I KNOW IF HEAVEN GOT A GHETTO,U `LL BE THERE SITTING NEXT TO GOD WATCHING WHO GO FOLLOW.

JAH BLESS YOUR SOUL REST IN PEACE.

Singer Celine Dion, 42, gave birth Saturday to premature twin boys.

The yet-to-be named boys were delivered by cesarean section and are healthy, according to St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.

One infant weighs 5 pounds, 10 ounces, while the other is 5 pounds, 4 ounces, the hospital said.

Obstetrician Ronald Ackerman, in announcing the births, called Dion and husband Rene Angelil two of "the most caring and kind individuals" that the hospital has seen.

Dion checked into the hospital October 16 as a precaution "to prevent the early delivery of her babies," the medical center said.

Her doctors had wanted Dion to remain there at least until the first week of November, when she would be 37 weeks along in her pregnancy, her representative said this week.

Dion, 42, revealed in July that she was pregnant with twins after her sixth round of in vitro fertilization.

The couple has a 9-year-old son, Rene-Charles.

Ceekay:
Whenever i go to change currency (which is often) i usually say my last prayers. . .
Sometimes i just feel that i'll be jumped and my money stolen by the money changers especially when they tell me to wait while they go and get the cash
Last Week i went to change 800 Euros for personal use (big boy )
The guy there must have been drafted from one motor park (see muscles, chei ), when he told me to wait, from his tone of voice, he could as well have told me
"wait here make i go bring people wey go break your head, idiot"
That was my longest wait! I wanted to run away sef.
Please tell me, are my fears justified or am i just over reacting?

Chapter 1: How a C++ Program Works

Overview

You probably interact with computer programs many times during an average day. When you arrive at work and find out your computer doesn’t work, you call tech support. At the other end of the telephone line, a computer program forces you to navigate a voicemail menu maze and then tortures you while you are on perpetual hold with repeated insincere messages about how important your call is, along with false promises about how soon you will get through.

When you’re finally done with tech support, you decide to take a break and log on to your now-working computer to do battle with giant alien insects from the planet Megazoid. Unfortunately, the network administrator catches you goofing off using yet another computer program which monitors employee computer usage. Assuming you are still employed, an accounts payable program then generates your payroll check.

On your way home, you decide you need some cash and stop at an ATM, where a computer program confirms (hopefully) you have enough money in your bank account and then instructs the machine to dispense the requested cash and (unfortunately) deducts that same amount from your account.

Most people, when they interact with computers as part of their daily routine, don’t need to consider what a computer program is or how it works. However, a computer programmer should know the answers to these and related questions, such as what is a programming language, and how does a C++ program actually work? When you have completed this chapter, you will know the answers to these questions, and also understand how to create and run your own computer program

I’ve read many of your contribution on speed level and yet nobody has any proof of what speed he or she is currently browsing or downloading, guy this is the best way to know your speed, you may be connected to this various speed like 53.6kbps,115,kbps,234kbps,480kbps,921.6kbps,12mbps and etc but that does not state your speed of download as that speed you are seeing is like telling you that, that is the maximum speed the com-port of your phone can hold, it is like when you have 2 water pipes which one is 6cm in diameter and the other 12cm in diameter, now a low flow of water is passing through that tunnel and both pipes receives the water, at this point it will be difficult to tell if the big pipe is rushing more than the small but when the water level rises high you will now see that the big pipes consumes more volume of water and i will fill about 4 bucket before the smaller one can fill one. that is a case study of GPRS,EDGE AND 3G
Now to share more light for you to know your actual browsing and downloading speed, i will like you to install opera 10 and after the installation follow this steps for configuration, click on VIEW>>TOOLBARS>>CUSTOMISE, now on the window that pops out, thick ADDRESS BAR and STATUS BAR and on the PROGRESS BAR below, select POP OUT AT BOTTOM and click OK now browse to any site you will notice the real browsing speed written on the PROGRESS BAR and i belt you if you are in an area where you have EDGE what you will see will be counting up from 1.1kbps-6kbps, now try and download anything, once you click save, check the download bar and you will notice that the average speed is 8kbps, so guys the above is case study of ZAIN which I believe is the best here in GOMBE STATE, I have tried ETISALAT,MTN, but i have to stick to ZAIN I’m using a Motorola V3 as a modem and it gives me a connected speed of 926.6 kbps and if plug into 2.0 usb port it gives me 12mbps connection so that is to tell you that those connection speed you get is the maximum available speed port on your modem and you can still go to modem properties in control panel to increase or reduce it connection speed but to the best of my knowledge zain downloading speed here in GOMBE when subscribe for the pay service is average 8 kbps,
