Wow! Nawa oooo |
Kalou's decision making is horrific. |
Nice ball Ashley. |
20 mins no shot on goal. |
Now we have to score 2. |
This is unbelievable. Is this a curse? Even Wolves? |
eldee:Ok. |
eldee:Simplicity is genius. What this boy knows is what Kakuta should learn. Plus he was playing as a DM. .That actually was his first time playing that role in a blue shirt. He always has been offensive. |
@Duduspace. . . The thing is you unfortunately have never gotten to watch JMcE on a winning side in Chelsea. Dude plays football. Some dude made a compilation of only Josh's contribution in two games on youtube. Check it out his technique, movement off the ball, his willingness to receive the ball, his passing range. He is not loose with the ball, game play is tidy. And lastly, check out his awareness, vision and how it seems like he gets almost every pass right and tell me you are not convinced about him. He is only 17. [flash=425,344] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cf56xfUoLdA?fs=1"[/flash] |
Whitehead stings Utd. |
eldee:Oh Nucca STFU!. Don't you have things to do. ![]() I give 1-0 . , You won. Happy? You caught me off guards. . . Now leave the place ASAP till another day when I tear you apart ![]() |
duduspace:The difference between Wilshere and JMcE is not really about ability but the teams they play for. If Josh was with Arsenal he would be a starter now. The cannot compare players simply by the opportunities they've had in different teams. A Chelsea manager's battle circumstance is different. . While Carllotti's job is not safe after he's won the double, the same cannot be said about Wenger who could go 6 seasons without a win. Josh is not your Wilshere or Kakuta kind of player. Those two are quite similar. Their style is flashy and catches the eye. It doesn't take a lot of looking to understand what they are all about. Josh is a calm player. His style is very similar to Xavi's . . Never flashy, never does too much and always tries to pick out the right pass. You don't have to be convinced anyway. Like I said, he is 17. |
Five guys against me alone. I am choosing my battles now. |
Ibime:We all have fantasies Ibime. Many times we wish this dude and that dude showed up at our club. It's allowed. That's perhaps the first time, except Hazard, Neymar and Lukaku I have mentioned those players on this thread, The overall aim was to point out that our transfer policy was wrong and we are always ending up spending big money for just ok players. Like over £50m in two years for Zhrikov, Ramires, Danny and Benayoun. Not one of them appears to have or will blow up. Or we could shell on 5 players of quality, same risk but with higher potential . . . And that id.iot shows up gisting sh.it. |
Mr LD. Rooney was an unproven kid 18 when Fergie paid upwards of £25m for him. End of! Whether he played in the EPL or not. How can you ask me not to count that because you want to prove an empty point? I mean lawd, putting into consideration a little bit of inflation and devaluation of currency, it's just about £1m less than what Sheva moved to Chelsea for 2 years later. You dare tell me not to count that. . . Are you insane. ? Was Rooney a proven kid at 18? Buffoon! Why did you leave out Pato. . ? Convenience? In fact, Pato was transferred for an insane amount of money 22m Euros when he wasn't even old enough to start for Milan. You want to explain that. "Oh you can count that" Plus Bros are you telling me Ronaldo was WPOTY at the time he went to UTD? Is your mental interpretation working in reserve? Also since when did world cup winning suddenly make one cost so much? Are you trying to tell me Dinho became successful because he won the world cup? He was like every other kid who may or may not have made it. Don't act like there was something different to him. Forking out 32m Euros for a 21 year old is "crazy" and there is nothing to suggest he will make it. . . . world cup winning or not. Only of course if you are on my side and you are unintentionally agreeing that some kids could go for big money. You are all over the place. Well perhaps the only thing seems like focus on your part is you telling me £100m on kids is a risk. Oh News Flash again! . . . Tell me abourit. . . We've spent over £100m in the last 3 seasons on shit and dead wood. . and you are lecturing me about risk. I would prefer to have spent that £100m on potential kids and not win anything but with hope for a future than spending it on crap, winning the league once and completely capitulating. Don't lecture me cretin. |
