Lastly op, you can also check the Nigerian used Toyota verso. Nice and appealing look but you still have to confirm from the gurus in the house to give you technical stats. |

kayjasper: Not just a 3 rows, but from 2005 upwards. A bit difficult but definitely not impossible. We see how it goes by this weekend. @kayjasper. I'm away of the year, but getting a Toyota brand of that year in question is going to overshoot his budget. I would rather get something older but more reliable than get something more recent and be plagued by problems. I'm not Toyota fan, but in this particular case, I will go with a Toyota product |

And oh I forgot, there is also the Toyota picnic ( 4 cylinder). The design may bland and uninspiring but it gets the job done. I'm not one of those Toyota fans, I would rather go for a Mercedes but in this scenario, a Toyota product is the way to go |

dynamix101: Tanks..... Goat rearing is fantastic and its something i also want to venture into in the nearest future when we are fully settled with our piggery. They require lesser care and are relatively inexpensive to feed when u compare them with pigs or poultry (the craziest livestock to rear). You can rear them alongside your pigs and u can rear both eastern and northern breeds too.
As per your location, pig farming is nonexistent in warri. I know this because buyers come to Okearo and Ikorodu from Warri and load specially constructed trucks with animals to sell down there. I dont know why there arent piggeries but i believe u have a real ready hungry starving and underserved market. You need a very long term deliberate strategy to keep u on the front edge of the market there. I intend starting small. I'm always an apostle of organic growth. What's your take on me starting with two female pigs and a male for example? I may make inquiry and see if I can join them in the buying and selling, if my job will permit me |

donofdons: Anyone that seek divine greenlight before doing anything is schizophrenic and mad. How long will it take us to realize that God is dead. jesus went back to heaven and overthrew God the father and he was equally overthrown by God the holy spirit but being that the father and the son is dead, the holly spirit had no physical body through which he can carry out his will so the angels disobeyed him and supported angel michaels takeover the heavens. But lucifer defeated them all using the fallen angels and minions from hell and he lucifer now seat on the throne as our lord, God and saviour. for ever and ever. Is this as a result of high fever or sapele water aka push me I push you? In I'm still trying to figure it out. Someone help me with that Jonathan meme where he is in deep thought and with a finger on his chin abeg |

stressedout: thanks for the advice. it is clear. i have to leave that house. i will pack my things today and leave for calabar first things tomorrow. Why i say ordinary is because these people are not suffering at all, they live well. i did not live there free. i did various jobs for the man and even stayed in the wifes store where she sells provisions. This is someone i senior with over 5 yrs. such behaviour was not so at the beginning now i am almost treated as if i came to do househelp. so i will never rely on anyone again as man can fail, but God never fails. That's the problem. You see them as the end not a means to an end. Because they are well off shouldn't mean you cast all your burden on them and became a house help. If I were you, I would have just bn contented with only the roof over my head and go out every morning to hustle something, even if na labourer or conductor work. Come back in the evening and eat whatever is offered. Well, those are past tense now. Go down on your knees and pray to God to arise and show you favor as you step out to the unknown (Calabar). You might just walk into a miracle. Last advice- no one owes you anything in this world. Even your own brother can disappoint u. That's life. I have a very rich uncle who eats and dine with the former GMD of NNPC by virtue of his position in the oil and gas industry. This man can give me contract running into many millions but e no dey reason me and me no dey reason am at all. I'm living my life jejely |

shortgun: That's a banded water snake.....its non venomous. The banded water snake is non venomous like you rightly pointed out but you can hardly distinguish it from it very deadly cousin, the cottonmouth snake(water mocassin). They look alike structural. The only difference is their behavior. The banded water snake shakes its tail when agitated and open its mouth wide tofeed. op, like the late notorious BIG will say, shot first and ask questions last. Kill it first before finding out if it's deadly |

Thought I was the only one that noticed it is a combination of the Honda Ridgeline (front) and Nissan frontier (behind and side). It lacks originality and a distinct personality |

A beautiful mind! Op God bless you. There are so many arm-chair and online Farmers on this forum who are quick to sell ebooks and extort money from newbies. I was actually looking at goat rearing until I sat down with a friend who mentioned pig farming being more lucrative. He said the mother was into it then. I am planning on starting a farm shortly but I can't start it around my present location as it is purely residential area. My folks will be moving to the city outskirt and that is where I intend to set it up. I will be visiting twice or thrice weekly Because I have a Normal 9-5 job. I have always believed in starting small in any business endeavor. For goat then, I was thinking of two/three female and a male. I already know that money won't start rolling in until 1.5/ 2yrs. Op what do you think about goat farming (sorry to deviate a bit), I see them as hardy animals that can survive harsh conditions (don't know about pigs though). I'm am keeping my mind open. You also mentioned pig community. I don't think we have that around here(warri). Thanks once again. Following your thread keenly |

princetom1: Who doesn't love a piece of art, except maybe GAZZUZZ, he has a think for kia/Hyundai I wonder too. An organization I once worked with uses the Kia Rio ( I think it is the 05/06) as official cars. The vehicles were always developing one fault or the other. While some were always sleeping in the mecho's garage. But in hindsight, I now believe it is the crooked drivers bringing all sorts of spurious claims and conniving with mechanics to fleece the company. Still trying to shake off that mindset. The Kia Rio is one quick, responsive ride |

hilroy: If as a military officer you don't know that you have to follow order from above, then you deserved to be dismissed. Protecting Biafra supporters (who are gathering illegally) is like protecting Boko haram supporters, and that is conflict of interest to your duty as army officer of Nigeria fool. Have you ever heard the word"rule of engagement" in the military. I know it doesn't exist In Nigeria. So if the army send you to attack unarmed citizens who are gathering together either you will obey such order? Equating one of the most deadliest terror group in the world (boko haram) with ipob youth is truly over reaching and tends to a delusion grandeur. |
