There is this video trending online where over 5000 men were busy waiting for interview in dubai for 100 vacant position and d Nigerian was advising people not to come to dubai. Pls guru is this for real or what?

Most ppl claiming no job no job are those ones here with just ssce or even no degree or experience and can not even stand an interview. Some ppl come here just because they want to travel abroad and not with the aim of earning a living. Try and make yourself sellable before coming here. At least I know the stories of about 85% of NLanders here in UAE, they made it cos they wanted to make something out in life. And not to try luck. PS: don't even boda coming to UAE, go and open a shop and hustle.

class of degree do not matter here, just have what to tell them at your interview to show u can do the job.

You wouldn't calm down and wait for you visa, what help do u need and how would any information help you at this moment. (you have to believe whatever he/she tells u until it comes out.) i wish am d person doing the visa for you, seeing this post alone would make me keep your visa in my pocket for the next 2weeks so that heaven would fall. smh.

The actual place I needed help is.
1. As a direct employment visa, what should I select as SERVICE to inquire?
2. The entry number on my visa starts with 501/2017/02...... But there's just 201/2017/...... On the site and the other services to inquire that has options doesn't have 501. Pls someone should kindly help me, thanks

that's a Ras Al khaimah issued visa you can't verify it via that site.

you wouldn't have time to do it once you are here unless you are ready for the test before coming. and take it in the first week you get here so as to use your result in the next month for your job search.

True...i remember when I was dropping CV looking for job. One Indian Real Estate agent wan ring my phone battery die. Say make I bring Nigerians to come buy properties for Dubai and kini percentage go be mine for each purchase...the guy serious nor be play. I say see me see wahala na job I find oh.

its very easy to own a home here. once you can make initial deposit of about 30-40kaed and do d rest installments over some years.

I don't think the ICAN would be recognized here , but your experience counts. maybe you try getting ACCA there or get it done here. you would be a multimillionaire in no time.

Please, I'm in talk with someone pertaining employment visa (a security job) in UAE with salary of 1200 dihram. The total package for the visa process is 350k excluding flight fare. Please, gurus in the house, what can you say to this, in the absence of interview, perhaps through Skype or any other means, though, from indications, the way he operates is satisfactory. 1. 90% of everyone here does that 1B, get yourself a reliable Visa Agency in Nigeria
2. you can never stay in an hotel while job hunting, you look for shared accommodation/ bed space and that can go for 400/2000aed depending on taste and population.
3. cost of living is high you pay for as 3500aed for a studio apartment and if you are lucky you get a job that comes with accommodation.
4. i dont think this Thread allows that but others can shed light on that, and besides this is a faceless forum.
5. sure you can some for salary purpose some for financial purpose for loans and the rest.
6. UAE is an Arabs world and at the same time Tourist centre, some clothings are Prohibited in some environs i.e Masjid and the rest, but anything from That is ok.. others may shed light on it too.

3. Rent goes as low as 550aed to infinity depending on number of occupants and location. hotel minimum 100aed per night.
4. Who e epp? pic attached.
5. Yes once you got a Reasonable job you can get an account, money exchange in Deira.
6. you kind of job determines your dress code.
guess i even answered it all.

I've never heard about visa cancellation, it's either your visa is issued or not, when not I, the money is non refundable, reason best to known to the UAE immigration.

if you have a pending application, with no update (i.e neither Issued nor declined), you cant apply for another unless you cancel it.

Do your medicals,get your emirates card and residency stamped on your passport.get dusted with all that.When you get another job,they will need to cancel your existing employment visa with your employee,then, your new company will start processing another employment visa for you,then the process starts all over again,doing medicals,getting ur emirates card again and residency stamped.
But please finish one process before starting another.Make you fist hold ur Emirates card for hand,before you de think of cancellation and all that.You can't be regarded as someone with own visa,because you didn't pay for it,don't forget that everything is collated in the system,you can't rob peter to pay paul .

@BadmanGozie, bear it in mind that whenever your company cancels you, you have just 30 days from the date of cancellation to Remain/Exit the Emirates. some companies might cancel you as agreed, but wouldn't tell you the exact moment they did. u would end up finding out maybe 2 week later. involve some Ako na Uche in ur dealings in the UAE.

Most Outdoor sales Jobs requires a Valid UAE drivers License and UAE experience. Maybe you should try Indoor sales but some would require an Arabic/Hindi speaker. Just try taking any offer/chance you get, you can start your career from anywhere, it Must not be sales. Sales isn't that easy as some think; no be Ogbaete main market.
