If you want to kill polithiefcians, attach a lie detector to them anytime they speak, you would soon discover that lying is an involuntary action for them. Polithiefcians never mean what they say and will never say what they mean.

APC wants Dogara to follow the party's list for the principal officers but Dogara is of the opinion that federal character won't be reflected if he follows the list. He said SW can't produce Deputy Speaker and House Leader while other regions are left out. My grudge is, will he accept PDP's list if it doesn't reflect federal character? That remain to be seen.

Take it or leave, we are not mature enough to eradicate federal character as we are too tribalist and sentimental. If PMB continues with this trend of appointing northerners, then he isn't different from his predecessors.

I pray we get to that level when we would elect or appoint people who are qualified irrespective of tribe and religious belief but for now, federal character can't be ignored.

I don't see the end of this challenge in sight because both APC plus Sarakill/Dogara can be likened to two parallel lines, they can't meet.
