Oh dear. How did we not make it 2. Manutd are seriously coming close to getting another goal. |
Bruno Fernandes should have hit the target there he's becoming a defecit to the team. Manutd should gave be 2-0 up. |
Liverpool are dominating the game. This deep defending Manutd are doing is risky. We need to dominate the midfield and take the game to them. |
Azazyel:Manutd has scored |
Gooooooooooooaal. Mbuemo scores and Manchester united take the lead within seconds of kickoff. |
At this point, if the military comes back they won't be any protest cos Nigerians are tired of suffering under Tinubu. APC wouldn't be able to bribe people to protest for them cos under military rule it would be seen as treason and they and their sponsors would be executed. So believe me when I tell you that if Tinubu is kicked out tomorrow, the country would be as peaceful as ever, there might be some grumbling on social media which would obviously be banned by the military for some time...days and weeks after the coup, life would get back to normal. We Nigerians know how to adpat to situations fast. |
Meanwhile, Tinubu's only concern is 2027. How all the governors, senators and reps members should de camp to APC and capture their state for him. Nigerians can die in their thousands and he wouldn't be bothered...as long as he secures 2027 he's OK. |
omooba969:Today would shock you. We'll use Liverpool to regain back our form. |
Fryx:What leader of men are you talking about? A man who cannot stand anyone who oposes him, he had Ambode removed and changed his Deputy twice, a man who's only means of getting power is through extreme violence, that's why thuggery is so lucrative in Lagos. A man who doesn't care about the suffering massess and is ready to tax them to death in a bid to quench his greed.... If Tinubu is your yard stick for measuring successful leaders, Nigeria is truly in trouble. |
This game should be a walk in the park for Manutd. |
folake4u:Don't worry tomorrow we'll show you how winning is done when we defeat Liverpool. |
Fryx:Rest abeg. IBB was considered as one of the most crafty head of state Nigeria produced, yet Okah made an attempt on his life. And if you must know, it was the fear of being overthrown that made him flee in 1993. Tinubu is just a civilian, if the army wants him out believe me, he won't see it coming. You think it's election where he'll bribe his way through? You'll just wake up one morning and see a uniformed man addressing the nation that there has been a change in government. And believe me, at that point there's nothing anyone can do. You'd just have to accept the new administration and move on. |
folake4u:Na Nottingham una beat way de make you shine teeth. People way de for relegation. ![]() |
Even though I don't believe this coup story one bit, I feel it's what we need to reset the ethnic, economic and social state of Nigeria. APC under Tinubu has divided Nigeria to the point where people starving to death as a result of bad policies by APC would prefer to attack another tribe that has nothing to do with their predicament, than criticize the administration that put them in such conditions. When I go online and see the kind of things some Nigerians post I do tell myself that we have no right to call whites racist cos we're worse than them. And if having a military administration would reset all that, I'm fully in support. |
FarahAideed:They're overthrowing a civilian government not a military one. All they need is the approval of key military figures and they'll arrest and detain Tinubu anytime he leaves the villa to another state. And the most senior officer who approved the coup would take over. But I believe there wasn't any coup. Cos if actually there was a coup, Tinubu would be shivering wherever he is because he won't be able to trust anyone anymore. He wouldn't know who wants to kill him. The fear of the unknown is what made IBB abandon the power he clinged to in 1993. |
folake4u:If I catch you eh!
|
Nonexisting1:Lol |
naijapikin2:The boyfriends they were posting, weren't they stolen as well? |
Sonnobax15:When you get married and start shouldering heavy responsibilities, believe me, you'll care. Cos at some point you'll start feeling as though your effort aren't really appreciated. |
Why do most Nigerian woman avoid celebrating their husbands the way they once celebrated their boyfriends? It’s something I’ve quietly noticed over the years. When they were dating, a lot of women were expressive — birthday shoutouts, long captions, cute selfies, romantic quotes, and plenty of emojis. Their boyfriends were kings, best friends, . Love was loud. But after marriage? Silence. You’d hardly see a single post about their husbands. So I keep asking myself — what changed? It almost feels like most “illegal boyfriends” have enjoyed more public love than many legally married men. Let me give a real example. There’s this lady I friend I have. She's married with kids, and has a great career. She’s very active on social media — posts her children, her job, her weekend vacations, even her lunch. But not once have I seen her post a picture of her husband. One day, out of curiosity, I asked her why she doesn't post her husband. Cos I knew her before she got married and knew how she celebrated guys in the past (myself inclusive even though we never really dated) She laughed and said, “Oh, I’m just more private now.” Private? Interesting. Because back when she was single, she wasn’t private at all. So when did privacy start — after marriage? That got me thinking. Maybe something deeper is going on. Maybe the excitement has faded. Maybe the spark that made them proudly show love before has been buried under routine, responsibility, or disappointment. Still, it’s hard for husbands not to notice. We see the silence. We remember how loud the love used to be. We feel it when birthdays come and go without a single “thank you” post — even though we never asked for one. And no, it’s not about validation from strangers online. It’s about what those small gestures used to represent — affection, admiration, pride. Marriage doesn’t kill love. People do — when they stop expressing it. So here’s the question: If you could celebrate your boyfriend so freely before, why can’t you celebrate your husband now? Has love matured into silence, or has it simply grown cold? I’m not saying post your marriage every week, but once in a while, let him know you still see him — not just in your home, but in your heart. Because sometimes, men also want to feel seen. PapaNnamdi:You'll have to subscribe to YouTube premium that's when you'll be able to get filtered movies without ads. You're using the free version that's why it's like that. |
kpankpangolo:You mean 230M poor population. Shoprite stores are literally empty despite our population. It's not just about population, they'd have to carry out a market research to determine the percentage of that population that can consistently afford their stores. Sadly the figures after their market research would be embarrassing. |
Seun:Which AI Agent apart from chatgtp would you recommend? |
youngrichnigga:All the teams in the playoffs are no threat. If they were a threat, they won't be there. Question is when was the last time you saw Bolivia in the world cup? Even in their Copa America how many semi finals have they reached? They're no threat. If Nigeria is serious we should be able to make it to the world cup. |
If we can survive the African challenge and make it to the intercontinental stage, we'll make it. Our only hurdle is to survive the Africa stage. Cos none of those teams you mentioned there can defeat Nigeria. |
So far, these are the teams that have qualified. When we eventually qualify, I want Fifa to give us Canada, New Zealand and Uzbekistan in the group stage cos we really suffered in to qualify, so they should give us an easy group. And please I don't want to see Argentina in our group o.

achorladey:Yea Algeria really helped us by coming back to win that game. |
