And it was under pdp that Emeka offors chrome oil did multiple rehabilitation exercise.

APC also has some blame as Buhari unfortunately did not do much better as his administration and mele kyari also spent up to a billion dollars on a rehabilitation exercise that seems to have gone nowhere.

As it is the refineries are now a sunk cost where their value on paper is at odds with their real world value. How do you sell a facility you recently spent a billion dollars on as scrap?

You don't get the idea do you? This is to ensure that there are two copies of the authentic results gotten from the pooling centre. One electronic and one hardcopy. It's that simple. It gets us closer to a free and dair election than this manual where they can mutilate before or even at the collation centres

Making it mandatory will open more room for litigation. Imagine if for any reason the transmission could not happen, then the result will be invalid because it is mandatory to do so.

We need balanced discussion from those for and against the electronic transmission, if course, without the usual emotion and pettiness.
