@OP, It's a shame we have a dead potto or Angwantibo on our hands. It could be Perodicticus potto (Common name:West African potto), Arctocebus calabarensis (Common name: Calabar Angwantibo, Golden Potto, Angwantibo) or Arctocebus aureus (Common name: Golden Angwantibo, Golden Potto). A closer look will reveal the exact species, but you should know that these are very rare species and require increased conservation efforts. There was also a record (injured) of an individual from Enugu last year. I'm coming into Benin in May, would you be available to meet up and talk about this record? I'll lik to know where you captured it, and possibly take coordinates. I'll be checking back for your reply. Thank. |
If you think talking to your mom or running to Nairaland or some other thing will change your mom, you are making a huge mistake. If you already know her weakness, work with that and use that as the basis to love her. She wants an Android, what the f***k are you waiting for when you can afford it.... And what do you even think you are doing arguing with your mom? For a minute I thought you were one of my sisters whining about my mom. My mom thinks she knows more than all her children (with our PhD's and Master's)...she'll rather agree with a street urchin than us. Lol. We know these weaknesses, but we love her the more. You are lucky to still have your dad who's the only person who can talk to her. My advice, stop arguing with her and keep buying her gifts... And keep loving her |
Ragnorak:@op whatever you do, DO NOT go to a Nigerian University for your graduate studies. Find your way to the US or Canada (US preferably) for your graduate studies. Otherwise, you'll end up adding to the problem called Nigerian Universities. My one kobo |
blackpanda:It's not true that the north gets nothing. These people are very crafty, they wrote the constitution. Whatever little you think they lost in 13% derivation, they gained, even more through outrageous local governments. Do you have any idea how many LGAs northern states parade? Kano alone has 42, and all these LGAs are funded by the FG. Should we talk about the percentage of oil blocks owned by the northerners Now I'm getting emotional |
imperiouxx:Hmn... Thanks for the heads-up |
Hi everyone! Please I need some info on visa interview. I would like to know if I'll need to take along an account statement to the embassy. Background : I'm going for a PhD with teaching assistantship that covers my tuition and all.. Plus a good stipend. Again, I'm required to resume 2 weeks before resumption date for a workshop. |
stelaar:I use mobil 1 as well and I think it's expensive. I bought 10 litres for 22k last week. I'd be pleased if you can suggest to me a cheaper brand or variant. I'd also love to know the consequences, if any, of changing engine oil. Ps: I use a 2005 Nissan frontier |
Stop killing the civets.. Stop depleting our biodiversity for goodness sake! |

Hawlahscho:Thanks for the information! We'd just reverse it back. Yeah WE have been able to trace your application to hawlahscho@yahoo.com. But sadly, u are very broke at the moment. That's not to say we won't hold unto your BVN though |
President Ali Bongo Ondimba of Gabon is a Nigerian of the ethnic Igbo stock, adopted by a former leader of the country during the Biafran war. This startling revelation is about to be revealed as a court in western France Thursday allowed a family member of Ali Bongo Ondimba to view the birth certificate of the leader after accusations that he lied about where he was born. With next year’s presidential elections approaching, controversy has been brewing over Ali Bongo’s place of birth with critics saying he falsified his birth certificate to hide the fact that he was adopted from another country. If the allegations prove true, it could keep him from running for another term and cost him his wealth. The court in Nantes allowed 25-year-old Onaida Maisha Bongo Ondimba, a daughter of former president Omar Bongo, to view the documents in full. Her lawyer Eric Moutet hailed the decision as “enormous”, though “diplomatically complex”. Ali Bongo is the only one of ex-president Omar Bongo’s 54 declared heirs not to have produced the identification documents. Ali Bongo assumed the presidency following the 2009 death of his father Omar Bongo, who had presided over the west African nation and its oil and mineral wealth since 1967. The Gabonese constitution says one must be born Gabonese to serve as the head of state, but French investigative journalist Pierre Pean alleged in a recent book that the president was actually Nigerian and was adopted during the Biafran war in the late 1960s. Bongo himself claims he was born in Brazzaville in 1959, former capital of French Equatorial Africa. The Nantes civil registration centre is responsible for all birth certificates of people born in French Equatorial Africa up to 1960, when the former colonial countries in the region gained independence to become Gabon, Congo, Chad and the Central African Republic. Ali Bongo announced in late August that he would give “all his share of the inheritance” from his father to “the Gabonese youth” in a speech marking the 55th anniversary of independence. http://saharareporters.com/2015/11/13/revealed-gabonese-president-ali-bongo-adopted-nigeria’s-southeast-during-biafra-war |

