Yes, you can feed for several days with 10k.
I was just in Lagos last week.
I bought 3 frozen Titus fish for 5k, I even cooked vegetables, all for less than 10k
I just have a taste for that fish; I have not had it in a while, and I read online that it's actually the best fish to eat. Hence, I decided to send someone to get it for me.

A family in a rural setting could have easily bout those fish, cook it, and eaten rice and Eba for days.
