I think I may have caused my dog great pain today....he has been in pain since I applied the tick spray Sunny Glee.

The ticks were much around his anus and I think I may have applied too much, his restless and can't sleep, he twitches like the pain comes and go. I pray he gets better by morning oooo....cos he is in so much pain

I'm not really a dog lover but I had to gift my wife one, and not really being a fan of dogs I decided to buy a Lhasa atleast one that won't outgrow me . He is about 4 months and stay mostly indoors, asides his stubbornness which is a worry for me. I notice he started having alot of ticks lynched to his skin and due to his hairy nature I struggle to remove them cos he hardly allows me to touch him(He takes every thing as play ).

Please, what can I do about his stubbornness and how do I deal with this ticks, they give me so much concern.

What have I done:

1. Got a powder which the vet recommended I buy and apply on his body.

2. I bath him almost once a week, because we keep him inside a room while we are out for work, I think when his pee had dried up, he unconsciously lies on that spot making him smell asides his natural smell oooo...(I almost sold him when he was 2months because I couldn't deal with the dog smell, my wife convinced me not to, that dogs comes with their own smell and being a puppy he still need training)

3. I have used snipper insecticide in his room.

4. Hand pick the ticks, when he allows me to.

Thats because probably you portrayed the vibes of an alpha from the get go, or where the dogs are coming from the owner or breeder handled his business. Dogs are pack animals, they get to understand hierarchy. If you put them in their place they would hardly mutiny and remain loyal.

Respect. That word is also critical. Am always against using cane or slippers on a dog, they would only fear you. Inflicting discipline through beating has more disadvantage than advantages. For example you saw him peeing in your front somewhere he his not and you flogged him. He would most likely relate the pain from the flogging to peeing in your front than that vicinity, and may never pee in your presence again. But if you carry him midstream to where you want him to pee, or in case of an adult dog he knows the "hey" or "No" command to stop his action, and you use vinegar at that spot, it would solve your problem.

The worst is even beating long after the offence has passed. For example you found he popped somewhere or destroyed something, then you took him there, put his nose there and beat him. Its just unnecessary, he might not even understand the exact reason you beat him, and may not answer you when next you call him in a particular tone. Because he would relate that tone with pain. You can show your displeasure by shouting or saying bad dog. They can read that emotion than inflicting pain. People mistake dog fear for respect.

Nice one bro, you clearly seem to know alot about dog training. I have a Lhasa who is about 4months, I try not to beat him most times but rather show emotions (angry, displeased) sometimes he understands and sometimes he doesn't. He won't pee in his house but ones he gets out, he pees immediately, he bites my toes alot and it can be painful. They dog matter just taya me

It's so uncalled for, the seller has stated his price all you should do is ignore if it's well above what you know it as and not make nasty comments.

Camry 09 is a well sold car, so it would be difficult for the seller to get a buyer for that price that easy we all know that but doesn't mean he wouldn't and allow you makes so unnecessary comment.....Come on guys!!!

The corolla is boring to drive and overpriced. Avalon is fun but if you are considering a corolla, then Avalon Is not for you.

Thanks boss, it's so funny how Toyota categorized their brands, makes you never want to have it all, I'm an interior person(Avalon) and also need my car to be strong(Corolla) but with my budget I know I wouldn't get close to making those two guys see it each other.

Its quite easy bro,,,Hope your console is not hacked,...if its hacked...then you would not be able to go online.

Just connect your p4 to your internet using WIFI..

Once its done,,if you dont have an account with PLaystation...you would have to open an account using any US address...so you will have a user name.
IF there updates to your firmware or any updates from Playstation..they wil alert you.

Once you are done updating your console if there is any one available, insert your fifa....once you do,,,it will alert you of updates if available....as simple as that...

This was really helpful....I did two installations, one was on FIFA which was about 1.7gig and another I think was system update which was about 400+mb.

So the game restarted and I did see some changes sha, but I was hoping the team would change effecting transfers at the time of update. So just to clarify, when I update what are the changes that I should get?.

Also, I started surfing the net to see how I can update my teams on FIF19 still waiting patiently for FIF20 price to come down a bit , so just maybe it would have some changes on the teams base on transfers at the time of update, then I saw a video guiding on how to update squad/team which i followed the steps, but when u click in the download update icon it tells me my user isnt connected to ea server.

Please assist advise, i know i must have bored you with my epistle, just wanted to put it out so clearly for it to be easy to get advise..

The game disc contains the whole disks.. You Can play the game without updates.. But.. Updates will bring you to the latest versions ...like new jerseys.. New transfers.. Competitions.. Etc.. Like.. When I had FIFA 18..there was no World Cup in it.. But later.. They added World Cup to the game which I had to update using my data..

Please how do I update my fifa19....descriptive steps would be appreciated

I also went for capital express limited interview scheduled for 3rd august. I applied for the role of financial analyst which ii was told consist of customer Service. I got a mail from them telling me to come for their training which will take place on Tuesday next week so by Friday I should be able to knw how much they are paying. u can as well drop your number so we can chat on what's app

Yeah, made that statement on purpose was just being positive. Just that the training I was called for by the company would clash with the one I am currently on....Thanks anyway

When you get a job, you're supposed to be given an offer letter which states all conditions of employment including salary and all other benefits so I can't understand why you're asking us about the pay. If you haven't been given anything like that, then you haven't gotten a job, so you should continue with your training, BTW ppl here say the training is worth it so carry on.

I would start by saying "Thank You" for taking your time to respond and as much this length, you sounded like I am not appreciative of the training, I am so much grateful the opportunity of being a part of it, then if that not what you meant, My bad then. It was even said in the induction day, that the overall purpose of the training was to make us fit-employable and also seek entrepreneurship option considering the high competition in recruitment currently in the country, and if we could on our own before now get ourselves interviews or job offers that they would permit. I just needed a well suited information on the company, considering the fact that the training called by the company would clash with that of poise, and I would not want to be the guy who left what would have made him better for a job he would end up quitting few months into it and at the end lose at both ends...In all I just wanted to know I'm leaving the training for something that worth it, knowing how much would be paid and also know that the fancy name Financial Analyst wasn't Marketing, which if that was what was advertised, I would not have applied

What is wrong with you Young Man?...you've better complete that training with POISE. It is not just like a scholarship thing...it is actually a comprehensive training scholarship paid for by OXFAM NOVIB (If I'm correct) for graduates like you who are unemployed to either become self employed through entrepreneurship or to become job market fit for the labour market. The problem you have is that you don't even know how to spot opportunities and yet tomorrow you're among those who'll still come on NL and be wailing about the government not being able to provide jobs for its teeming unemployed.

Now...you have that opportunity to learn some of the dynamics which I believe will include among other things; how to sell & market products (something you already claim you lack for the insurance job). I guess after reading this, you should already have a set decision taken.


PS: One last thing... Please change from the bad habit of writing in illegible shorthand/short text form(social media has nothing to do with it and more so it actually dulls the brain) and write legibly. You're a graduate for crying out loud!
