I have heard of the story of Jezebel a lot that I decided to venture more into the story in 1st Kings,I learnt that she did some terrible things and that was why she was termed Wicked Queen Jezebel. I have my own observation towards this story because we tend to accept her wicked nature because its in the bible,because her belief is against the Yahweh belief of the then biblical belief. BUT did u know that Jezebel is faithful and her belief is strong toward her God BAAL? To d extent that she killed and persecuted the prophets of Yahweh,wow what a strong FAITH towards a belief. She so much love her husband the KING that she killed Nabooth just because of a vineyard, she does not want to see d husband sad for any reason BUT her only problem is that the husband should worship Baal with her which the King succumbed to and their was peace in the family. I remembered two incidents my dad and pastor told me that really made me conclude that mortal man is always limited to spiritual knowledge.

FIRST
The pastor said he attended a burial ceremony of an aged woman, while the deceased children were celebrating, he saw a brief revelation of the dead woman's ghost been bounds and was dragged my demonic angels. it was vividly clear that she was heading for hell, where there is unstoppable anguish.

SECOND
My dad told me there was a wicked man, who committed a lot of atrocities, shed innocent blood of both young and old. He was better described as a devil's incarnate. When he died, the ground kept on rejecting his corpse. The moment his corpse is lowered to the ground, it flies up immediately above the grave. His kins men tried several times with all sort of ritual, all to no avail . It was later concluded that they would leave his corpse above ground level to decompose.

FACT
Only those who do the will of God and accept Jesus Christ as their lord and saviour, will rest in peace in the bossom of the Lord.

this is exactly the types of scenario am talking about,I have seen a case where a lady was killed and d eyes gauge out of its socket.d grandmum said that in her dreams she saw her granddaughter hovering around with agony and that it means that they have to find her eyes before burying her or her soul will not rest in Peace. so am asking if its possible,others are just writing gibberish as if I don't know what I want to understand.

Often I have hear that May he or Her gentle soul Rest In Peace,its a norm once an individual died and is buried these words will be uttered. even if the person is of good or bad behavior and character,I believe that in youth we learn and in age we understand so for me when the word RIP is mentioned I see it as a wish for the departed to rest in peace until the day of judgment which will determine if the departed will make heaven or hell.
I want us to discuss a situation whereby an individual died and some people will say that because of one reason or d other he or she is not resting in peace,I have seen cases where someone died prematurely maybe because he or she was poisoned or was involved a road accident or was brutally killed and the family will decide to do some ritual before laying the dead to rest claiming that the dead will only rest if his or her death is avenged. some will even go extra mile to add a matches and broom to the coffin before burying the dead asking him or her to avenge its death. I want to understand more about this RIP stuff because I have been in thoughts of late and I need to know,matured and learned minds pls help and educate me more
