i just noticed that forex trading is a cool and easy way of making money, a guy called me and asked me if i know how to trade forex that he wants to learn i said yes due to i have some experience from practical demo i `ve traded in the past we met discussed and agreed he paid me N20,000 from the method i taught him, this guy turned demo account of $3,000 to $7,000 in one-week and i assured him that there is no difference between demo and real account except demo is not ur money and also higher money you invest the higher your profit as in pip/pips to cent or dollar so without wasting time he invested $1,000 our broker collected N166 per $1, i bet u today making one week of trade and the money as yield $700 profit and with my method of teaching forex and the indicator i used i bet you can invest $1,000 and always smile to the bank every week for atleast $500

Education › Re: We Need Vocational Secondary Schools In Nigeria. by ncpat(m): 10:29am On Aug 18, 2011
agitator:
there are comprehensive secondary schools, craft centers and technical secondary schools, that take care of all you have mentioned, but problem is most are living in past glory as machinery, etc are obsolete or bad. No replacement plan. In my school we did woodwork, automech, applied electricity, home economics (preparing chin-chin, cakes, sewing-needle/machine, etc), typewriting & shorthand, FineArts (drawing, pottery, designing artistic objects with waste paper, sea shells), etc, plus all the regular secondary school subjects (sciences, arts, etc). when you get to higher class (class3) then you specialised, science, arts, technical, commercial, or combinations such as arts/commercial, science/technical, science/arts, etc

It was out of the
This was the main reason for changing the school from the previous 6-5-4 system to 6-3-3-4 system

the former was 6-years compulsory primary, 5-years secondary school, then 4-years university,

and the later is 6-years compulsory primary, 3-years compulsory Junior secondary, 3-years senior secondary, 4-years university.

As a result of these compulsory introductory technology, business studies, and fine Arts were to be taught at JSS level and equipments were imported, ironically these equipments imported by the government couldn't be cleared at the ports where most were stolen and others rotted.

and with the lumping of the subjects the comprehensive secondary schools like the one i attended became useless.
YOU ARE RIGHT, I HAD MY SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION IN PUBLIC SCHOOL,INFACT CREEK HIGH SCHOOL,TOLU, OLODI-APAPA LAGOOS AND DURING MY JUNIOR CLASS WE DID ALL THESE AS YOU MENTION ABOVE AND TILL TODAY I`M USING THE SKILL I ACQUIRE FROM MY JUNIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL TO FETCH FOR ME AND MY FAMILY, TODAY TELL A GRADUATE TO WIRE A ROOM OR TWO, THE ANSWER YOU WILL GET IS I`M NOT AN ELECTRICIAN, FROM 1991-1997 WAS THE TIME I DID MY SECONDARY SCHOOL WHERE YOU WILL BE GIVEN AN ASSIGNMENT TO CONSTRUCT A CONTROL SWITCH BOX USING A WOODEN BOARD,SWITCH BOX,JUNCTION BOX,ELECTRIC WIRE AND BULBS,

WELL THE ALL FAILURE TURNS OUT TO BE LEADERSHIP PROBLEM

Business › Re: Questions On Non-Interest Banking For Mallam Sanusi by ncpat(m): 5:14pm On Aug 02, 2011
what are we saying here? a bank is a business organization, YES or NO

YES

the aim of every business organization is to make profit not interest, TRUE or FALSE

TRUE

that is why they have what is called PROFIT B/4 TAX and government will now collect their % and the remaining part is called PROFIT AFTER TAX.

since PROFIT is to islamic banking, that is what makes it a business organization and islamic banking are here for business so let them stop pretending as if they here for charity

Business › Re: Questions On Non-Interest Banking For Mallam Sanusi by ncpat(m): 12:01am On Aug 01, 2011
bamosagie:
There are questions that Sanusi should be answering that nobody is asking.

Question like, what will be the minimum capital base of non-interest banks?

Since their loans & savings are without interest, how will they pay for the facilities, properties, infastructures, rates and salaries of staff employed in course of thier business? who will be the financiers of this banks and what is in it for them?

Since interest is not involve in their operation are they exempted from paying tax?

How will generate more funds to keep their operations afloat? what are steps they use in recovering loans given out?

please educate those of us that practise other faiths so that we can erase all forms of suspicion from our minds.
good questions and to cut the long story shot, this is the question we should be asking and also answer it with how it works.

QUESTION : DO THE ISLAMIC BANKING CHARGE INTEREST? YES OR NO

ANSWER : YES

EXPLAIN : i thought under the islamic banking system, when the islamic bank lends you money, you don`t have to pay interest but now i`m hearing that the condition is that you must tell them what you want to use the money for and it must also agree with islamic business, meaning you cannot open beer joint but the one that agrees with islamic law and they will supervise and share the profit and loss with you, meaning they will not give u money if they know that the business will not earn profit so my questions is what is the difference b/w profit and interest. let me break it down, PROFIT is that additional income(money) made by selling your goods and services above the purchase price to what is now know as market price while INTEREST is a fee paid by a borrower of assets (MONEY=current asset)to the owner as a form of compensation for the use of the assets.now the borrower borrows money from islamic bank and makes profit and shares the profit the islamic bank, to the borrower is a profit why to the islamic bank it is an interest as long as their money will return back to them so you see why the igbo guy are already investing in it. so i still stand my stand islamic bank do collect interest.

Not better than a satte secondary school in the south-west!

Trust me, you dont want to send your kids there.
i will like to know if the satte secondary school is a state own secondary school and also post a pic for proof and for your information, is not even easy to get admission in GSU so don`t even bother whether you are sending your kid or not

Education › Re: Which Universities Have The Fastest And Slowest Academic Calendars? by ncpat(m): 1:20am On Jul 31, 2011
most of u are getting it all wrong, u have to post your academy calendar showing when you start a session and when you finish so as to tell if your school normally stick to their calendar, well for me i give it to GSU Gombe State University, this is a state university with clean environment and ever since it commencement, there is nothing like strike, to cut the story down, i got admission into the school last year for the 2010/2011 session, the school fully resumed lecture for the new intake 100 level student nov.2010 and we are still in july, 2011 and we are done with our second semester and as i`m writing now the 2011/2012 academy calendar has be drawn out which will by the grace of GOD start from october, 2011 to july 2012
below is a pic of the school.

Business › Re: Stanbic IBTC Gets Licence For Islamic Banking Operations In Nigeria by ncpat(m): 7:17am On Jul 06, 2011
please can some one educate me on Islamic banking plz. here is what i`m thinking and if i`m wrong kindly use my write up to correct me,

will the Islamic bank deposit the initial N25b with CBN?
are they not going to acquire office all over the country and also asset?
are they not going to employ staffs with average salaries of let say N100,000?

so what i understood is that you save money with them and you come back at any time and the same amount will be there meaning no COT charge
if they give u loan same no interest so how would they pay their staffs and expenses in acquiring new assets because even though they are using the money save with them for business,it is not easy to make up all these expenses.

will stabic IBTC operate in Islamic bank generally because they `ve been in existence operating the normal banking system so don`t tell me they will use others money to pay for Islamic banking. please educate me base on my write up please no too much grammar, thanks
