OMO IBO:
Isn't it best for someone else to play the role of a defensive midfielder.
McEcheran (sic) is obviously light weight in that department. Essien and McEcheran should swap places abeg.
The guy is being ran ragged.

Nateevs, what say you??
I am a big fan of Josh being pushed up into the mix. My understanding is that Carllotti wants to allow Josh develop his midfield play better by moving him away from the crowd. Also it will help develop his defensive play.

Nateevs, get off ma nuts man. Yes, I'm da trigger happy kinda fan! I've given it 5 games before voicing my dissension. With Spuds and Manure coming up, you might have to deal with MORE DISSENSSION WITHIN THE CHELSEA RANKS!!!

Chelsea nor fit carry last!!!

And I know Christmas shopping is expensive but I don't know anything about no £200.

£200? What £200? Hehehehehehehe
I never expected us to beat Spuds anyway. Their style of play is the perfect antidote to our attacking prowess (if any of that still exists).
With Lenon and Bale in the side, they should walk us over and totally annihilate us and trust Carllotti not to vary his formation even for that game. They probably already know our line-up.

For Manure, I go chop sh.it if dem beat us.

For the other gist, Christmas dey take style show face and I need an Ipad.
Nor worry, I go forward ya name go debt collection agency.
Cough up man!  grin grin

I cannot believe this. Another 2 pts dropped.
Absolute rubbish substitutions. Taking Nic out was needless.
If we always bring in Danny and Josh when we suddenly need goals, why not start them? I don't think firing the manager is worth considering,  but Carllotti may have dug himself a grave here.
Hey Debo,

Look at my quote yesterday. Genuine criticism.
One more look at my long posts and you will find out that it does not attack fans for genuine criticisms.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans Thread : Winners of the FA Cup And League Winners 09/10 by nateevs(m): 5:50pm On Dec 05, 2010
Sanity in the face of confusion - is what this situation calls for; but for many Chelsea fans, it so hard to explain this simple "phenomenon".
Once the team is doing badly, someone has to go. My question however goes:- Is it not so straight forward to understand, at least this far into the realms of insanity, that hiring and firing creates more problems than it solves?

The rashness of fans like Ibime is not different from that of Roman without even having to think about it carefully. Someone has to leave always. No patience for anyone and no tolerance for slip ups. You either get it done or I get someone else to do your job.

It's amazing how Ibime harps on about Utd losing the league last year even when he admits we surrendered an 11 point lead. How do you lose the league to rivals who trailed your position for 3/4 of the season. . and even for as many as 11 points at a point in time? Well his theory is based on the fact that United were playing with the leanest squad in 5 years; that's why we shot to an 11-point gap in the first place.

Fast forward to this season, and we playing with perhaps the leanest squad we've had since year 2000, (that's as far back as I can remember) it is not an excuse that's made United shoot to the top of the table, it's the inept manager. double standards.

I agree that for reasons of finance, Chelsea cannot afford to finish outside of CL spots but can we not finish 2nd or 3rd without firing the manager? What right do we have to think we have to win the prem every year? We won it last year with an FA Cup. If we don't win anything this year the so be it. As long as we don't finish outside the top four, that I think is a reasonable goal for a season.

No I don't want us to be unambitious, I want us to go after every trophy every season but it is unrealistic to say think that we will always finish 1st or 2nd. Sometimes it just makes sense to well we gave it our best shot under the circumstances. (If you don't know how, just ask Arsenal fans they know)

I will be keeping the faith yet again that we will bounce back and have a fabulous end to the season. Although I may be wrong this time, I prefer to take this leap of faith than surrender to the obvious and the easy. After all, this time last year, people like Ibime were already spelling doom; saying we won't finish any higher than 3rd; well history proved again that Sanity in the face of confusion is the right approach to situations.

You still owe me £200.

Lotti did not "win" any trophy. Manure lost it.

I know Wilkins is no tactical genius. Wilkins is just there to shout instructions from the sidelines.

I'm starting to hate Emenalo just sitting on the bench like a dunce. God forgive me. Hehehehehehe

I wonder when CA will change this his formula of tucking Malouda and Anelka in as playmakers and playing Ashley and Bosingwa as wingers. Brilliant when it works, but others are sussing it out.

I'm waiting to see how we will cop points in our next few games if we are struggling against the small teams
Though I see why you are irate, saying that Carllotti didn't win "any trophy" is utter bollocks mate.
Utnited did not lose the league, Chelsea won it.

Chelsea won the league by:-

Amassing more points than any team,
Winning the most games - 27 wins,
Fewest losses, - 6.
Highest points per game - 2.26
Most goals scored - 103. (PL record by the way)
Highest goal scored average 2.71
Highest goal difference - 71
And fewest games failed to score - 1.

And they achieved all that playing the Carllotti way. Don't take anything away from him.
All that "ManU lost the league thing" you keep repeating is crap. Did Carllotti win the FA Cup because ManU lost it as well?
We won the FA Cup because we won more games than any other team. Simple.

Drogba sees a hundred people to pass to just beside him. He opts for the audacious. Always. Based on his performance in the last seven games, I don't care about Malaria, he should have been dropped.

The effect of JT and Essien's input cannot be overstated. Albeit against an off-form Everton side, nontheless the creativity, movement and total organization in midfield and defence has improved drastically.
