The stadiums you are seeing in England are lovely in part because the owner clubs raise money from ticket sales, and a host of other things to fund their maintenance

Nigeria stadiums are bad because the club's and government cannot raise money enough to keep them at world standard, and fans cannot pay tickets at the rate English fans pay to watch Man U play Chelsea at Old Trafford
