nerodenero: The North has been the problem since independence.Remove them and other parts will know Peace.Certainly not all of them support this inhumanity to man. But bro I think the killings are usually more religiously motivated than ethnic or regional motivation. My take. |
andromida: Because he still loves her and he wants her to stay with him and yeah that excuse is meant for only girls who tried to work out the relationship thing but the guy took them for grantedFrom your posts, it can easily be deciphered that you support cheating either consciously, subconsciously or unconsciously. All the same, I'm an ardent crudader of faithfulness in all my dealings including relationship. It makes me happy and love her the more because she is the only one in my heart. I don't think there is any venial excuse for cheating. If the issue can't be fixed by dialogue, it's better to port than cheat. My humble take. |
okparaugo: Is giving her money the most important thing to you ?Bro, leave love out of this. Love is blind but no to that extent. It's just that she called and sounded pathetic. One of the reasons I turned down meeting her is the respect I have for my fiancee. I fear she might take my kindness for foolishness so I presented it here for words of wisdom. |
It's a common knowledge that no one recognizes strangers in a land better than the owners of the land. Boko Haram are not spirits. They live within the communities and communities know them. The communities usually know the occupations and criminal tendencies of their members. I remember when kidnapping was serious in the South South. For example, in Akwa Ibom, a law was enacted that any community leader in whose domain a kidnapping base was discovered would be dethroned. Many kidnapping gangs were exposed as a result. The community leaders were forced to draw the ears of their subjects to report any suspected person or group of persons to the security agents. In no time, the menace was brought under control because "these people live within the community and they are not spirits'. On account of above premise, I blame the communities in the north and their leaders most. Next on my blame list are the state governors and members of the state houses of assembly of the affected states. The federal authority is at the bottom in my list. What is your take? Who do you feel deserve prime blame in unabated BH menace? |
Vikky014: *Takes permission*@nation,is d so called frnd also faithful??if yes,he shld forgive & quit,if no he shld accept d gurl joor#winks#As far as I know, the guy has been faithful. If he has been unfaithful behind me, I cannot defend him. BTW, are you indirectly defending unfaithfulness by a female folk? |
WIZGUY69: Top five (5) cities with best transport Network.Your topic reads 'top five states with best transport system' but you ended up listing cities or state capitals. Correct your topic first. |
If Saudi Arabia and Israel no dey d list, then the list political and fake. |
baralatie: you mean you have not moved o. with your life without her.name was o!Did you read my post well? I forgot she was existing until she started calling me. I never had her number again. |
ebullientV: @Bolded how did you get access to that piece of info? Did you hear it from her friends? If this is d case then i smell a rat.. And @ such u've to be very careful, becos they might be play-acting to fool you.Bro, I got the info from one of my friends who cared to sit and listened to her. Thanks for your concerned and meticulous analysis. |
Kingslaw: She have to apologise first.Apology is what I expected first bro. As for shining my eyes, I think it's actually too late to imagine relationship with her again. |
She left me without a word or reason when I was in the penultimate class in school. It was saddening but I am the type that respects a person's decision no matter how unpleasant it is to me. So the idea of stalking was out of question. A few years later, she now wants us to meet and talk. I turned down the invitation. Now she wants me to give her money to start a business. The puzzling aspect is that she has not shown a sense of compunction in respect of what she did to me back in university days. She only tells close friends that she loved me with all her heart but the man she left me for used charms on her. My brothers and sisters in the house, is she taking my humane nature for foolishness? Should I give her the money to start her business? What should I tell her? I promised to get back to her. Experienced advice please. |
cyril83: Omoluabi people of osun are different from gullible, hungry and semi-illiterate people of ekiti.Politics aside, you call Ekiti people semi-illiterates, hungry and gullible? Can you mention a state in S/West that produces more yams and other food crops than Ekiti? Gullible because they know their worth and believe in what they stand for? Semi-illiterate? Google will help you know their literacy level. The records are there. Sadly, even in 2014, people's sense of reasoning are beclouded by political alignment. |
donroxy: That is why I'm always on Electric Cooker and when there is no light Blazing with my Stove since 1900 with Biodiessel and Kerosine !!Word bro. Electric cooker or kerosene stove. Gas is no alternative for me. The havocs I witnessed in school was enough lesson. |
Superstar007: I met this girl on fb and we've beenThanks for sharing this joke. You've made my evening. |
jocelyncherish: Is it a signal to quit the relationship? You've told the house too little to get a reasonable advice. However, not a sign to quit because every relationship has its ups and downs. But how old is the relationship? What brings about the the squabbles? How mature are you people? How serious is the relationship? Answers to these will guide the response from the relationship gurus in the house. |
bettydee: Hmmm....I tink u shld hear him out, find time for both of u to talk heart to heart, ask me deep questions, watch how he answers both verbally and non-verbally but at the end of it all, follow your heart cos you are the only one dat can make the decision concerning your life.I pray all goes well with you.Sister, don't go back. When it seemed to have been well, did you notice his behaviour? An old man said, if you want to know whom a man is, give him plenty money. You've already known him. Or do you think he has changed? |
