Question? should I go ahead to extend the POF.
Will this affect any decision by UKVI if decision haven't been made ?
Do they have the right to contact my bank to find out if the POF is still in the account if I don't extend the loan.

Also, my comment was for those with HND and BSc Thirdclass. Since, some UK universities now accept the certificates for Masters directly, it is useless and stupid to go for a BSc top-up programme with that stigma.

Yes however you cannot bring your wife. You cant bring any children.

Note that HND and Third class holders can obtain Masters directly. So many success stories here.

Follow the guidelines and university lists in my previous posts. Don't waste money with BSc top-up as it won't be easy to get job especially if BSc top up is written on the certificate.

Being married does not affect your chances of getting your tier 4 visa
...just maintain you are married and that you are not traveling with your spouse so that you don't have to go and falsify another divorce papers....i doubt the embassy will ask you for marriage certificate as a guy..

No, you don't need to print another statement. The one you used for CAS can be used for visa application provided that your application is within a month of printing the statement. And most importantly make sure that you still have the fund in the account during visa processing because they MUST call your bank to confirm the fund.
If by the time they called the bank that no one picks their call, they will send you NSF email straight away.
