lumyehiteryur: Please help with below enquiry.. Are you kidding. Your Original School Certs. is required(BSc. & Sec.Sch) So your transcript too is required. Abi didn't you send your transcript to the school that offered you admission? You don't need Health Insurance for now. Not until your VISA is ready, or you are told to do so by the Embassy. (Yea, not on the checklist) |

hiltino: Hello,
The checklist of documents says NPC certificate for persons born after 1992 or Declaration of Age. It did not mention that the document should be notarized or certified as true copy.
Why this confusion? Of a Truth, you might be confused. But the person I am quoting/communicating with is not confused. So pls play along & don't quote me if u don't understand me. Thanks "It was in my heart to help a little, because I was helped Greatly" |

promscharles: No brother.. You seem to misunderstand what she's trying to help out with. For those who don't have such documentation at hand, an alternative is an affidavit of age declaration which is what I'm about to get but I just need to know the right seal that ought to be used cos there are two different seals at the high court "commissioner for for oath" and "Notary Public". I'm quoting the lady I met at the high court. This is what she told me. Thanks for Interpreting it well to him. Tell her to use the "Commissioner for Oath" That's the one you need from her. |

promscharles: Good morning House. I am planning to get my age declaration affidavit but I need to verify which stamp is accepted by the Embassy. The lady I met told me I need to be specific with what I need, whether it's notary public affidavit (the one with red seal attached) or High Court Commissioner of Oaths Affidavit. Please house abeg help me out cos I'm currently at Obalende high court of Justice. Thanks. Wrong Idea.......There is nothing like Notary Public Affidavit. Is she a Notary Public? NO, I guess. Let her just do the Normal Affidavit for you, then you will locate a Notary Public for the proper SEAL for Notarization. Please don't think that Red Seal is Enough oo. Because that's not the required SEAL. Except it has an Embodiment that Imprints words or letters on you docs. It is not a seal "It was in my heart to help a little, because I was helped Greatly" |

Johnnyessence: chaiiii seriously am just seeing it now. Even it was someone I informed about it earlier that now call my attention to it. He said the language of instruction is German. Hmmmmmm. Well am only judging it by what I read on the scholarship link. Even that's the reason why I pasted the scholarship link here. Well I don't mind if you will flock me lol. Thanks for your reply bro. I really appreciate. I have emailed uniassist back on what next to do. I think they quickly changed the requirements when they see the population of people that applied. Funny Guy. I don't think uni-assist can help without providing that German Lang. Cert.. The only chance you av is apply for another course. And I think it too late for that now. Just hope other schools u applied to will give u admission jaree. All is well |

Johnnyessence: thanks for your reply honorableseyi. Well from the scholarship link it is stated that foreign students can apply too via providing the english proficiency certificate. Well I have sent emails to uniassist concerning it. In my message to them, I insert the scholarship link to them and the place that said the foreign students can apply too. For you to see what am talking about, this is the scholarship link: scholarship-positions.com/master-scholarship-program-german-and-foreign-students-goethe-university-germany/2017/06/27/ also this is the link of the information of the required course I applied too: www.uni-frankfurt.de/36351994/overview? The course I applied is Geosciences. It is scholarship based. I still need more of your reply here. Thanks. @Johnnyessence 1. mechhengr: Just sent a pm bro. Either way it turns out I will definitely like to maintain contact. U speak with facts. No p Replied your PM tho. |
Travel › Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by neccki: 9:55pm On Aug 03, 2017 |
mechhengr: U really talk with certainty. I think u know those areas pretty well. I myself had admissions for systems engineering for manufacturing magdeburg and renewable energy systems ingolstadt both MSc. I already made a decision to go for ingolstadt. Please I will like to get ur outlook On this. I appreciate @MechEngr. Honestly both courses are good when you look at them from different angles. System Engineering is another name for Mechatronics Eng. Systems Engineering is Exceptionally beautiful in the sense that it focuses on the Complex Design, Optimization & Integration of different aspects of electronics, mechanics, ergonometrics, aerodynamics, & software Systems in order to achieve a coherent and effective system. This guys are System of System Engineers
So this makes them gods in any Manufacturing Organization because they are relevant in all these aspects electronics, mechanics,
ergonometrics, aerodynamics, & software Systems. Meaning they can handle, & design a project from start to finish. Renewable Energy is Hot (Sweet 16) ryt naw because the whole world is talking about 100% Transitioning from Conventional Energy Consumption to Renewable Energy Consumption. Well, Google, Apple & Facebook are the No 1 Advocate of Clean Green Energy (Renewable) I don't know why you decided to go for Renewable Energy. But it is definitely not a bad idea My Own Opinion: Brov, I would have suggested you do the MSc Sys. Eng. & do your PhD in Renewable Energy. Renewable Energy limits your professional career to renewable energies alone which are mainly Solar, Wind, BioMass While Sys.Eng. gives you the whole Eng. specialty(if not all) to handle & work on. |

