Police extortion and indiscriminate killings of human beings are the main reasons behind endsars!!! Also, the school have their code of dressing written and pasted on strategic notice boards inside the campus. Why coming to the school when you can't keep to their rules? Why flounting the agreement you signed?? If I am the lecturer I will recommend him for appropriate punishment!!
This is how people begin to cultivate the habit of lawlessness at young ages!!!

The lecturer is just being nice, if it were some lecturers they would just ask for the student mat number and the student would continue falling his course till he starts dressing well according to his profession.