Mexzy88: My girlfriend just broke up with me last night. She kept telling me she was sorry and she prays I meet someone better. I really love her so much and i can't imagine life without her. But now, I have to somehow find a way to live without her. This my first time of experiencing this kinda thing and friends pls I need tips to overcome it.Were you born with her? Were you not alone and alive before you met her? What makes you think that you cannot live happilu without her? No offence. What people call heartbreak is simply feeling of dejection secondary to rejection. She has rejected you and you cannot change that. My advice: Stay away from her, don't call her, engage in meaningful activities like sports and church activities, don't go into any relationship soon. Give it time and you will come out a better person. Remember your life and happiness do not depend on anyone but YOU. Goodluck. |
dridowu: I doubt if boko haram will give any notice before carrying out their evil act and if they do, i believe they are only shifting people attention to the particular point they want to attackBro, BH give notice of their attack sometimes. The problem is the lackadaisical governments and security outfits in the land. Kudo to Akwa Ibom State government. |
justinlmj: facebook is down now..Even our great Nairaland was down for days. As NL bounced back and better so shall FB. Oga Seun, I doff my hat for you. |
Haba Dr Fayemi! Has Ekiti State begun oil production? Last time I checked, Gov Fayemi was retrenching local council staff in his state as at 2012/13 on account of paucity of fund. Where is the source of the fund to run these new LGAs? |
hannne: Thanks to those who contributed.ur contributions were helpful.nd am happy for those whose relationship with coursemate turned into marriage.Don't crucify those who did not for some reasons tow your path. The fact is that no matter amount of people's opinions here, you had already made up your mind on the way to follow. Yes, it has worked for many but do you know that the number of failed ones make the ones that worked appear insignificant? If you doubt, ask your relatives and neighbours who have been there. Take your studies serious. Wishing you of all the best. |
Experienced folks in the house, drop your priceless opinions. |
On on a serious note, is it easier for a girl to find a dream husband or for a guy to find a dream wife? Experienced folks in the house, let's hear you. |
PTAwal: Mumu !!! I tot you have sense. Why not doctor medical doctor. Since they are the only ones entitilled to it. What is the meaning of "doctor pharmacy technicians, doctor theatre attendant, doctor lab scientist" kai. Gaskiya you are really senselesssssss.Inakwana maigida. But you could have still made your point clear without resorting to venom of vituperation. If you think my opinion is nonsense, remember there is sense in every nonsense and Nigeria is a land of no impossibilities. Sanu baba-mutun |
Dragonking: Private organisations pay their workers more than most government workers, some private schools pay graduates close to N200k a month but private hospitals refuse to pay more..why? private hospital dont give hazard allowance and they dont offer security that the greedy doctors are using as a tool to hold the lives of innocent people to ransom.Oya, mention 10 private schools in each geopolitical zone that pay graduate 200k and above. I dey wait o. Even private schools with most outrageous school fees pay peanut salaries even in here in Abuja. |
Arosam: And who told you only MDs are awarded professional Doctorate after completion of their training in school, their are DOs, ODs, Pharm Ds, and othersNo need for google here. Everyone knows it. In hospital environment, d term "doctor" is exclusively for medical doctors to avoid confusion. Or you mean we should have doctor pharmacy technicians, doctor theatre attendant, doctor lab scientist, etc. |
Dragonking: A simple question, are doctors been paid hazard allowance in private hospitals and if so how much? We're talking about government here. Or how much do private schools or other private firms paying grduate employees and how much does govt pay? |
Arsenate: the present strike by the NMA is not for better pay, better welfare or better working environment. they are striking because government has agreed to some demands by JOHESU.I don't think the NMA demands are unrealistic outrightly. For example, is it not ridiculous to mention hazard allowance as 5k for doctors? Is it right to call every worker in the hospital doctor? Meaning even cleaners and attendants will be called doctors. Also, we will now have pharmacy technicians, consultant lab scientist. Come to think of it, NMA demands are genuine, fair and very realistic. |
Where is the human then when doctors cannot demand for better welfare package? Yet they expect good output. I don hear. Nigerian government often clean yansh before them shit. |
ednut1: how old are u guys. 18-22Most honest advice so far unless she wants to date for the fun/peer pressure. We all know that 98% or more end in school. @op, if you need brotherly and sincere advice, follow this bro's I quoted or follow your heart. A word is enough for the wise. |
jayseehe: heartless doctorsYou call them heartless now but remember you said they are worthless. Another opportunity for JOHESU to prove they can do it in the absence of the "worthless ones". lol. |
jayseehe: don't vote party, vote individuals... let's make Nigeria a better place. please, as we go for election, put party affiliation or sympathy, religion and tribe aside, only then we will he good leaders and Nigeria will move forwardDo you know what you are talking about or you simply lack sense of Northern Nigeria history? I am not a GEJ fan but I feel it's good to put the record straight for the benefits of the youths who don't know. Is Boko Haram the first religious sect that perpetrate violence in the north? Ever heard of Maitasine, Izala, Shite sects in 1980s and 90s? Do you know that Maitaaine alone killed more than the numbers Boko Haram has killed all these years? Do you know that Shite sect only used a night to kill the number that makes Boko Haram look like a child's play? Was GEJ the president then? Did'nt those groups kill, maim and burn down churches with impunity? The claim north has been peaceful before the emergence of GEJ can only be told to kids or adults who have memory impairment. God bless Nigeria. |

if in dat category he go fuk u and dumped u with 98% probability. a wise babe shud nt date students. dat working and matured
