I once lived in SA for 5 years with my hubby who was also working. My last visa was overstayed because I was waiting for reply from home affairs. It 9 years since we came back to Nigeria (with 2 kids) hubby too became frustrated when he couldn't renew his visa too. He later came back to Nigeria. Now, I want to apply for master's and go back, is there any chance of being given visa after 9 years, with over stay record even though the years have passed?

I'm a divorced woman here in Nigeria with 2 kids but my passport is still in my ex name. I want to visit my boyfriend in UK.
1. Can I travel with the said passport or I should get another one?
2. He's going to provide all documents, because my bank statements is weak. Can this be allowed?

G'morning all, my husband submitted application to a uni and they're asking for proof of english proficiency. He's going for Phd. He has pass in his waec english, but has distinctions in his undergraduate and master( Cumlaude) and the school also gave him a letter he can be using as proof of proficiency. He studied in South Africa. Can he use the letter now or he must write another exam. He got offered with university of portsmouth already, but this one is King's College. Thank you all
