chuckvyl: Sorry to burst your bubbles,Jesus did not die on Friday.How can you count 3 days and 3 nights between Friday and Sunday.use your brain for once and study the bible for yourselves.If as the bible declares, the grave was empty by Sunday morning,that means he was only dead and buried for two nights and two days.He died on Passover day,the next day after passover according to the bible was the 1st day of unleavened bread.And the first day of unleavened bread is a sabbath no matter which day it occurs.If the 1st day of unleavened bread falls on a Monday,that Monday becomes a sabbath,if it falls on a Thursday,that day becomes a sabbath.The sabbath that was mentioned in the bible was not the normal Saturday sabbath rather it was a high sabbath(1st day of unleavened bread).The bible said on the first day of the week while it was still dark(early in the morning),the women saw an empty grave,so Jesus was already resurrected by the time the women came.He died on Wednesday(Passover day) and was buried just before evening of Wednesday.And 3 days and 3 nights after will be Saturday evening.So he arose on Saturday evening not Sunday morning.
