iamdotune: Wait o who controls the both arm and legs or do they control it separately Like if they want to walk does Abby wait for Brittany to move her leg forward and she follows along or how And do they have to share rounds of spoon to eat since nutrition affects both and who gets to feel they should ease their self or they feel it at the same time and if I slap Brittany would Abby feel it? Also do they gist theirselves before they sleep at night like normally when you think at night so they could just have someone to talk to And what if argh I've got a lot of questions I've to meet them in person! Intelligent questions. I was wondering if they could drive and since it's obvious that they have two brains, which of them controls the pedals and steering |

For the lutian, we used it in my small parish for close to a year before it was stolen. We didn't have much load anyway. Just six fans and a couple of fluorescent lights and amplifier/keyboard. We only use it on Sundays, so I can say much about how rugged it is |
Technology Market › Re: Thinking Of A Good Generator To Buy by nams77: 12:29am On Jul 24, 2017 |
Rather go for original sumec Firman. Not the red type. Go for the yellow ones. The only issue is that the key starter fails rather quickly but apart from that the engine is rugged. I bought two units over two years ago, and still running like new. I have not even change the plugs that came with it. Just try and get the one with original copper coil |

Education › Re: UNIBEN PG Students' Ordeal by nams77: 9:24pm On Jul 23, 2017 |
asunmoGGMU: The Application Form fee is N25,000. You are to write an entrance exam after which an interview will be held at Departmental level.
If you are admitted, you are to pay Acceptance fee of N20,000. School fee for first range between N80,000-N93,000 depending on Faculty/College one falls. Second year fee is within N60,000-N70,000 depending on Faculty/College as well.
N.B: The difference based on faculties is because of the Faculty charges. All the best. Thanks bro. So much appreciate it. Hope there are no hidden and hideous charges like uniben et el. Will now be looking at the distance angle. |

iHart: If its not professional MSc, the PhD and MSc forms are 13k + fees for english proficiency test for MSC. I don't know what the school fees is like. Whatever it is, it worths it. It may be a wrong reason to go for MSc because you have nothing doing. Go for it because of your passion for knowledge and PG, promotion in work place or desire for a lecturing job. Have a good driving force for it. A force that will push you to complete it and let it not be because you have nothing doing now. I presently work but I'm looking at lecturing In the long run |

asunmoGGMU: I went through the pages from 1 to 3. I must confess, the reports I read here are scary. Here, I am, in University of Ilorin criticizing the N5,000 I was asked to pay.
Some Departments collect N5,000 to cater for logistics such as stationeries for exams, external examiners, et al. Report has it that PG School (Unilorin) do not make provision of all these to them and there is no subvention for PG programmes from the govt, that I learnt has always been the tradition. What's the fees like there |

iHart: their form for 17/18 sessio ends this tuesday. You will have to choose between distance and delay. I opted for unizik over UI because of distance but the almighty hammer of delay landed on my head. From now till next year make enquiries well and make a better choice. What course are you going for? OK. Thanks very much. What's the fees like? That will be another huge determinant. I'm looking at Environmental Quality Mgt, that's if I am gunning for uniben. But truth be told, with all these exorbitant rates, you sure say no be business sure pass so! I am been tempted to rather go into business, pending when I become dangote,.
. Unizik is on time on their calender only and only for undergraduate programmes, when it comes to PG you are on a very long thing. If you have passion for PG then go for it irrespective of what is happening in the system.
|
Education › Re: UNIBEN PG Students' Ordeal by nams77: 10:36pm On Jul 22, 2017 |
iHart: unizik is a nice school but... Everything they are saying here applies to unixiz. In our own time, over 100 students were admitted for MSc in our department. After five years not more than 15 have graduated from the department. No working PG calender. Inadequate PG hostel, your chance of getting a space in the hostel is not up to 5%. No PG lab for most science departments. The school is always flooded. You have course work and research work. course work takes one year, research work takes another year or more depending on several factors. Then the process of defending the research work takes another year. Research work mostly starts when you are done with course work. The stages in defending your research work is Proposal, departmental defence, faculty defence and external defence. It usually takes more than a year to go through these stages. In most cases students do proposal long after they have completed the research or after they have gone far into the work. How the programme runs will not be totally clear to you . The only time you will understand how the programme runs is when you come for clearance. That may be after so many years. PG school claims that things has improved not until you enter and find out for yourself. Three things are involved, it is either you are lucky, partially lucky or completely unlucky. If you are lucky, you graduate in time, maybe within two years. If you are partially lucky, you will gratute no matter how long it takes. If you are unlucky, you get frustrated and drop out. The longer you stay, the more school fees you pay. The longer you stay, the more frustrated you become. The way PG is ran in Unizik is bad but if you try another school, it may be WORST. I encourage you to go to unizik but make up your mind to accept whatever you see. Na waoh o. Person go even do masters sef? With the way things are going. Bro this thing you said was it in the past or what is currently obtainable. I used to hear that unizik is always on time with its academic/school calendar. But I'm seeing things in a different light now. Thanks for your time |

iHart: PG is a different ball game altogether... During my days in Unizik I got to understand that other than the regular undergraduate programme of federal universities, FG don't send subvention. So universities are forced to use IGR to run programmes outside the regular undergraduate, hence the incessant, unwarranted and bogus money PG students are extorted. In Unizik they used the "extorted" money to eat lunch. I remember when I was doing my clearance, once its break time you will junior works, who I assume are mostly corpers, taking food from the secretary's office to serve the other staff. I don't know if they are still doing that. No meaningful thing they will use the money to achieve. No equipped PG lab or library, just wasting money on frivolities... mtchewww Pls bro give me more info on unizik. Tnx |

