost like using only conrate wall for like 3 coaches then use block work to complete the remaiing coaching. i am thinking of using waterproof cement to plaster the wall of the septic tant so that ground water will not be able to enter the septic tank via the block works. please what do you think , will i save cost and also maintain quality? You opinion is also highly accepted.
