His eyes ![]() |
High_Chief:That's also what I think, but Nigerians have to think about why people are distant with them because you can't live on your own, everybody needs somebody, this issue has to lead to an auto critic as well, because SA is not the only country which is complaining about Nigerians, take a look to your own region ( ECOWAS) and Nigeria's fame, you'll see anyways good to see you |
Are you talking about this guy who's been putting by force in Côte d'Ivoire because he's the best clown for French people? Is this Alassane Ouattara so called president who makes declarations outside the country and ask ti maintain French military forces to oppress people who tell the truth about the real Ivorian President? Well, good for ECOWAS ![]() |
lol good afternoon Hig Chief, so you prefer trouble right? ![]() |
Kokoya, I think patriotism does not mean accepting everything, I am a very patriotic lady but I do not like some parts of the behaviour of my fellow brothers ( Cameroon) when something it's wrong we need to accept it clearly and try to change the trend But yes generalization couples with xenophobia is not acceptable for an African state, because our fathers has transmitted us the sense of sharing and other value which are far from xenophobia and stereotypes |
Here is a intervention of a SA and it confirms what I've noticed, this is above the yellow card RobinH "So what action will Nigeria take? Stop the flow of drugs and sex-slaves to our shores? Yeah, right. I am fully behind proper vetting of incoming persons. Let's not get all xenophobic about the fact that these were Nigerians". |
Vavavoom:I didn't say anything like that but I think before acting we need to analyse things, because I'm convinced that this yellow card is just the visible part of the Iceberg, SA have always wanted to push Nigerians back home, and I know what I'm saying brother because I know many Nigerians who told me that they were victims of xenophobia and that they were viewed as criminals, scammers and all this useless generalization and my opinion is this yellow card was an "opportunity" for them Plus other countries like Ivory COast, Gabon, Ecuatorial Guinea, Senegal, Ghana are complaining about some Nigerians, even though I think this is a mistake to generalize, I think Nigerian people should take this in account that their image is tarnished and try to reverse the trend, and the FB won't be able to help people in everything if some are not educated, because when someone commit illegal acts he's responsible you can't blame all the time FG for your own fault |
antartica:And what about the citizens?? is all the blame is the FB?? don't think sobabaowo:My brother, this is not a leadership or comparision the issue here, the problem is how Nigeria can reverse the trend I 'm talking about their image because ti's quite easy to say you're powerful but the first strengh of a powerful country is respect |
Vavavoom:Again this yellow card issue is too thin to explain the whole split , please you ask us to wake up about the bilateral relation but I'm asking you to wake up about the situation which hides something else |
Vavavoom:Well my problem here is on this statement and I ve already stated this before: Why always putting the all blame on the FG? I mean you know what JFK said in Dallas before he died: Instead of asking what the country makes for you, ask yourself what can/did I do for it??, I mean one day we Africans have to learn to be mature, responsible and grown up people, if some Nigerians do some bad reputation and fraud and so on this is Goodluck's fault?? come on this is too easy, and this is the FB which has to tell you that when you finish to eat don't throw the rest on the floor but in the garbage, this is call education my dear, just education and for this any parent is reponsible of that, not the FG Then my second point would be on the core of this issue which is really an excuse for me, this is not the first time Nigerians are treated badly out there but not at that point, I truly believe that the SA authorities were seaking an excuse to push Nigerian back, because seriously how come a simple yellow card vacination could be the begining of all this mess?? Now to my opinion Nigerians have to ask themsleves good questions about their image instead of just relplying |
Yellow card is an excuse, the issue is deeper |
lol actually I don't have 3 nationalities ehehe just French cause Cameroon don't recongnized the double one and for Tanzania I'll do it very soon ![]() |
yeas this is our day, even though I wish that could be everyday for our husbands, brothers, nephew and cousins ![]() |
Onlytruth lol "you're stuggling"?? quite curious while you've already answered to previous comments ![]() Actually I'm a French Cameroonian and Tanzanian lady |
kokoA:Point! But Kokoa I personnally think Nigerian brothers have to wonder why a lot of countries are in tension with them, and I'm nopt talking about economy and so on because I know some will talk about "envy, jealousy" but seriously even in Cameroon people used to talk about Nigerians wrongly and I don't really like it because I know a lot of sweet and welcoming Nigerians, so I'm asking you don't you think Nigerians (not all of course) but FG or the population need to think about why all of this is happening to them? |
Only truth in fact I was answer for the others who like to be agressive while you have an opinion about Nigeria even when you're a Non Nigerian, but as Afam4ever has answer properly I just want to thank him ![]() |
Onlytruth:Sincerly I'm not seeing southern Nigeria joining Cameroon just because it would be weird, I have one map on Nigeria in my head and separation is not a solution for me, plus what makes you think they would adapt easily in Cameroon? |
strangest:Just a question is it right or wrong to send back a brother who's in illegal situation? because SA is not the same who's doing this to Nigerians, Gabonese and Ecuatorial Guinea as well are known to send a lot of West African back to their home claiming people are coming with fake documents |
I truly believe that any increasing diplomatic crisis between two countries is not the solutions, they are supposed to be mature, respected and respectable authorities and should talk like civilised people, because none both Nigeria and SA will gain As Africans, our culture is to share and being welcoming, these westerners habits we're taking is an insult to our true values |
Thanks Afam4ever, for the others I'm not going to argue with you becuae this is not the goal: I'm as insteresting as the situation of Senegal as Nigeria simply because I care for my continent, and there's nothing to do with my country which has its problem that I know Thanks |
Sister, 30 is not like you're going to the grave, I think you should be calm, quiet and focus on your social and professional life then when your prince will come ( and I'm sure he will) you'll be ready and bring your experience as an independant woman don't let society and surroundings pressuring you, you'll get married God is in control |