Hmmm. So many fireworks here. When people make analysis, they should pls give hard evidence with stats(empirical facts). I have not driven the said Volvo, but I have spoken to quite a few numbers of Volvo users down south and they seem to be happy with their rides.(v40). Recently I met one and he told me he has been using his s40(2000 model) for 7years. He affectionately calls it his swamp buggy, as he said the vehicle use to swim the large body of water to his house. He just upgraded to an SUV (Volvo) . |
Family › Re: My Marriage - A Sinking Ship. by nams77: 6:51pm On Jul 17, 2017 |
Prognose: I read the whole thing. You're not alone bro. The problems you're having is the same kind of problems married people have at this stage of their marriage. This is the setting limits stage. This is where you both draw the line on things you can tolerate and things you won't allow no matter what. This is the stage where you show the kind of man you are and your wife will likewise adapt as a woman. Your problem is nothing out of the ordinary that others in these phase of marriage have experienced.
You didn't see all these flaws in her initially because you were deeply in love with her then. You may have even noticed some of these things but pushed them aside. But now the euphoria of love have gone and both of you are seeing yourselves live and direct. It's not a new thing bros, trust me.
So she nags. Almost all women nag, some nag worse than others. It is kind of your job to be patient with her as the man. Pls try and control your temper, this is what will make you matured and will separate u from being a boy. When she shouts and talks ceaselessly find a way to leave the environment or ignore her, depending on the type u can do. Over time she will learn to control herself. Her controlling herself and reducing her nagging and your not getting enraged to be slapping her shows that you are both coming of age in the marriage and are understanding each other and becoming mature.
Do you want her to go back to her job? Remember she is pregnant (for the first time) and in a delicate and scared state. She is quite vulnerable right now with the changes going on in her body. Your job at this time is to be as supportive as you can. I don't mean you should become her slave but try and give her more rope when she misbehaves. It gets worse at three to six months of age and then she should start returning back to normal.
Set a boundary for her father. The fact that he has cut the phone on you once is enough to piss you off. He's not married to her, you are. If he calls again tell him politely that this is your family and you have your own plans for your wife. If you don't have the mind to do this then u can just ignore him instead. This is your wife now, he should stop butting in.
Find a job for her to do, no matter how little. Also don't give up on yourself. Every married couple went through this stage, it is those that come out of it that last. If you break up now, what's to say in your next marriage u won't break up again at the first sign of difficulty. Your a postgraduate man, you should be more mature and patient bro.
Find an older married couple you can talk to for advice. Not online o. A respectable married couple or couples preferably from the generation before ours let them tell you what they've been through themselves. Marriage is hard work and the more work you put into it the sweeter it becomes.
Cheers bro. You said everything I wanted to say. I have nothing more to say. Bluestream,. Here is your answer. Lastly, don't ditch your marriage so soon. The first two to three years in a marriage are the most difficult. If you can weather it, then you are almost there. It's well bro. Keep your hustle going on and release all the grudges from ur mind |

My brother, I have driven some few cars myself, primera, Vento, Audi 80, Tacoma, Corolla but nothing beats the sheer driving pleasure one gets from driving a solid Merc. The balance, road handling, suspension, steering power, simply amazing. I once heard that this were the reason armed robbers fell in love with the 190 and always like using it for their operations so many years back. I remember when I was trapped between two cars and their owners were no where to be found. People around said I wouldn't be able to come out but I just smiled and jumped into my baby and was able to maneuver it out of that tight spot to the amazement of onlookers. Philadelphia: And did the w202 c180 drown in the same water/flood? I bet you that if the c class passes that same water, it would not need any flushing.
Just in case you don't know, the battery of that c class is not on the bonnet as you may have thought. So I ask you again, would the w202 c180 c class drown/ get stuck or go off in a pool of water that a Toyota camry pencil light would swim through? Lol. The way people hype Toyota, you will think it will never break down. Years back, I visited a church ( an evening program). I was about driving out when I noticed this woman battling with her c class w202. I looked around, there were just only 3 cars left in the park and it was getting dark really fast and she had kids with her. I knew it was battery problem so I decided to stop and help. I bounced off to the front of her car to put in my own battery but a rude shock was waiting for me. There was no battery! I looked around again and again but found no battery under the bonnet. She seems to notice my confusion and laughed, telling me the battery was in the booth! I was flabbergasted, to say the least. I looked like a small school boy who was seeing an ocean for the first time. If I decide to write about the prowess of a Merc, that will be a topic on its own. All these Toyota fans who have not driven other brands should keep kwayet and allow those with experience to speak |
