In ur church mind u think the likes of adenuga and dangote don't encountet difficulties along thrir way? How many times have u heard them wail on social media?

If they are attacking air peace, then it's my business. So when a teacher brutally beat you child in school, you also want to know if the whole class was beaten? Smh. I love America. If you treat their companies badly in your own country, expect same measure. Don't quote me again as I won't respond. I stand for all Nigerian businesses. We need jobs for our people |

I believe that by now, he must have realized how serious the case is. His case is a criminal case , it's not civil case o. The court doesn't operate on the social media.
He may or may not likely do plea bargaining for light jail sentencing after he pleads guilty.

Cutezt: Seems you didn't read the post completely. The NBC was sued alongside Multichoice by SLTV for violating their own sublicencing codes to create a favorable environment for pay tv competition and SLTV won.
There is no more exclusive content rights in Nigeria, that privilege has been removed by the minister of information and the NBC.
I don't know what you are talking about but even if SLTV shuts down today, I am not at loss at all. I can get an installer to still help me track FTA channels with the decoder.
Moreover, SLTV has been existing since 2019 and despite all the court battles, they still show Supersport till date. Good reviews. Can it get FTA for sure? |

You will be so surprised that both the initiator and 90% of the people contributing in this thread are all Igbo people using assorted monikers.
Offline, they use ESN and UGM to kill and hound Anambra people out of their own state.
Online they use Igbo Amala etc to attract hatred from other tribes against Anambra businesses and celebrities.
Their hate against Anambra people is fuelling all tribal wars on Nairaland just to make sure they uproot Anambra people at home and abroad.
Yorubas and Hausas as well as other Nigerian tribes cannot understand the dynamics of South East politics.
Anambra people are facing the most hateful people that God created and only God can save us.
The crime of Anambra is that they try to be successful.

GAZZUZZ:
What is painful is I received no notifications for flight cancelation, I would have remained at home and not wasted money heading to the airport .
There was also no option of a rescheduled flight for same day.
Today is Sunday, and there will be a mad rush to leave Anambra to beat the sit at home routine,
The location of the Anambra airport is on the outskirts of town and not secure .
Not ready to waste about 3-4hrs from Anambra airport to Asaba town.
. Why don't you modify the time it takes between Anambra state airport and Asaba? Several persons have pointed out that that figure is wrong. Do well to edit it. The distance is roughly an hour not 3-4 hours like you mentioned. |
Travel › Re: My Experience Travelling With United Nigeria by nams77: 3:09pm On Apr 28, 2024 |
Administration1: Gazzuzz, inasmuch as The Airline (United whatever) has to be called out for their incompetence, non-communication and lack of customer respect, I'll like to correct a little mixups with your experience.
Firstly the distance from Anambra Airport to Asaba is less than 1hour, you can verify this from daily commuters using commercial buses and passing old bridge.
Secondly the Airline uses it's own coaster buses to convey passengers from Anambra Airport to Asaba, if they don't have enough passengers for direct Asaba, I have been a victim before( Where they failed woefully is not informing you guys on time)
Least I forget, the airline coaster buses don't ply the old bridge, they use the new bridge and have armed escorts that sandwich the coaster bus(es). Pointing back to the distance of the journey, it is actually less than 1 hour from the Anambra airport to Asaba.
For the refund, hope you initiated the process at the counter and your ticket is a full refundable one.
General 2 cents: Not saying this is what happened bro, but try booking your flights yourself so all communication can get to you first hand. Thank you for pointing out that error. @gazzuzz. Pls edit your initial post. From the airport to Asaba is just under an hour. By the way, the airline messed up big time. They should have given customers insight into their plans. This is pure fraudulent activity. |

Odotech: A whole 40 million people suffering inferiority complex. The Edo people are 98% igodomigodo blood. But the royalty may have a Yoruba infiltration at a point. Even that infiltration has less than 5% Yoruba DNA today because they always marry pure Benin women just to gain legitimacy among the edos. The Yorubas were unable to set up a world reputable dynasty 100% by themselves hence the fight for control of igodomigodo beginning from the time of oranmiyan just the way itsekiris rather than focus on creating an itsekiri town insist on fighting for recognition as olu of warri ie king of urban urhobo and ijaw towns. The real itsekiri towns are in warri north local govt closer to Edo state by sea and has no geographic connection to urban warri in warri South LG which is 95% urhobo communities. They had to insist on naming itsekiri settlements in urhoboland such as ekurede-itsekiri just to attach to warri by force. Meanwhile, the bigger town where they carved such name from is called ekurede-urhobo community in warri. Ekurede is an urhobo word for family ie family of urhobos (ekurede urhobo). The itsekiri shamelessly, settled in a part of this town and after many years went to court to fight over ownership and renamed their part to ekurede-itsekiri. They didn't even realize ekurede was a pure urhobo word- not itsekiri word. This explains the Yoruba attempted takeover of Edo by mere renaming from igodomigodo to ile binu. That doesn't change the DNA of the pure original inhabitants neither does it change their spoken language. It's just a cosmetic takeover. Nothing to brag I like your assertions. It looks watertight. Even though I don't know the history of these kingdoms, I think your position seems plausible |

Did anyone tell you it was as a result of good economic policies? Why didn't Air Peace stop operations when foreign airlines were complaining?
Did the purchasing power of Nigerians increase when Air Peace slashed the price which led to competition in the aviation sector?
I'm talking about supporting such indigenous businesses in light of such advantages, you're talking as if you just passed junior WAEC. Olodo 😆😂 There is no need to discuss further with you. Your level of reasoning is too low. Have a nice day |

santaclaws: Did you even go through the post? Get a hold of your emotions and stop acting like a baby crying for breastmilk!
Their reason for leaving has more to do with low sales, not any unique economic disadvantage. Same low sales affected Igbo, Yoruba and Hausa businesses in Nigeria, nothing new. So what should the government do for them to increase their profits? Should the government patronize them so they can stay or what? Or we should start begging them on social media, cos you claim to reason but you don't know what you're writing. Low sales was as a result of the fall in purchasing power of the populace occasioned by bad economic policies. Make Una go school Una say no. |

santaclaws: They can leave. Their main reason is reduced sales according to them and Nigeria is just leaving a recession, coupled with our fight against inflation. They're not the only ones who experienced a plunge in sales, a lot of Nigerians were forced to cut down on their expenditure and it affected businesses.
This is why the govt must support indigenous businesses cos all these foreign businesses have no real stake in the country. Once they can't maximise profit, they jet out. Only local businesses can bear with the country through hard times, just like BUA cement & Air Peace... When people like you talk I shake my head in consternation! Do you know the job loss that will follow? Do you know the ripple effect that will come from this? Loss of tax to government, job loss. Tell me one modern country that has only indigenous companies?
