Abadsheddy:Go and fast and pray o. Repercussions aren't often immediate. Originally it was meant for beautification. But now, it's a symbol of identity, used for protection, enchantment and transfer of virtue. You'd have to hope hers was for beautification. I'm just surprised how you didn't see that thing before doing what you did. They sell it now a lot, teaching ladies how to use it to enchant a man, draw virtue and ensure protection from ritualists. Oga, go and pray o. No intention to scare you or to emphasize too much on holiness. But these things affect people on a long term basis... |
They say money can't buy everything. The person probably meant abstract things. When you enter shop rite and wallmart, you'd know the value of money. |
As anyone here been there before? |
I know a company with their head office in Maryland, Lagos and branch in Abuja. They give minimum of 20% per annum, life assurance, and can give twice your savings as a loan after 6months of saving. Contact me via my signature to know more. |
Wise investors are buying houses and lands in that area right now. It's wise to invest in Lagos fringes while you can. Imagine if you had bought acres of land in Lekki 10years ago... |
xana101:Meaning you want to earn 3650000 per annum with 1million bringing it to a total of 4,650,000. Not a bad idea. But you can lose the money that way. Except if there's a need you have to meet. But you can't get more than 2m in 6months in the one I know. You should target sustainability. Contact me via my number on my signature. |
Investing in what you're guaranteed never to loose but have returns only is the best. Compared to investments promising high yields where you can lose. |
I would post about the neighborhood later... |
Most people would just drive you to Whatsapp without prior information. I would explain here first. So that only shrewd people would contact me, thereby saving my time and other people's time... It's an investment platform set up by a real estate company that has been in operation for about 12years in Lagos and Abuja. We own numerous estates in Nigeria and have a dependable customer base. The platform allows people to invest and earn a guaranteed 20% per annum (it's not for the poor trying to get rich quickly). It's for people who want sustainability. We invest in real estate, treasury bills, mutual funds, money market and bonds. If you put your money in treasury bills, I believe you know you can get between 13-15% per annum. However, there 's a minimum amount which most people can't afford. Having invested in the portfolios I stated above for years, we've consistently made revenues to boast of a guaranteed 20% per annum. Aside that, after six months you can get double of your savings with us as a loan. That's the cooperative side of it. You also get life assurance that covers you from 250k to 583k upwards in case of permanent disability or death with just 6000 Naira. There's a brochure with details if you need them. Should you be interested, you'd need to either come to our office or we come to yours. No deposit can be made without a proof of ID especially voters card. You can also do it for your kids and schedule for school fees or property acquisition once they're 18 years. Payment is only to the company account. It's not a fast pay but it's a sure pay with several networking and other benefits. You can contact me via my signature displaying my contact. I can send you details for your lawyer to run a search for you. Finally, you need to have a minimum of 149k to start. Or 15k which you must be paying per month for a year without defaulting. I believe there could be other genuine platforms in Nigeria. But I can only boast of what I have benefited from, and where I actually work. I would have limited time to respond here. Just contact me only after you have actually read through and you're interested. Thanks. |
Please, don't post your mail or number. For your security and compliance with Nairaland rules. If these thread gets deleted for that reason, other people would be denied the privilege. My number is on my signature. I can send you company name, office address in Lagos and Abuja, or we can schedule a meeting. |
Mowe people want to live in Lagos so bad that sometimes, they act like they already are. Ask them where they live, and they will make all the references to Lagos, Berger and Redemption Camp without necessarily answering the question. The reasons are clear to see; a good number of residents live in Mowe because it is ‘close’ to the places where they spend the majority of their time; the high-rise office buildings, schools and streets of Lagos. Mowe is gradually becoming a bustling new-found town attracting all and sundry. Situated along the busy Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and among one of the adjoining towns from the Ketu-Berger axis of Lagos, Mowe is that outsized area, on both sides of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, covering the popular kilometre 45, Redemption Camp Ground of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). As one of the adjoining towns with Arepo, Magboro, Ibafo, Agogbala, Oriofe, Aseese, Olowopedo, and Pakuro, its location most times, if not all the time, is seemingly difficult to notice. Source: pulse.ng pressreader.com You can get a plot of land with C of O for as low as 1.2m. A 3 bedroom set bungalow for 7.5m or uncompleted 3 bedroom bungalow for 5.5m. For more details, you can contact me, come to our company's office or we visit you. |
