To fail to prepare is to prepare to fail

AW failed to prepare for this season even when teams like Man U and Chelsea with better squads were busy adding to their squad.

This i guess should be a wake up call to him. Its just UNBELIEVABLE, UNTHINKABLE, UNIMAGINABLE,SURPRISING, SHOCKING AND ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that Arsenal will lose to a team like Hull. I dont mean to disrespect Hull

Man U signed Berbatov - a world class striker
Chelsea signed Deco and bosingwa
Liverpool signed keane, Riera, Ngog and some others
Man City signed Robinho
Tottenham signed pavlyuchenko, Dos Santos and a host of others
Sunderland almost changed their team

And who did AW sign? He strengthened his team by signing
Ramsey - from Cardiff or some unknown club
Bischoff from one bundesliga team
Called back Vela from Loan

While other teams were strengthening, he was lampooning them for spending outrageous sums on players. So if with his strengthened team he gets beaten at HOME by HULL city, i guess nobody should say they didnt see disaster coming.

If Arsenal loses to Hull of all teams at the emirates, what happens when Man U, Liverpool and Chelsea come calling?

Football is a game of win, lose or draw. u have to settle for one and arsenal settled for a loss today. Not a bad result. Isnt is better that u lose against Hull at the emirates than against man u, liv or chelsea?

What a wonderful anniversary present for AW. he must be savouring it i guess.

Its so good to see some dudes crying over here. Man U loses to Liverpool at ANFIELD and everybody turns into an authority in football. I wonder what people would say now as Hull City trounced Arsenal at the EMIRATES.

The penalty was dubious but Ron never asked for it. He conned the ref and he fell for it. Afterall refs are human as well.

Hargo and Ronaldo could play on the wings likethe finals in Moscow. we just have to stifle the middle and choke deco and lampard. ando could do a good job trying to neutralise the threat posed by either of them.

With Ronaldo playing on the wing, the attacking forays of cole and bos will be checked a bit cos they will be extra careful not to be caught napping.

I expect a tight match with few chances at goal. my worry is just on who plays in place of Vida. Would prefer brown pairing rio, while oshea starts on the right. Evans is waytoo young for a match of this magnitude.

Too much english on display. Am beginning to wonder if i ever went to school.

Oshea poses less threat than Nev. Evans as far as am concerned should be no where near the starting line- up. He could have done well against a villareal that posed little threat. But he definitely cannot stand the firepower of Drogba.

Hargo has to be in the middle to nullify the threat posed by lampard. I will like a midfield comprising Scholes, Hargo, Ando and Ronaldo,while rooney and Berba start upfront. Tevez can come in later to wear out their defences with his power-play.

This is actually the second time JT will be escaping such punishment. Two seasons agohe was red-carded against Tot and he won his appeal. I am no longer surprised about what the English FA does. Roman's money is obviously working.

But i tell u, All of Roman's money cannot buy Man U's, Arsenal's or Liverpool's past let alone the future. A team just springs out of no where within 3 years and wants to start rubbing shoulders with the big boys.
