It was probably not well cooked to get the expected oil floating on top .
The time you cooked it and the morning you saw it like that has not done any harm to it.
Just warm it very well.

I actually overheard a poultry rearer telling a colleague that there was a new feed in town, though quite expensive that could make birds grow overly out of proportion.
It was chemical based.
It's quite unfortunate what we consume these days.

At 20 years ,you should stand up and defend your father knowing the kind of mother you have. You are equally older than your sister, if you are not comfortable with the kind of life she is living, put it to her that you would one day deal with her if she continues with that life style. Your mother is frustrating the entire family and someone would someday insult your father because of how he is being treated. once your mother and sister sees that you are ready to change it for them if that nonsense persists, they would have no choice than to succumb to peace . Be wise while you go about your actions.

It is better he rests and live to enjoy his days on earth. Good health is better than titles. The people around him knows he needs rest but keep pushing him just to satisfy their selfish interest. His family are not advising him well. This Life is nothing!!!!

Most times people express their pains in different forms that are unfriendly and unnecessary. We just have to understand this and move on. Mothers are very clingy to their first son.
