I was letting you know that even if we assumed king James was gay and he changed many things in his translation, since that time there have been many other translations of the Bible by other people/groups and that is why today you have king James version, Amplified version, New King James version, New Living Translation, Revised Standard Version, etc. So king James is not the only bible translation

Secondly, you're asking me how their bodies will be resurrected from dust to meet their spirit in hell? Was i there when God created man out of the dust of the earth? Why don't you ask God to explain the process to you?

Just make sure your spirit or body or both don't end up there.
Besides, you seem not to understand that man is a spirit! The real you is a spirit. You live in a body that gives you ability to live on this earth, and you also have a soul. Without your body, your spirit cannot live on earth, and it either has to return back to God (if you have a relationship with him through Christ), or go to hell (where lost people who have no relationship with God go).
If you understood this simple fact that man is a spirit, you will not struggle with the concept of hell, because you understand that the real man never dies! When you close your eyes in death here on earth, your eyes open in eternity.

If you want to be smart, study thoroughly before attacking; the bible clearly made it clear that there will be a last day of resurrection and judgement when everyone who died will have their bodies resurrected and those in hell will have hell itself and their bodies cast into the lake of fire. So it is clear that after the last day, hell and people in hell will all be cast into the lake of fire with the resurrected bodies of the people who were already dead and in hell

One of God's purposes for man is to fill the earth, subdue it and have Dominion. But if you are living in sin, or you don't worship God, do you think your life will bring glory to God? Do you think sin brings glory to God? If sin brings glory to God, then why will God be wasting his time writing it everywhere in scriptures for us to flee every appearances of evil and like it says in Hebrews 12:14 "Pursue peace with all men and Holiness, without which NO MAN shall see God"?

Pls don't quote the bible you don't even understand or believe. Jesus said anyone who says to his "BROTHER" 'you fool' will be in danger of hell. He didn't say anyone who mentions the word generally. Read Psalm 14:1 where it says "The FOOL has said in his heart that there is no God".

The 3rd video was somebody who died in an accident, was confirmed dead by the hospital, was sent to the mortuary where he was for 3 days. within the 3 days, he had already been embalmed with formalin (you may need to find out what formalin is and what it does to a dead body, talk less of a person that is still alive when it is injected into a human body), he was taken out of the mortuary by his wife still dead and driven to Reinhard Bonnke's crusade from the mortuary and came stood up after he had been prayed for at the crusade. Why don't you investigate like the op said and come back to us with proofs to show us that Dan Eke did not die in 2001, and that he never spent 3 days in mortuary, and he was not the person prayed for at Reinhard Bonnke's crusade in 2001. Until you come with facts after your investigation to counter the op's facts in the video, please keep your disbelief to yourself and stop talking blindly

He proved frm other versions of the Bible and other Christian books that any where the Bible made mention of "hell" it meant grave and not a place of punishment.

One thing you need to know is that we are in the end times when the devil is using false religions to confuse people. so he makes it look as if there are too many choices and options that people now start getting distracted from the real God.

Jehovah's witnesses do not believe the scriptures. They have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof. Pls read Matthew 5:29 - 30 and other places Jesus talked about hell. If Hell was just grave, pls how would Jesus talk about its fire that never quenches?

Maybe you need to remember that Jesus raised several people back to life including Lazarus who was dead for 4 days and in the tomb. What also happened to Lazarus and the other few people Jesus raised back to life? Did they die twice?

You may also have forgotten what Jesus said about those who believe in him. Jesus said "Greater works than these shall they do". Jesus said they will heal the sick and raise the dead. So if a Pastor or Christian has enough faith today to pray and raise a dead person back to life, then they are only fulfilling what Jesus prophesied a long time ago.

God is sovereign and his word says "I will have mercy on whom I would have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion". The natural law is that once a man dies, his judgement is set and there is no coming back, but God can decide to show mercy to somebody and bring them back to life FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMING BACK TO SHARE A MESSAGE THAT MANY PEOPLE DO NOT TAKE SERIOUS.

