WIKE aka Mr projects, has indeed done well for Rivers states, its seen by the blind, and audible to the deaf.

His rivalry with his formal boss,Ameachi,made him to do more for his people , and rendered Amaechi, perpetually useless in River politics.

So nothing Buhari FG has done for the second most productive state in Nigeria, and states that are parasites especially in the north, are getting huge projects..Even another countries like Niger are getting project from Buhari.

I hope we revisit our 1914 expired amalgamation.

For applications, you can use the statement of result, if you are applying via Uniassist then you'll have to send scratch card especially if it's for BSc.
As for the embassy, all you need to do is swear an affidavit stating that the certificate is missing.
