Goodlady: Muyico, it's not a skit. It happened in real life. I watched it on Facebook. The woman is now trending. Though it's not by force to buy asoebi and to avoid drama, I advise people doing party that want to cash out from it should desist. But did she warn people that if them no buy her asoebi make den no come the party? If so, they deserved the curses. If I m her, bouncers ll throw out those that didn't buy clothes. It's not easy to entertain guests with meals over N2K alone in Nigeria not to talk of in UK where each guest ll eat and drink food worth over N20K - N30K or more. At some events, wine taken cost hundreds of thousands of millions. So if I decided to cash out on my asoebi and some foóls decided to come and eat free food (owo epo), they ll go to clinic after 2 weeks cos the spirit of the money I spent must worry them. If I give you something for free, it's free. But if I decided to do biz with my party, it's none of your business. So I support the curses if she had warned dem before. If you quote me without sense, I ll injure you here on nairaland with my constructive response. So think we'll before saying rubbish especially if you are male. My words ll pepper 🌶️ you to your marrows and blokkos! Someone like me will actually be driven outside if I was there. I don't buy asoebi. I will rather spray you the cash. She should have pre-informed them which is better and even place security at the entrance to discreetly warn people. She is vile and will reap it trust me |

LikeAking: Continue with ya ignorance.. You are a typical Nigerian employer. Yes, customer is king but that does not mean you shouldn't appreciate your staff or gently protect them when they are in right. Op this scenario requires a delicate balancing. Yes, the parents bring the funds but an employer should also be be willing to GENTLY support his staff when the evidence is overwhelmingly in their favour |

codemaster2much: Nairaland car prices are usually too high due to the the fact that most of the advert posters here are middle men, I use jiji instead (higher probability of meeting direct owner) and I have always been lucky with both the prices and car conditions Wow. I used to be scared of jiji. Once got a cooking gas cylinder from there and it was a great buy. |

Onyeka90210: It all depends on the person selling the car and how honest they are. Why most of the car purchase stories are bad is that most Nigerians aren’t honest. Most Nigerians will only agree to sell off when the car is past redeemable. They will want to transfer their High blood pressure to an unsuspecting buyer. |

Yet to buy a car advertised on nairaland but I was just wondering if any one has bought a really good car here that gave minimal problem. I saw a neat CRV in pristine condition and I thought what are the odds of trusting the neatness of the car and purchasing it without doing due diligence. Most of the stories here are woes about bad purchases. Please share your views please.

Fred166: it baffles me. There’s no space in my doors. I have two entrances to enter my house, either from the kitchen entrance or the main entrance and both entrance has door net. I fixed door net to prevent mosquitoes because of my baby.
You can’t even see mosquitoes, cockroach or rat in my house.
I will have to fumigate my house. I’m so shocked right now. Check around window edges. Some mosquito nets may have small allowances at the edges |

Honoredeblazac: What is wrong with Ned. As an observant Muslim who is always in the mosque , he should know that compulsory autopsy is against Islamic rules. While it should be optional for unbelievers, it shouldn’t be made compulsory in a majority musim nation like nigeria And where did you get the notion that Muslims are in the majority,? Have you done a census on that? Always foaming in the mouth |

kingsways: Nobody forced the Obas to stand up
If what Obasanjo did was wrong, I expect the Obas to have been men enough to refuse to stand up and tell him to his face that they cannot accept him telling them to stand up and sit down like school children
If someone is Cowardly and gutless, then someone can rightly question if such a person is even deserving of being an Oba in the first place I don't really have anything to say but the way the obas all jumped up like primary 4 children was so amusing to me I still can't wrap my head around the incident. Make dem leave Baba alone sha. No body force them stand up. Baba remains my niqqa |
