I have checked the web repeatedly and the only site reporting onnoghen's retirement remains TheCable and a handful of other unknown sites.

Same way it was only Deji that was reporting execution of Nigeria soldiers.

Was the voting also in the server. Did INEC use electronic voting? Was the result transmitted electronically? This case will not go anywhere.

It's just like in some schools, the teacher marks exams with pen on paper, won't it be updated on in the school's system for future reference

You got him wrong. His argument was that if truly Okorocha hoodwinked returning officer to declare him a winner, then it's for the court of competent jurisdiction to decide not INEC. Once election is announced, INEC by constitutional provisions cannot go back to reverse itself, that's the functions of the court.
