Good morning all, does anyone have a recent iui success story. I'm thinking of going that way but not sure of the hospital to use. I did ivf early 2015 but bfn. I'm so confused at the moment. I need a good hospital that can guide me. Please assist a sister.

I need the help of a professional psychologist or organisations that deals with drug addiction in Lagos ASAP. I have a brother whom the family just got to know that he uses drugs but we don't know the specific drug he uses , though he never owned up to using those substances but the major problem is he's been talking about suicide attempt immediately he realised that his drug addiction was no longer a secret. We've tried in our own little way to talk to him and pacify him not to try it but we need the help of someone or organisation whose career is on this line. We don't want to take chances. Please it's urgent.

My dear it is well, read so many stories about people that bled after ET and still had positive result. It might be implantation bleeding. Fingers crossed for you, make sure you relax and don't panic. You can also call the doctor to inform him.

Someone should please respond to this request, how can alcoholism be stopped + are there organisations that work on such people in Lagos?

I am 30 years and 3 years in marriage. I am considering ivf and I have contacted both olive branch fertility and Georges. The price is not my problem. Please I need your advice soonest on which to choose. All i want is a positive result at first cycle cos I don't reside in Nigeria. I just want to carry mý babies.

My dear I just finished a failed cycle in olive branch fertility and the doctor didn't have any reason why the cycle failed whereas some people had good results from the man. IVF is a game of chance, more like gambling. The best is to leave it to God, I don't think it's about the expertise of the doctor just put it to God and He'll do the best.

Please can anyone suggest where to get help in Lagos for an alcoholic addict apart from prayers because so much of that has been done. The victim is a guy of 29 years old. He is addicted to the point that he finishes his salary within a week of collecting it and goes about begging friends and families for support. He lives with his mum and makes life a living hell for the woman. Anyone with any useful information on where to get a rehab , physiologist or even drugs that could be of help.

Whats the issue with not having a child yet? Are people mean to tou at events? Do they ask you rude questions at these events? Do you feel because you don't have a child you should be home crying instead of out socialising?

His people are not mean but there's a way people pity we that are ttc, ask you some unnecessary questions and begin "prayer sections" because of your condition which I don't fancy. I prefer not being there than anybody pitting me unnecessarily and at times you just feel like being on your own which is how I'm feeling at the moment.

Mothers how soon can one start fasting "the MFM deliverance type" after a failed cycle. Hope it won't cause any ugly effect especially due to all the hormonal drugs and injections taken. Just want to be sure.

@Anewdawn, I think it's better you go for a blood test to be rest assured of exactly what is going on.

Please can anyone recommend a good and tested hospital for fibroid removal. My gynea said he doesn't want to operate it because he feels it shouldn't stop me from conceiving. The clinic I used for my failed ivf said same thing too, but I'm not just comfortable with it been there cos of the pain and heavy bleeding I experience monthly. Thank you.

Thank you all for your words of encouragement. The result was negative, though I had high hopes that it was going to work out. Doctor doesn't know what went wrong. I believe God remains God. He will answer me at His time. Best of luck to others that are on the waiting list.

Hello mummies in d house, I need advise from those of us dat have tried ivf. Had my ER on sunday and till now I'm still feeling terribly bloated, my stomach has trippled it's normal size. Feeling very uncomfortable, I can hardly walk straight. Please what can I do to reduce this feeling.