In Nigeria, most of us have often invested into online platforms and ponzi schemes. Why? Because they promise high and fast returns. We never target sustainability, but we focus on quick yields. Some never even ask what would be done with their money. They just want to be promised returns. Eventually, we all get disappointed. Recently, the trend changed to fast schemes with offices and even with CAC registration. But we never ask how long they have been in operation, how long they have rented their so called offices, or even check their corporate registration with our lawyers, etc. Anthony Robins said, and I paraphrase, don't invest in acid investments (fast payers). But focus on sustainable platforms that drops like showers that eventually fills your bucket with peace. I would introduce a platform to us shortly... |
I'll be posting a few commendable properties as well. These are lands in locations where you can easily flip and earn massive returns. You can buy any property not just the ones I'm recommending. But it's advisable you buy from companies or individuals with C of O, governor'scobsent or at least Excision. Hectares of land for sale in Ibeju Lekki. Can be sold per plot (no half plot). 4.8m net per plot (non negotiable). Flexible payment option Other fees apply Any question?

Blackivy27:Hmm. I thought I just read about you and a guy trying to hook up on a particular thread. Oh sorry, it's probably someone else that typed that. Ignore this please. |
Someone wants to change his surname. He's currently an employee somewhere and has a small start up managed by someone else. He's about to start processing his National Passport (he has NIMC) and international passport. The question is if the surname is changed, what happens with his bank account details, employment name, board of directors name, his secondary school results, etc. And his surname also separates him from his siblings in a way. Where can it be done in Lagos and at what price? Your candid advice would be appreciated. Thanks |
I think a few people are misconceiving this philosophy. And we who read their writings do so mostly on weekends or holidays. It doesn't mean others who read at other times are idle. But knowledge about a creature you see everyday is vital and inexhaustible. It's not about being nonchalant to women. It's about being the man that you really are. Mankind didn't fall because Eve ate the fruit. It fell when Adam did. Women have been the link to men's downfall since ages. A man should love his woman not girls you haven't married . And part of love is also discipline. Women have given themselves names such as slay queens, etc. The man sweats while she controls him. The society was never against it. Women were created to help the men by showing different perspectives and care. But since the beginning of manipulation from the serpent, the woman instinctively knows how to manipulate a man. The man that goes all the way to be successful can come back and lose his wife to another. Can lose his property via his woman. In conclusion, A man who has emotions and is able to control them and follow his leadership roles without being subjected to manipulation from the entity designed to give him multiple positive perspective and mutual pleasure would be and remain successful in every way. But the one who bulges to manipulation via weak compassion or manipulated emotions would be subjected to hard labor eventually, lose his place in the Eden of life and fall into death (cessation of a glorious life). You can express your opinion. But an attempt to manipulate us into believing that an original truth is false or misleading wouldn't work. It can only have a negative effect when misunderstood and applied in an unbalanced manner. Love and be in control especially in a relaxed manner. Simple. |
lilwetdick:Mr Know-it-all. Express your opinion without criticising individuals . Having checked your opinions with latest facts and age long history, it's the dumbest I've ever read on Nairaland. You should be willing to learn about creatures you see everyday. New things about your business and your job. If you're a professional, you're definitely more knowledgeable than those that are not in your field (if you merit it). I don't think you've specialized on this subject for you to declare that he shouldn't be followed. At least profer something better. A real man wouldn't call those of us reading ops write up, men without balls. Some of us can feed you till you... Sit your... down and learn, holding your lips and childish urge to type gibberish. Thanks for your matured cooperation in advance. |
How can I choose the color & design I want? |
Good morning to you all |

And I can't watch him err in his career I need anyone that knows about them or has worked there before to give an advice I can render to him. Thanks. |
