From the picture you posted, your proof of English language proficiency from your university is not officially authenticated or certified.

Second one your signature is missing.

Okay!........@Donkafor.

first is your documents notarized. Secondly did you add IELTS results or is it not required in your application hmmm.

@Johnnyessence

Am sure it was well notarized. And guess that was why they didn't mention anything like authorization or certified in the picture i uploaded.

Thanks.

No.....There is nothing like that.
See below what uni-assist sent me.

honourableseyi:

Can you copy all the message or screen munch the page and send. I think there should still be something like, "you submitted the required documents but unfortunately it is not well authenticated". Going by what you have up there, it is as if they didn't get your document at all. Let's have the full message from uni-assist and I hope your deadline has not passed? Shalom

Thanks for sharing your time helping.

Your English proficiency document, was it sent by the school and was it notarized? In fact are your certificates notarized?

Trust me, all my documents were well sealed and stamped (certified)

Hi Everyone, who sent documents to uni-assist.

Here is what uni-assist sent me.
Unfortunately, this application is incomplete.
The following documents are still missing or do not meet the formal requirements:
Copy of the documentation of your studies in the original language, issued by your
university. This documentation must cover the entire time period over which you studied;
the documentation may not contain any time gaps.
(This copy must be officially authenticated!)

Please I need answers to this. What more do uni-assist want? I dont understand them.
Here are the list of documents I sent to them
BSc. Transcript
BSc. Certificate
BSc. English Language Proficiency
NECO
Application Forms for the schools I applied to

Thanks man

Yes you have to include it that will fill in as the higher entrance qualification
Note: with it you can even apply to any course even if it is not related to your former degree. But if you apply with only 1st yr transcript or HND or Studientkollege the course you are applying to must be directly related.

If I understand you correctly my BSc can fill in for higher entrance qualification
So no need to use JAMB Scores printout right.

Urgent Please.
If Applying for a second degree, is there a need for ( higher education entrance qualification) Or I can just put my BSc. Cert and Transcript.
Thanks

good morning house
i sent my documents to uni-assist and later got this reply about the English proficiency document i got from my school.

"please note : you handed in the required document .unfortunately ,it is not sufficiently authenticated and does not show original stamp and original signature .therefore this document cannot be accepted in this form."

can anyone explain better on what they need actually ?

Where did you notarize or certify your documents?
Is it just a court signature or stamp or a seal?

So I set out today with a 20k budget. I planned on certifying one set of documents at the embassy for free, then waybill it through dhl @ N18,200 and spend the remaining N1,800 on transport and feeding.
I was shocked when I got to the embassy. When it got to my turn the white guy typed something into the computer and was like:
White guy: You have been here before
Me: yes sir smiley
White guy: and you certified docs for 4 schools
Me: well yes
White guy: For this 5th application you'll pay N3,300
Me: But Excuse me sir, when I certified those documents it was done for free and that was in February also the new policy only started this month of May.
White guy: It doesn't matter
Me: What?! shocked
I have heard of the new policy but I thought it meant if you come with more than 3 set of docs you pay didn't know they'll go into their archives.
I had to think fast... If I go it would all be a wasted effort but if I pay I'll have a N3,300 deficit in my budget. Anyways I grudgingly paid the money but left the embassy like a bizman who had just lost his container of goods in the ocean.
@ 2pm I picked up my docs and my next move was dhl for waybill but I was short of 3.3k. FedEx is 16k but it still did not solve the 3.3k deficit. Calling anyone for money wasn't an option and I had to stick to my 20k budget. If you're wondering why I didn't use Nipost or whatever, well my deadline is 31st May and I need it delivered within 2-3days.
@ dhl office
The nice lady: Good afternoon , how may I help you?
Me: I have a package for Germany, school docs to be precise
The nice lady: it would cost you N18,200
Me: these are school docs and I want a discount.
I thought she would just laugh at my silly comment of "discount" but instead she looked at me typed sth in the computer and said: "erh...uhm...OK actually we have student discount and it would cost me N13,200 instead.
Nah wow ooo!!! shocked
Me: So you people do student discount and you never mentioned it and I spent 18.2k the last time hmmm...there's God ooo
The nice lady: sorry I forgot to mention it and its just a new policy.
I knew she was lying but thank God sha. On my way home I met two people I haven't seen for sometime. The first was a young girl she is a hardworking apprentice hairdresser. I dashed her 500 naira maybe because I was in goodmood and I just saved extra money from dhl. The 2nd person was a schoolmate, he was excited to see me and said we should go hangout that he would pay. God knows I was very hungry and haven't eaten since morning. Oh boy! I ate and drank more than my initial I.8k budget for food and transport, he even dropped me off at my place.

I know my post is long but who cares? I met an old friend, I'm 6000naira richer and God watches over me cool

Funny guy........That is what we call favour.
You will definitely get more favours

No need to send birth certificate.
And why do u have to send 3 set of documents?
A set of document will do and 3 application forms...if the schools have separate application forms, include d completed/signed form alongside uni assist's application forms + d documents needed...1 set of document will do.

@Haywhy
Nice........Thanks for this

How long does it take for uniassist to confirm payment of the money into their account for those who use a German account to transfer the money?

I paid since Tuesday and haven't heard from them

Be patient. It takes a week or close to 2 weeks.
They will notify you by email once they updated your profile.

Neyoalao:

You can't apply for a bsc degree in Germany with only your ssce results. You will have to tender your previous bsc transcript and you're not the first person to go for another bsc degree. So you're safe. Btw BSc degrees rarely ask for recommendation letters
@Neyoalao
Are you saying they don't usually ask for a Recommendation Letter for aspirants who wants to get a 2nd BSc. Degree in germany?

Get the letter as soon as possible if you have few months to go for ur interview. Secondly Auslander büro delays sometimes depending on the city. So it's safer to get it now.

Just use DHL! Though it is expensive 14.5k. But it is reliable n fast! In 2-3 days ur docs do reach. No give yah self high blood pressure by trying to save money thus using nipost

I tried DHL yesterday and the guy said 14k, i had to leave there disappointed bcus last year there was a price for Student Package which was 8,500. So i went there with 8500 thinking it is going to be the same.

Anyways i just called TNT and they said 10k which i think i can afford and they said itz 3-4 days of which i confirmed through @Hakeembe's & phemmisky post https://www.nairaland.com/1972275/lets-talk-estonia/55#43571616

The questions are not far from what other have said on this platform. The only unique one was.

Do I have any relation in Estonia? I said no but I am in touch with students on a social group, naira land. It greatly impressed him. Other questions were

Why Tallinn?
Why Mechatronics since I am of Electronic/Electrical background?
What are my hobbies?
Do you have a sponsor?
How did you get to know about tallinn?
What do you know about Estonia?
What programing language do u know?
What CAD software can you use?
Tell me about your final year project.

He finally said see u in Estonia come Autumn.

Thanks bro.
But my last question is; I finished with a GPA 3.42 which happens to be 2:2. Will I still be considered for the Interview.

Good day house. I had a 22mins interview with Prof. Mart Tamre today and it was all positive. He said "See u in Estonia come Autumn". The confidence just came naturally and it went smoothly. Thank God. I am so excited.

The challenge am having now is that according to them, my application fee has not reflected and I paid two weeks ago. I have sent a mail to them and I my bank too. I pray it is resolved in due time.

Please can you kindly tell me what were the questions he asked you. Thanks will so much appreciate your replies
