Politics / Re: Nigerian Mdas Paid Over N159bn Into Private Accounts In Six Years by Nbote(m): 7:49am On Feb 06
That is the legacy of the APC government. Why did you all think 1 man was shouting Emilokan It is his turn to benefit from the cake na

Bluntemperor:

You cannot even reason beyond this kindergarten-level at your age!
So, was your GEJ not in PDP and many of the Ministers, including, the Petroleum Minister- Dezani stole Nigeria blind in NBILLIONS / Dollars and no wonder, stealing is very much around because there is no Consequences for this pandemic going round!
Try it in China or Singapore, even in USA,your head would have been straighten since! 'Stealing is not Corruption'
Shame on you!

The shame should actually be on morons like you who play double standards and make excuses for evil. The APC came into power vilifying the previous administration for corruption at all levels. They prided themselves as a government of integrity while lots like you sang to the high heavens how saintly Buhari is and how his fight against corruption is the best thing since after Jollof and how "yam eaters" must vomit the yams they stole. Isn't it shameful that all manners of thievery and corrupt practices are being uncovered despite all the loud noises and media trials of the previous administration they met.

Gboom:

It is myopic to blame APC alone for this. This fraudlent act is older than six years in Nigeria. If detail audit trail is carried out since advent of democrazy you will hate the richmen, politicians and high ranking civil servants from different political parties

It isn't myopic because they prided themselves as being different from the "PDP" and previous administration even though it is one and the same gang of thieves who have been jumping ship. Where's their well publicized anti corruption fight??

Politics / Re: Until We EMBRACE Made-in-Nigeria Goods, FORGET About Naira Value Rising! by Nbote(m): 5:47am On Feb 04
The govt imports Petroleum products in dollars. They collect loans in billions of dollars, loot the general wealth and state funds in dollars, look the other way while their cronies steal solid minerals which would have earned us billions of dollars and still complain about how we are responsible for the naira freefall because we import everything

I'm surprised that Wike cannot tackle this security issue. If you see him shouting on TV, you would think he's the President or the Chief of Army Staff! If a nation's capital isn't safe, it's a big shame on all the political leaders.

So Wike is now the one to combat the kidnappings all over the country abi.

Na fake love and hypocrite of the highest order and it's not different from robbery and deceit

Never4getU:
God bless this guy it's as if he knows my aim. Peter Obi is only displaying fake love here and there out of desperation.

It's obvious the way thea is moving everywhere to appear like a new Mandela. If u're a man of the people u can't buy ur way into people's heart.

If Peter Obi has this philanthropy tendency in him, we would have seen it when he was the governor of Anambra State during which time he was busy deporting Nigerians from the state and sacking non Anambrarians from the state civil service.

How come he just discover this new found philanthropy just few months to the election and now he keep moving everywhere to show fake sympathy to win votes only.

Do u know the number of people that was killed by Fulani herdsman yet has refused to visit but busy going about people whom he thought if they had voted him he would have won the election.

Nigerians should beware 419ier

As a serial entrepreneur, I know your type. Na your type go dey blame business owners for increasing price of goods and services regularly instead of the government that is responsible for Nigeria's weak currency.

Try and use Naira to import the phone you used to type this message and let us know how it turns out. I am sure the exporter in China, Japan or South Korea would be glad to collect Naira from you.

Exactly. They just sit behind their keyboards to type nonsense and pretend like we aren't an import dependent nation. They gaslight U into believing the ordinary Nigerian is responsible because according to them "we import everything" but the government imports every Petroleum product used in this country, collect loans in USD while using the crude oil that we are supposed to earn with as leverage

The sad truth is that most of the insecurity being witnessed all over the country is proudly sponsored by the political elites and aided by some corrupt security agents ans the unfortunate truth is that there are many of them
