The remaining 33% is what they have underground and most of their launching sites are no more so they can't even shoot rapidly even if they had more missiles.

As of the strait of Hormuz, this has only been a month plus and the US did not even attempt to take over the strait by fighting. They got Iran to agree to a ceasefire in order not to be bombed to the dark ages.

You are missing the key words "is believed" ........

Every author you see carryng the story keeps saying what the US Intelligence is saying "it is believed"...... that is educated guess.

Educated guesses are important for close enough assessment of strategic objectives and necessary propaganda, because both sides need propaganda to gets their population siding with the war. Just like I don't believe anyone in the Iranian side that they have been unscathed. They need propaganda as well.

Facts of the matter is that everything is underground...... and like I said in my previous posts, no one knows what's underground, not even the US......

If you are truly after the facts, when you realise that the entire missile capability is underground, then you also know that without US assets on the ground doing the actual counting across 27 missile cities, in a country the size of western Europe, then the US can only guess. The guess is required for all sorts of strategic objectives and analysis, including the cost of war. Their best guess is 30% degradation.

But they don't know.

So if no one knows how long more Iran can keep this up.....and with the world's economy on the brink of collapse over Iran's control of the strait of Hormuz with an iron fist, does it not make sense to call for a cease fire?

Reality is.... as soon as those positions are hit, they are quickly repaired....... just like you see documented by New York Times.

But Iran is the size of Western Europe, and with 27 underground missile cities, and thousands of launch hatches, it's a never ending exercise for the US and Israel.

Why do you think over 17000 combined US and Israeli sorties are required to disable Iran?