That's a very FAT LIE!! If you watched those 3 videos he posted, only the last video was a man who was already a Christian before he died and came back to life at the Reinhard Bonnke's crusade in 2001. The first two videos were atheists who didn't believe in God or anything heaven or hell before they died and came back. The 2nd guy was a well known professor and atheists who was always known as thinking of people who believed in God as "idiots". This same guy died and the moment he came back to life everything changed. How come a known atheist living in America saw the same thing as a pastor in Nigeria when they both died at very different times?

The more reason why I believe these guys, especially the last video is because this was not a "vision" or "dream" or "astral projection", these guys actually died and the last guy was actually dead for 3 days, he was placed in mortuary and already had been injected with all those dangerous embalming chemicals like formalin. So even if you wanted to say the man was misdiagnosed as dead by the doctors at Umezurike hospital before being taken to the mortuary, the mere injection of all those embalming chemicals into his body would have certainly killed him. Besides, you could hear the man saying that after he came back to life, it took many days for the chemicals injected into him at the mortuary to clear from his system.

Let me break it down for you to clear your eyes;

1) The only reason why man was created is to worship God and fulfil God's purpose.

2) If you as a creation of God decides not to fulfil the reason why God put you here on earth, then you have by your decision automatically put yourself on a path that tries to fight God. Because you are saying to God that he wasted his time creating you and giving you a freewill.

3) Jesus was speaking and said "you are the salt of the earth, but if a salt loses its savour, then it's of no use but to be trampled upon by men". If you are not worshipping God, then you have lost your relevance in creation, and that is why a punishment called hell exists for such people.

4) You ask why would other people who "worship God" but are not christians go to hell if what the bible says is true? Simple answer is this;
a) You don't make it to heaven just because you answer the tag "Christian" or you go to church. After all, Jesus himself was not a "christian". You make it to heaven because YOU HAVE A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH CHRIST AFTER HAVING ACCEPTED HIM INTO YOUR LIFE AS LORD AND SAVIOUR.

b) Why can't Muslims or other religious people who also believe in God but not Jesus Christ go to heaven? Simply because NO MAN CAN COME TO GOD EXCEPT THROUGH CHRIST. The reason is that God is too holy to behold sin, and no sinner can survive in the presence of God, and no man is righteous enough to stand before God, therefore we all need a MEDIATOR who can take us to God based on his own qualifications and Righteousness. That Mediator is Jesus! When you get born again, you are simply asking Jesus to take you to God , and why God would accept you is because Jesus has already made a sacrifice with his own blood for you to pay for your sins. When God looks at you anytime you worship him as a believer in Christ, God sees you the way he sees Jesus because you came to him on the merits of Christ. This is the reason why an ashawo of yesterday can repent today and give her life to Christ and die today and go to heaven.

c) Mohammed or Buddha cannot take you before God because they did not die for you or shed their blood as a sacrifice for your sins. If you want to come to God from any other means outside of Christ, then you have to ensure you have never committed any sin since you were born, this is why unborn babies who were aborted by their mothers can still make it to heaven. But which one of us living in this world can say they have never committed one sin? Even Mohammed and Buddha have not finished paying for their own sins talk less of helping you pay for yours! Jesus was conceived immaculately, born and lived a life without sin before sacrificing himself to pay for our sins, and that is why God put it that if the whole world could be thrown into sin and chaos by the sin of one man (Adam), then it is also fair and justice for the whole world to be saved from sin by the righteousness of one man (Jesus Christ) who committed no sin but gave his life as a sacrifice for our sins.

d) If you have any other solution for conquering sin outside of Jesus, then please show us.


5) Lastly, you need to understand that the same Jesus who loved us so much as to die for our sins because of LOVE is the same person that talked more about HELL in the gospel that he talked about Heaven. Go and do your research, find out how many times Jesus mentioned the word "Hell" in the gospel and compare with how many times he described heaven. If Jesus who is love personified can warn us about hell more than he described the beauty of heaven, then you had better stopped deceiving yourself that people can't go to hell because of God's love!

Even Jesus clearly told us that the road to heaven is narrow and there be few that go on it, but the road to hell is wide and many throng into it. So stop deceiving yourself by thinking there are billions of people in Islam and other religions who reject Christ, and simply because the number of those people is very high therefore God won't allow that number of people to all go to hell.

