I just did the decking recently by a well known Engineer/Builder in this Nairaland.. and cost is about N2.6million.
The decking was well done with high quality materials without cutting any corner for safely purposes.

I have been following your thread and discovered that it will be better, if you can bring in expert, a Cost Engineer in this area. This morning I noticed my layers droppings are bright green. While there, a bird from a section of cage where I discovered a rather deep green dropping laid a shell-less egg.

I'm no boss @abidecz. This is my first stint with layers. I'm a Number 1 learner. I've seen 2 shelless egg today out of 8eggs. Though I think it's just birds just laying their first egg. They are on their 2nd day of calcium. They are 95 in number.

2000 blocks 5 % broken blocks already added, 45 bags of cement 4 trips of 10 tonnes sharp sand, one trip of gravel or granite for lintels, pillars and foundation slab or blinding, 20 planks of white wood @ N950 per one, water, 20k for carpentry and 15k for welder job or iron bender, workmanship is N40 per block for bricklayer Now, N20 per block for Labor per block, N20k for digging of the foundation or excavation.
