You cannot fault anyone that provides information on this recruitment, positive or otherwise. This is a recruitment thread for NCDMB and for that purpose people share information based on what they hear from their sources. That being said, if you go through the thread thoroughly, you'd see that a lot of persons, not just newscastle has alluded to the fact that the recruitment is coming to a close.

These are the only people that can tell you if the recruitment is still alive or not....

I was able to get confirmation from someone who is close to one of the sources that the recruitment is still much alive and APL will drop soon...

Any other update aside these sources are just speculations.
