I have been hearing this often and often, from your experiences here, do the tubular batteries in our markets here really last 5-8years for real?

Yes, I'm communicating with it. My suspicion is that your cable is not the correct type. I had to slightly modify every cable that eventually worked. You can modify your cable as in the picture below and it should work with MPPTracker. However, do you have the EDMS? I also suspect that Felicity is basically cloning some popular brands (maybe not any more), so I have been trying to search for who they might be impersonating. Both their hybrid inverters and charge controllers were clones of MPPSolar products, so I was able to communicate with them over RS-232 using MPPSolar/Axpert softwares.

Afternoon bosses after replacing my plugs based on the cylinder misfiring code that was showing on my car, it now works fine not until yesterday when the car decided not to kick or turn on again. At first I thought it could be battery, we had it replaced but it wasn’t the issue, and it wasn’t my key fob too. There’s also no error code on scanner but the Rewire that came to check it was saying the kick starter is faulty.

Saying I have to replace, my first question is could that be what’s wrong with it and the next is if that’s what’s wrong, please who has an Honda spare part dealer that sells the item and like how much does it go for.

This is the best setup for you as per the MPPT of 500V Max ooo. You had mentioned 12pcs of PVs, please make sure you aren't gonna be setting up 12s of this PVs to this system. You might fry it. If you must use up all the 12 PVs, 6s2p is the way to go.

Good morning my good people. Please I need your input on this.
I have a VW Passat cc 2012, for a while now it's been difficult to get it started in the morning, it will start and go off immediately. Now it doesn't even start again. We have used 3 different VW specialists but none seem to get why the issue is. The last person that was referred to us said there's an issue with the fuel pump, (meanwhile the previous mechanics changed the fuel pump o we've bought 3 different fuel pumps now) and below was the quote he gave us
Need to buy a new fuel pump(the original)-60k, 2 sensors in the engine-25k, and workmanship 65k===== 150k
After we agreed and he did all of these he now decided that he would need to tow the car to his workshop and get it properly checked as he was seeing some bypass in the engine or so. He towed the car and now he's giving us another quite that these things need to be worked on again. Pls I need your advice on this because I feel this guy is just taking advantage of my ignorance on this matter.

They are actually 35mm x 2 on each pole. I used single 35mm initially but they were heating up while charging at 240A.
So instead of linking the 2 batteries, I let each battery travel to the inverter on its own. Now the heating is gone.

I have the breakers to worry about now. It's rated 125A and I'm pumping 240A through it. Instead of it to trip, it's just there heating up.

My 24v 5.5kva inverter and 4 tall tubular battery setup na tear rubber oh.

I haven't started using it for carrying load sef. That's why the whole thing is confusing me.

I was told to leave it charging for at least 24hrs which I extended to 48hrs but still the fan go just dey blow dey go while the charge LED light stays blinking but the battery meter on LCD is full and voltage is 27V (It's a 24v 440AH setup).

I assumed it was already in float since the voltage is reading 27V but that charge blinking thing

Do I need a separate battery monitor DESPITE the inverter LCD screen already showing Input Voltage, Output Voltage, Load and Battery Voltage etc ?

Voltage in my area these days dey tire person sef (120v) and has me considering a very wide range input 10KVA stabilizer

The fans are always on and somewhat loud, is that normal?

The only time they go off is when the inverter is switched off and there's no NEPA.

E be like say I go blog post for new Famicare inverter buyers when I'm done sorting out my issues with the inverter

Hi abeg no vex. I just installed a 5kva 24v famicare inverter with 4 12v 220AH batteries yesterday. Please how long does the first charge take and how will I know the batteries are fully charged? The battery indicator in the LCD is full and has stopped flashing BUT the yellow charging lamp is still blinking. Thank you

Something tells me the transformer in it is toroidal.
Would you be able to take off the case to check?

I am not sure that this is the way to measure pf or inverter efficiency especially when you mix inductive and reactive loads together.

Also doubtful the accuracy and precision of any sensors or meters in a budget inverter.

This is the sort of (mis)approximation that may guide someone to make a subpar decision with a great degree of confidence.

To do this assessment properly, one has to separate between the pf distortion created by the loads and the energy conversion efficiency and measurement accuracy of the inverter itself - these are just a few issues to consider and things can get very complicated from here.

If I could put it in simple terms, a horribly designed inductive load will run inefficiently on an average inverter just thesame as it would run inefficiently on a premium and very well designed inverter - one cannot credit the energy/power losses to the inverter in this case.
