Was in my finals in the University when an old friend of mine called me and told me he wanted to start a betting shop, Bet9ja to be precise and he wanted laptops and TVs. He was planning on starting big.

Fortunately, my elder brother and I sell laptops, desktop, laptop accessories and TVs. I immediately told him that's my part-time business. The dude bought laptops and TVs worth up to 400k. Plus the fact I was a computer science student, I helped my colleagues with their final years project softwares. That year was indeed a very good year.

Last year, the oil we buy from London, *KTC oil was the only oil available in Alaba int'l market because our competitors from Malaysia were told to leave the country before January; we made millions from sales. God, let this year continue like that, please

Thank God for smart phones. With my phone and power banks(Yes, I've got 4. hehehe). I can play FIFA and other FPS games for hours while waiting my turn. I can't afford to take that risk. There's this tendency to forget most of the things you practiced and you may likely go in unprepared thereby reducing your chances.

I know how it feels to, brother, sorry about that. I remember when I started out as a freelancer. I was contracted by a close pal to build a website with backend programming(inventory management + admin page). I gave him a 5% discount because he's friend.

He paid about 65% upfront and promised to pay in full after the job is completed. it took him about 7 months with constant calling and texting to complete the proposed payment.
He still came back so I can build another one for an acquaintance of his, and I told him I'd do it if he paid in full first. Till date, I haven't heard from him.

Just can't wait to sit in front my TV with a EBA and egusi soup. I miss EPL football.