AgentONE: Same as me, pls do u know anything about the city Ingolstadt? Am faced dilemma between opting to study mechatronics at FHWS n studying Engineering and management at TH Ingolstadt My own Opinion; Just choose Mechatronics and thank me later. Mechatronics carries more Content & Practicals........But if you know you don't want the stress, just go for Eng& Manag. And if it's job wise, there are jobs in Schweinfurt & Wurzburg. But the choice is yours. #Big Ups |

Tinder: Big thanks to everyone who replied my questions. I will sure inform the consulate but the other guy said they will collect and keep my passport after the interview and another guy said they won't keep my passport but will only request my passport for visa stamping after i succeed with my interview.
Please to those who got their Student visas, after the interview do the consulate keep your passport or they give it back to you? Please i need answers from people that have gotten their visas. @Tinder. No need to worry. Usually they return it back to you after the interview. But there is nothing to worry about should they hold it back. My friend's was also held for about 7 weeks last year. He was all worried about it too but he got it later. |

pls I really need your reply on this. It will take nothing less that 3 months. But hopefully btw 3 - 5 Months. Because Document Checking, Marriage Verification, Information Transit & Approval takes time . Most especially if the person in question has not yet been to Germany before or obtain any Schengen VISA bfor. So be patient and pray along as well. Big Up. |

Thanks for this reasonable response. Some people will just start forming English Language Professor. As if they really understand the English self. Just because of 3 typos ?. Am tired of some of you guys on this thread. Please stop throwing jabs unnecessarily. If you cant help solve anyone's problem by answering their questions. Please just Skip Past their post. honourableseyi: He should not just do 2-3 months. The number of the month will depend on the E-mail he received from the embassy. The embassy will specify it in the AM mail the number of months to come with. It can either be 3 or 6 months. No 3rd option. Shalom Definitely. Thanks for adding that. Gbayi |

Kaybeeeee: Thats the problem i did phy chem bio in my A level, and just want to gain admission into 200l microbiology, wic i dont think they have math course for 200l courseware for the course, is it still possible to study chem eng, or wic course can i change to, to give me upper hand If this is the case then I suggest you take the Studienkolleg. So that you can av the oppurtunity of doing the required subjects like Maths, Physic, Chem & Bio for the Chem.Eng. I won't deceive you @Kaybeeee. You can't Engineer anything without prior Mathematics/Eng. Maths as foundation. If your Univ runs BioTechnology, that would be a good way to start. |

Kaybeeeee: Good morning, i want to ask some questions, since Germany uni do not accept A level, will they accept 200l transcripts, and the course u study in Nigeria uni, must u study the same course in Germany for bsc, like someone who study microbiology, wil it be possible to study chem eng or i should just follow the Studienkolleg route Yes!......Why do you want to go thru Studienkolleg when you have already enrolled in a Uni in Naija. Ask your Uni to give you your 100L or 100 - 200L Transcript and use it to apply into any German University. Kaybeeeee: Must u study the same course in Germany for bsc, like someone who study microbiology, wil it be possible to study chem eng or i should just follow the Studienkolleg route No......It's not a must. And you can apply for Chem Eng. But it is also important for you to note that you must have done some Maths, Physics, Chemistry courses in your present uni. in order to give u a upper hand during admission. You can also add your A level result if you have Maths, Physics and all required subjects for Engineering. That's if you dont have them in ur Univ. Transcript. Big Up. |