duduspace:I probably am going to repeat the same thing again. I didn't say "just" £100m - which obviously makes £100m look less than it actually is. I actually said "just about £100m". . . by which I meant the total amount for those transfers I mention will be "around a million". . I also tried to augment my assertion of how I came about the £100m by saying we already spent £70m in that same time, add £40m from the sale of previous players and you have the money £100m. The bane of the discussion is that we've had the £100m, it was just channelled into the wrong product. I have not called for Roman to manufacture extra £100m. . neither have I asked him to fork it out all in one single season. I probably am the biggest caller for breaking even on this thread. I am also the staunchest supporter and follower of youth football. Therefore, you won't catch me in the corridors of milking the sugar daddy. I report on and make long comments on Chelsea financial reports every time I get the opportunity. You therefore cannot call me "Roman for Life" Chelsea fan. Neither will I ask him to write off millions all the time. Lastly, if there is one fan who never always expects trophies, it's me. I have called for the umpteenth time about rebuilding, It could dry up our trophy cabs for a while, we need to sustain. It's impossible to shell millions out every season. From 2013, the books have to balance to play in the CL. How in the world can you have a reservation for JMcE? He is 17 for heaven's sake. |
When I talk of reading and digesting, you prove me right in every single post. I am using MY TEAM as the object or reference here not some random team. If we had made those transfers one season ago, we could still get 1.5 years of active first team apps from Terry, Cole, Anelka, Drogba and Lampard and another 1.5 years of sub/experience apps from those players. That's 3 years already out of the five I proposed. Not to mention that there will still be active apps by Ivanovic, Alex, Essien, Mikel, Kalou and Malouda. So explain to me where have I relied on 20 year olds to stay in contention for the title. Simple. You don't read and digest. At the time these players finally bow out, the young one that were bought would have had 3 to 4 years of sub/active apps for the team. I also explained in my post that in five years there will still be six experienced players in Essien, Mikel, Ivanovic, Alex, Cech and Kalou. Alongside the youth that were bought, you have a good blend of experience and ability. It's a balanced thought. Well thought. I am talking about Chelsea here not Arsenal. There are some things that are burned into my memory and so when I make assertions, I do so with the knowledge already present. Bros, don't say teams don't gamble on promising youngsters, it's st.upid to say so. . . 3 or 4 years ago could have been Ronaldo, Messi, Iniesta, Gorcuff. Higuain, Tevez, David Silva, Fabregas. Don't give me that crap to back your point up. Because there are many failed projects does not mean many teams still don't pay good money - millions of pounds on youngsters. . If spending £100 on 20 year olds is that dumb. . . Why don't you ask Fergie why he shelled out for Rooney at 19? You wanna ask Carllotti about 22m Euros for Pato at 17m, Rijkaard about 32m Euros for Dinho at 22, . . . infact the combined transfer fees for supposed 20 year olds - Rooney, Carrick, Anderson, Nani and Ronaldo tops £100m - one team. So what is you on about ? Why are you acting like it is impossible? What you are trying to tell me is the inevitability of buying always shows up. . . Like players wanting to leave, loss of form and long term injuries. . I have put those caveats in my last post. How much more do you want to read to understand simple words? And don't write this is bold letters. . . "You're either to naive" . . . . It doesn't say a lot about you. . . . It's "too" not "to". . . What happened to your school fees? Do I need to also explain when you use "too" and "to" ? eldee:Gongoshu. Oponu Aiyerada! |
eldee:You are an i.diot. Your problem has always been the inability of reading and digesting before making s.tupid comments. You are trying to understand my point of view as an outsider. Instead of asking question when your brain cells are in capable of deciphering things on this side of town, you are jumping to conclusion. Not mentioning income from selling that I talked about is the income we got from selling the likes of Robben, SWP, Deco, Carvalho over the last three seasons and that would have gone a long way in the £100m I mentioned earlier on for transfers. I didn't include these players in my team list which means I was talking about "income from selling players" in the sense of players that have been sold, not players I am going to sell. When I am making a point about not buying for 5 years, how can you even come to the conclusion that I was talking about selling present players in that same point. . . That's dumb of you in the first place. If you didn't understand my post or even if it was not clear enough to understand, would there not have been more intelligence shown on your part saying something like "Could you please expatiate on your point?" . . . Instead you are jumping to conclusion and banding the word "idiocy" around like it's your first time using it. Players age. . . . News Flash! . . When I am talking about buying players like Hazard 22, Neymar 19, Lukaku 21, Sanchez 22, Chamberlain 18 . . . and adding the youth from the academy JMcE 18, Kakuta 19, Bruma 20, Sturridge 21, Matic 22, Pat VanAanholt 21, Matej Delac (GK) 18, Jan Sebek (GK) 20, . . . . Do you think I don't know that players age. . ? You think I have not made that thinking in my head that in 5 years, the