This is pathetic. Wenger needs a goal and he brings on Eboue.
Even with Bendtner, there is only one out and out striker.

Clichy is a real 1diot. Ashley Cole would have stopped Park.
Dude kept backing off and backing off. . . Yes there was an entourage of Utd storming down the centre to receive a pass.
If he stepped up he could have stopped Park or at least forced another pass which may not have resulted in a goal.

He kept to the middle and opened a channel for Park to run through. Park no waste time at all.

Barca shoulda bought Shrek instead of Ibra.
Not sure Rooney would willingly leave Utd for Barca. . . but Eto's plus £40m, United will surely sell.

@Chac.

I am just watching again the perhaps 80m sprint from Rooney to hit the goal.
What's even better ? He hits it first time.

Dude is class. My favourite Utd player.

Arsenal are rubbish against an organized side. Only Arshavin creates a threat.
And ManU are playing like they bought 11 new players.
Which silly midfield can Arsenal dominate?
Playing Scholes in the midfield means Fergie has already surrendered the midfield to Arsenal.
If you are going to surrender the midfield, at least support Rooney with a striker so that Vermaelen n Gallas will have 2 players to worry about.

Rooney will get Bleep all support today and he will be so frustrated i can see him getting sent off.
You guys are going to draw any way. Best result for Chelsea. I changed my mind.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Vs Manchester United [1 - 3] On Sunday 31st January by nateevs(m): 4:57pm On Jan 31, 2010

Wenger and Fergie enjoy a brief moment of Sky Sports in 3D. . . Fabulous.!
Wenger looks ridiculous in 3D glasses.

grin Whoa !! Structural linguistics . We've now ventured into the realm of syntactics on the "become like Ronaldo" issue.
Become like, potential to, please what other collocations do you have to help us understand ?
Lemme not get started with you. Did you actually post this?

edoyad:
Nani had the most POTENTIAL of any player in the world to become like CR7. Wow ! Would that fall under the category of Thesis or Hypothesis ?
Whatever category that outlandish statement falls under , it is a gross violation of rational thinking. Usain bolt is 6ft , so going by that train of thought i can postulate that Emmanuel Adebayor has the most potential to become the 100m champion like him. No problem cos in two years time i can just say that at the time i made the statement his height and smile were similar to that of Usain. Classic !

Actually everyone's talking about the story like they watched it, first hand, in 3D.  grin
I am hoping there's a second side to it.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only. by nateevs(m): 9:14pm On Jan 30, 2010
@Ritchboy.

The first post on this issue did not say "become as good as Ronaldo".
I thought it said "Has the potential to be like Ronaldo".

The former takes only footballing achievements into considerations. While the latter refers to a situation, where you are allowed to use the phrase "In the Mould of"

Arguing in the favour of the first point will make you correct on Messi. . but the latter makes Ibime correct.

Nani even now (2 years later) still is the ONLY player I know in the world that has the potential to be a Ronaldo.

Drop Terry from the first team?
Is that better or worse for Chelsea. . .

Think about it. Terry leaves the defence for a minute, everything takes a different turn.
He got the second goal today and the crucial goal. This is what I have always known JT to do.

Dropping him from the first team ?. . Is that some punishment for sleeping with Vanessa?
Private matters abeg.

We needed a goal. . and he stood up. That's all I ever wanted from him.
When you guys are finished slating him for what really doesn't concern us, let's talk football.

3 pts. . . Exactly what should be just before tomorrow.
Whatever happens, one of them will drop points.
We play Hull on Tuesday and we have another chance to extend the lead even further.

Still not stopping. Plus we have Drogba, Kalou and Mikel still to return.
It's looking good.

I hope Deco is not going to DM. I don't think this is one of those matches he can play DM. He is prone to losing possession.
