Avoid Sugar as much as you can and you will see results. The bacteria that causes pimples feeds on sugar, starve them and watch them die and disappear, while doing so, don't forget to apply Tube creams |

Buy any electric Mosquito Zapper and sleep like a baby. I am using one in my house and it's cost only 12k for the small sized one. Instead of buying Insecticide that might even give you blocked nose. Thank me later