oldest of those players will be 27, in their prime? Even though they age? In 5 years, Alex will be 32, Ivanovic 30, Kalou 30, Cech 32, Mikel 30, Essien 32. . and they should still be able to play albeit with more experience than ability. Do you think I am dumb enough to think that Drogba, Anelka, Cole, Lampard, Malouda and Terry will continue playing for the next 5 years. ? If you thought so, then you are the st.upid one. You should say something like "Considering that . . . . . . Do you think that . . . . " or something in that light. Then I explain my point instead of parading yourself like a non-entity. My assertion is well thought out. . and even though I can't and perhaps don't feel like explaining all in one post, I know most things Chelsea well dude. Ask a question when you think I am not passing enough info to support my point rather than acting like you grew up with cretins and chumps. Yes, the unforeseen - players with absolute promise losing form, long term injuries and the likes - may happen and that could force you to go out and buy; the thought of spending big, buying right and mixing with a bunch of good talents from the academy with the intention of not approaching the market for five years cannot be considered dumb. I really don't know what your problem is. |
eldee:You are a goat. I tried to explain how we have spent over a £70m over the last 3 years on the wrong products. I tried to explain that if the right people had been in charge, that £70 could have been spent on the right targets. I never mentioned spending the £100m at a go. It could have been over 2 seasons. We spent it anyway. I finished by saying if we have those five players we won't need to buy for five years. Common sense tells you that since I didn't mention selling any previously players, then I meant having five new players with the old crop. Also common sense tells you that I know my team better than you, I know young players coming up that I know can take the place of older ones. And I haven't even mentioned income from player sales. If it is possible to assemble a team with - Defence of Terry, Ivanovic, Alex, Bruma, Cole, Pat Van Aanholt; Midfield of Lampard, Essien, Mikel, Hazrd, JMcE, Matic, Kakuta, Alex Chamberlain, Alexis Sanchez, Malouda, and Attack of Drogba, Anelka, Lukaku, Neymar, Kalou and Borini, we "WILL" not need to buy for five years. It is better for you to keep quiet and let people think you are silly than open your mouth and prove them right. |
@OMO IBO, I didn't write DS off. I just don't think he is as good as it is often made to seem. His foot work is not as good as Kalou's and his decision making in the box is just as bad as Kalou's. I rate Borini above him. . . always have. It's just a shame Borini is leaving. All that said, I will play him time and again as long as I look on the bench and see the name Kalou. Zhirkov is one player injured at the very wrong time. Very useful player with his runs. All this gibberish of we are not buying that Carlo is letting the board get away with will ruin us. When there is need for a change, it's obvious. I have been criticising our transfer policy for donkey years. It's caught up with us. Buy young, buy right. We are in serious need of at least five players. Buy these five players and we can't go wrong. Eden Hazard (Midfield), Alex Chamberlain (wing), Alexis Sanchez (wing), Neymar (Striker), Rumelu Lukaku (Attack). Just about a £100m worth of transfer. Imagine we have these five players on the bench. We won't need to buy for at least five years. Instead we've spent upwards of £70m on Zhirkov, Ramires, Sturridge, Benayoun, Bosingwa, Matic, and a few fringe players over the last 3 seasons. Add £30m and you have a world class team. The scouting is wrong, the policies are wrong, everything is wrong. |
I am a massive fan of Carlo. He's a top manager. The problem with him though is that he's not got balls for tough decisions. He can't drop Drogba, he won't play Danny over Kalou and he won't drop Ramires once there's a chance for the lad to be chosen. Above all he doesn't have the balls to radically change things. Shake things up. ----------------------------------Cech-------------------------------- Bruma------------Ivanovic--------------Terry---------------Cole ---Essien--- -----Lamps--- ---JMcE--- ------Danny Drogba PVA----- This is the sort of shake up you will get from a manager with balls. Even if it back fires, you try something new. It gets the others thinking they can be dropped. It also gives them the needed rest. What do they say about doing the same thing over and expecting different results? |
4llerbuntu:He's "ITALIAN". Geddit? |
cabali:Really? I could have sworn I saw most players going to celebrate with Carllotti a few minutes ago when JT scored. Do you have info we all don't have access to? |
Well. |
Oh My God! |
goaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll |
Come on. Just get the 3 points. |
Goal. |
I don't know what to say. |
Na wa ooo |
Villa have been so woeful that we should be at least 3 up now. Unfortunately we have been so woeful of late as well that even Villa can't believe their luck. |