easystudy101:it baffles me how a lot of nairalanders brazen out laziness. Since this Jewish symbol issue came up, have you even, for once, tried typing 'star of David' into Google? No? Well, it's dangerous letting people dictate what you believe... |
Gbawe2:I have 'a lot more' other qualities too, aside looking adoringly presidential in my pictures but, I still am not the president. Just saying... |
Gbawe2:I look presidential in so many of my pictures but, that doesn't make me a president |
These politicians do whatever they like and get away with it because of people like these gullible lot in this thread. Their divide and rule tactics has never failed them. Whatever unpardonable thing they do, they know there will always be many idiots supporting them either on the basis of religion, tribe, party or just to remind us that they are idiots. You guys are just being used. If you think these politicians are enemies then naivety is your second name (They meet in their exclusive homosexual clubs, secret cults, exclusive parties, coven,......) They quarrel in the public just to divide us because they are scared to death of what a United people could do. shine your eyes and stop patronizing them.. |
Descartes:Then you don't know your history very well. In the 50s, in the Western house of Representatives, legislators went berserk... Smashing chairs on any available heads. in fact, today's generation of lawmakers still dey learn. just research on the political rivalry between akintola and awolowo. Those two introduced thuggery and the 'rent a crowd' phenomenon into our politics. |
GreenBobo:I just want to believe that he has already apologised to keshi and all fences mended. The guy has given a lot to the team but I'm very worried this behavior has become serial. He needs a wake up spanking.. |
Emenike should be sanctioned!! What blatant display of indiscipline! He can't try that in Turkey... And this is not the first time he is doing this. After he was even substituted the egomaniac couldn't hide his unruliness when he refused a handshake from keshi. What's really wrong with our players They are not the only uneducated sports men in the world |
If we don't throw one more midfielder into that pitch, we might just concede upto 4 goals in this match |
Please when is the 2017 qualifiers starting? This one is over.. |
From readings the op's comments and further analysis I've come to few Conclusions ; 1. Op's cousin is one and the same person as the op 2. The op has made up her mind to go ahead and have sex, she's has even fantasized about it My advice : op, the reason why your boyfriends are running away is because you leave them stranded.. U just use them. No? But he fingers use, sucks your tits and the rest.. What do you do for him? Oh you think letting a guy touch your boobs gives him pleasure? That's just a means to the PLEASURE. that said, if you really want to keep your 'virginity', you need to change certain things; 1. Don't caress or let a guy caress you (if you let someone like me close to the 'gate', I will gladly stay there but all I'd be needing is 10mins of putting my skills to work and you'd be the one begging me to come relax in the 'promise land') 2. Stop or limit the kinds of materials you are consuming at the moment(spend a lot of time with your books, motivational books eg Ben Carson's, reduce drastically the time you spend on the romance section, filter the movies you see etc) because your cravings is a function of what you feed your mind 3. If you are a Christian, get more involved in a unit (choir, ushering etc) and pray you don't run into a brother with an overzealous pen.Is ![]() Abeg adon tire, you might even be having sex at this very moment, we com dey hia dey kill our sef. 1 thing you should know is this though; SEX IS OVER RATED |
I dream of a time when our leaders would give important speeches without READING from somewhere... It makes everything annoyingly boring. I've even stopped listening. I'm disappointed... The "I have no shoes" speech was much better but I go still vote am sha unless apc flies fashola or rochas as it's presidential candidate.. |
But this man get some naija political swag! Whykwanu people like to dey abuse am? ![]() |
Ladies and gentlemen, nairalanders;home and in diaspora, I present to you your president!! |

Anyone noticed t. a orji beside akpabio? ... My neighbor's house boy comes to mind.. |
Wonderful speech from nnamani. "enugu - onitsha Road, enugu - ph are in a terrible state... . We don't want the Niger bridge to be an abandoned project.... We, in South East don't want handouts, we want a level playing ground, we love competition... ". Excellent Nnamani, excellent!! Couldn't be said any better. Well done |