If you want to know God, one of the first lessons you need to understand is that God does not operate democracy where the majority is right. As far as God is concerned, "ONE WITH GOD IS MAJORITY!!"

Like seriously, I dont understand your fascination with "Islamic" hell. Hell is hell, and I don't understand why you must create an Islamic hell out of the already existing hell. By the way, you sound so apprehensive each time i talk about hell........if you're that scared of hell, then why do you still want to end up there?

And you claim to be one of the atheists backing up Mr HardMirror, but you are here wishing for me to end up in "Islamic hell"? If God does not exist as you claim, then hell too does not exist because hell is just a place for punishment of damned souls who rejected God. How could you possibly be wishing for somebody to end up in a place you claim does not exist? Aren't you the most confused human being on the planet or the worst liar there is??

I think the main purpose of the thread is not warning atheists or non christians. If you want to do that, open your thread and interested people will follow you there. Please, allow the guy to share his testimony. After all no be by force. It is a life story, he is entitled to share it, and we are interested in reading what he's got to say.

Jesus died for every human being including the people that crucified him. It was his love for us all that made him die for us even when we didnt love him. Do I sound stressed to you? I'm certainly not! I don't belong to the class of some religious people who hate others and try to fight for their god. My God is not under any threat from you or anybody, He is God all by Himself, He doesn't need your approval of Him or your recognition of His sovereignty for Him to be God. What I feel is not stress, but great horror at the sight of what awaits you in eternity for the boldness to openly challenge the Almighty with the same brain and logical reasoning that He created and gave to you. One thing I know the devil for is the fact that he will use you and DUMP YOU! You are feeling cool with yourself because of the excess knowledge you think you have? Don't worry, God has seen and dealt with your type before, and your case is not new to Him. You will not be the first to deny Christ, and you will not be the last either, but like I said, by the time the devil is done using you and he feels he has no further need for your services, HE WILL DUMP YOU LIKE SHIT IS DUMPED IN A TOILET! Life in school was like living a fantasy!
Now, Note I was not a regular christian, I had so many people looking up to me and the burden was not easy. So I had to have friends of like mind, friends that shared the burden with me. Friends I also shared their burden just as the bible encouraged us to bear each others burden.

Akindeko Moto park was our war zone. If I tell you how we prayed you may find it hard to believe. We could pray for 12 hrours straight NONE STOP. You don't believe me? Ask those who know Baba Ogundare or Pastor Charlse of Dream Center church a spiritual son of Pastor shola Areogun. Speaking in tongues made 99% of our prayers.

I had 3 friends I always prayed with. 2 of them were from deeper life and one from Love Domain. Now this is sort of contradictory. Love Domain don't take doctrines and laws as serious as deeper life members.
The deeper life brothers were only interested in soul winning, but the love domain brother was all about working of miracles and working in the supernatural. He hated our "morning cries".

I remember the day he said we should go to akindeko Mosque (don't know if the mosque is still there) and challenge them just the way elijah challenged the prophets of baal.
His proposal was for us to get a mad man and take to the mosque and ask them to cure the mad man, if they can't then we will cure the man and they will know we serve the true God.

I recall how we kept quiet that midnight (about 3am) only 4 of use in the dark at akindeko Park. Listening for the Holy Spirit to direct us to go ahead or withdraw from this suicide mission.

We have had clashes with the moslims at this mosque because we were very stubborn and radical. We were always disturbing them with our preachings. They almost stabbed one of us at a time.

There was this guy, Alfa Christopher (real name) and Alfa Civil (real nick name) who were are arch enemies then. Alfa civil was very popular in the whole engineering school.

Can I tell you something Mr NEW ATHEIST? We are not in a competition with atheists.......nobody is begging you to do God a favour by believing in Him. If you believe in God and the death and resurrection of Christ for your sins, you are merely doing yourself a favour of saving your soul. You will certainly discover if you or me is the FOOL here by the time you die and get into eternity to face judgement. Let's leave the answer to that till we both close our eyes here on earth and open them in eternity! No need to argue with you.
